So now that the new minimum wage law is in effect, the cost of the smallest latte is now over $6.00. I used my card to pay for what is going to be my last Starbucks purchase and the person behind the counter whips that screen around asking me to tip!!! The tips start at $1.00. Can you imagine the nerve??? They are now making $20 per hour and want me to tip!! Ummm, hell no! To top it off when I got my overpriced latte, it was only 1/3 full. Probably retaliation for not tipping.

Stopped in to grab a coffee on a Ling drive since this location happened to be next to some of the cheapest gas in the area and WOW what a gem of a Starbucks. Super friendly staff that all seem to be enjoying each other and the day. They were super friendly with customers too of course. Highly recommend this location!

I usually love this location its my go to Starbucks however, when I got there at 530 a.m. before my shift they never greeted me or took my order sat at the speaker for 5 min while a car pulled behind me and we both sat there a couple more minutes. No communication that they were closed or there was an issue. It said they open at 5am online and I verified on the drive thru window as well. Lights were on in the menu board and there were workers as I drove past the window to the dt but when I drove up to the drive thru window after sitting at the order taking box for a while with no greeting, all the workers were gone. Or hiding. Who knows. If they don’t want to work or deal with the public this early maybe have them open later. Save your guests the disappointment and waste of time.

I normally have a good experience at this location, but today I stopped by for coffee this morning at 5:40 and I was completely ignored, was never greeted or even told that they were closed, hours of operation say they open right at 5 but I still hadn’t received any service at the time, the baristas kept their backs to the windows when I tried to ask for clarification on times/ if they were open.Other than that a decent location later in the day and the service I receive on a regular is usually better than this, I’m just a little disappointed.

I honestly have to say, that the men and women that work at Starbucks on South BonnyView are the best people Ive seen work anywhere in a long time. Had it not been for them, I wouldnt have my dog, my baby, my best friend, any longer. Someone had stolen her and took and left her somewhere. I had been going crazy looking for her everywhere for 3 days. A lady on her way to work had found my baby girl, and had stopped by Starbucks. The Starbucks workers recognize my dog and told the lady what had happened, and got her number.They girls tracked me down gave me the number and I was able to get my baby back!Thank you,Everyone at Starbucks on South Bonnyview, for giving me back my baby, my reason to live!

I moved to the Bonneyview area recently and this has become my go-to Starbucks location. I have had only wonderfully pleasant experiences here. The baristas are all delightful and kind, even in the midst of a rush.Yesterday when I came in to grab my mobile order, they were clearly very busy with a big drive thru line and an apparent equipment malfunction, which caused orders to become backed up. I could tell the staff were diligently rushing to get caught up. I had secondhand stress just watching them! But even so, every person behind the counter that I had the pleasure of interacting with was incredibly sweet, and they worked together to make sure my order, and all the others, were made correctly and as quickly as possible.These baristas are like a well-oiled machine. I give my kudos to the staff here at this location - you guys are awesome, and I appreciate you.To anyone reading this: tip your baristas. Especially here. They deserve it!!

The store was very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Tried the cold brew coffee, it tasted delicious. Today was not as busy as usual when I come in there, however the wait was longer than it should have been . I was picking up a mobile order and it had not even printed up yet. The order was placed three or four minutes before I walked in. This is not the fault of the staff; its a problem with the automated systems. I saw three other drinks print out before mine, so for some reason the computer was backing up.

This visit was while I was at Target. Ordered the standard, basic, caramel machiatto. This was the worst I have ever had. Almost stopped at another store to have it remade. I think the filters need replaced. Not sure how caramel syrup, vanilla and milk could have tasted bad, must have been the coffee.Staff was nice though! Wish I tried the drink before I left!

We had the best experience here today. My 4 year old daughter and I were in town visiting my Grandpa and decided to go to Starbucks for a treat. We were treated to some extra special care by Cynthia who went above and beyond and off menu to craft something super special for my daughter to have, and made they day extra special. Im a hard core Starbucks fan but this was the best experience we have ever had in the many years Ive been enjoying this establishment. Great job!

These are the best Baristas and Baristers in town. The coffee beans here taste different than all the other coffee beans at all the other locations. Maybe it has something to do with the elevation levels? Theres probably a 50ft heighth difference that effects the quality. Next time Im out in the area with my Altimeter Ill check and really find out...

THE WORST MANAGER TO WORK FOR!!! Dont ever say yes to other store hours. This manager will never help you resolve them. I said yes to help another store for a few days and that turned into a few months real quick! I got pneumonia in the middle of these months when my time availablity got abused. And my manager here did nothing for me, she ignores my calls and texts and only contacted me when she wanted something.

What else really needs to be said about starbucks? It a corporate giant that has basically the same menu and atmosphere no matter which one you go to. That being said, if you like their coffee, you can get it anywhere. Its taken me awhile to find a beverage I like and now that i have, I go there often. The staff here are always super friendly and remember you after more than one visit even in the drive thru. Ive never had a regular coffee shop but I now see the appeal. You move from a customer to a person and it becomes a more enjoyable experience.

For such a big company you would think they could afford to be more ecofriendly now. Very disappointed. Still charging extra for nondairy substitutions, way too expensive, and youre coffee still kills my stomach and Im used to crude oil for coffee. I bet you charge extra for nondairy subs and than give me dairy instead. Ive heard from many that thats what employees do.
