Service is fabulous, & friendly!But the coffee needs HELP in taste dept .. and why oh why dont they just have the cream & sugar where customers can use it as they want to!??And they used to have the vanilla powder cinnamon & cocoa.Raised prices w no more of the good stuff😭

Im a Starbucks fan. Have been for many years. But the pandemic has been tough on the experience. This Starbucks, in the Albertson parking lot has managed to keep some of the personal touch alive, masks, social distancing stickers and Plexiglass dividers notwithstanding.I actually get a greeting, and a nice word from the crew of this location. It is not the most modern, not the largest, not the best located outlet in the vast chain. Several newer locations have opened in my travel path. This one just feels like the old, friendly, everybody-knows-your-name kind of place that drew us all in so many years ago.By the way, by order was right, it was hot and it didnt seem like it was putting any out of their way to fix it for me. Whatever they are doing, more Starbuck locations should be doing as well.

They forgot to give me an item and when I came back next day she gave me another item which is cheaper and she didn’t give me the difference or she apologize about their mistake! We are not coming back to this location any more!

Always it’s always when there’s something wrong with my drink everytime I order in this Starbucks the workers there are so rude they give attitude and they always make my drink wrong it’s so stupid how much money I’ve wasted here for nothing you guys need to do a better job!

Manager needs to get a handle on this store. Very bad look for a brand. Zero consistency with any offerings, POS system is down constantly, sometimes they’re mobile only other times they don’t accept mobile orders. The manager just told me it would be 20 minutes for a black cold brew… like what? I don’t write reviews, but hopefully someone sees this and helps them figure it out.

Been coming to this Starbucks for a while now, and I always get the same things, I’m always helped by an amazing staff, especially Chey, she’s super great! Always so nice and helpful, I would have a little conversations through the window with her each time. Whatever you guys pay her is not enough! Definitely will always come back to this location.

Almost every time Ive placed a mobile order here, I do it early on purpose because I know it can get busy here and I dont want to risk being late to work, so I place my order around 7:30, since I leave the house for work at 7:50 normally. This morning I got there at 7:55 and shortly after I arrive, they announced that they were about 10-15 minutes behind on mobile orders. I ended up not getting my order until 8:10. So considering that I ordered at approximately 7:35, it took a total of 35 minutes for my order to be made. Honestly, Im not ordering from here anymore. It happens too often that it takes this long to make my order and although I order early to not be late for work, Im still always 10-15 minutes late because they dont get to it until last minute. Really nice employees, but their system is just not working.

After over 2 decades in the food industry and 2 years of cordon Bleu, I would say that I have somewhat of an understanding of layout and customer access but I would not claim to be an expert with this. That being said, I think a teenager would see that the setup here is horrendous.They have the front door closed and only the back door has access which has a bottleneck to pickup orders where everyone is standing waiting for their order. The phone orders are behind the counter to the side of that which makes those orders even harder to get to when I was under the impression that phone orders are to ease the flow of customers. No social distancing here. At all.When I walked up to the counter, the cashier took the opportunity to finish the previous order instead of just asking me. Isnt that kind of unsanitary? Handling cash and then making orders?? But even so, why not finish the line before helping out the 5 team members working on orders?? If it wasnt such a cluster of customers at the table for phone orders, I might not have been so agitated. That and the very condescending way the cashier told me to ask a team member to retrieve the order for me. As if it was my fault I didnt ask him right away. Or maybe dont take 20 minutes to make an order? I mean theres a thought but if numerous customers dont have their order, they are all going to stand at the table waiting. Not sure what was worse, the service or the layout.What is going on with common sense and customer service lately? And they want tips?? Yeah thats a nope from me.

I’m just so disappointed today with this location. I have never have any problems with it before and ordered my coffee in here everyday that people can remember my name now. Putting my coffee order this morning since 8.24am and did not get that coffee until 25 minutes later after I said I wanted a refund because I’m so late at work already and can’t wait no longer. And the barista just then started making my coffee. I have my mobile order for a reason and it took them almost over 30 minutes and after i said i wanted a refund to make my coffee.

Ok Im in the minority, but my tastebuds reject their coffee! The chocolate croissant was not richly satisfying but rather flat. Their goody case looked tired. 7 of us enjoyed their patio chairs, tables and umbrellas @10am and 85-92 degrees. Very fast and happy staff. Bathrooms unisex and clean.

Five stars for the colored girl that was the cashier and was the only good experience that we had there. She was a polite professional and she got the order right. It just the guys making the coffee’s did a lousy job can hardly taste the coffee And the caramel macchiato and my other two workers could hardly taste the vanilla in there’s 1 vanilla latte double shot and the other one vanilla bean FrappuccinoAnd we had to wait over 30 minutes to get the last 2 coffees.

Disappointed with this Starbucks location. Due to the pandemic, you can’t add anything to your coffee order yourself. I asked them if to add cream and if they could add a little powdered vanilla shaker. After I left, I noticed that my Cafe Americano had an extra charge of $.50 for the shaker. They should have mentioned that I would be charged for something that was always complimentary in the past. Also note from the picture that they didn’t even fill my coffee to the top. Why not?It was 11am on a Wednesday and they literally chased us out because they were closing? Just fyi, this left something to be desired and disappointed.

Another great Starbucks. It can get busy during event season for a lot of reasons, one being there is no drive thru at this location. The staff is always great and the drinks are consistent with Starbucks. I cant say enough positive things about the staff here and the great manager.

I always have to wait an extra 15 minutes for a mobile order I put in 15 minutes prior to getting to the store around 6am when there sre only 2 people at the most ordering. Theres no excuse my drink should be sitting behind the counter, already made and ready to go, but Im still waiting to get it. Coffee taste great but service sucks.

PLEASE WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT! After going to this Starbucks. I was charged three times, and I had to use a different card because the rude cashier did not want to check what happened with the first one. The line was atrocious and the unfriendly cashier did not help much. The district manager has not been helpful at all Im very disappointed with this Starbucks.

Its all about timing when you go to this location. The staff is usually friendly and efficient and the drinks/food are up to Starbucks quality. But, it can be crowded with no place to sit inside or out. Havent figured out the best time to go.
