Zero customer service. The heavy lady on counter this morning, took our order for 3 coffees and didn’t let us know that roundabout time it would take. 10 minutes later, I walked to check if the order ready on counter belong to us, they say if that’s what you ordered. We just grabbed random three coffees and walked away. If that’s the way they handle their business here. It’s easy for people to come in and grab whatever ready there and walk away without paying.

I disappointed staff due not aware about Deaf communication I need to write instead speak out even I cant hear and what staff said.Other staff bring paper with pen she talked about go line drive through wow soooo longest way. Great service, food and beverages were as good as expected and the location is conveniently placed just off of the freeway. Parking is a bit limited and the drive thru is slightly random in how its situated but other than that its a top of the line storefront location.

I go to this Starbucks almost every morning. The girls there are amazing BUT the new staff? They are HORRIBLE! They gave me a cold sandwich. Like seriously?? I’ve never had a problem until today. I get that it’s busy but when you pay that much for coffee and a breakfast sandwich it better be good!

I’m a big Starbucks fan but I will literally try avoiding this spot on Benicia road as much as I can of course I always try giving them a second chance but it always is a fail they just do not know how to make coffee or anything that isn’t a frappe every drink I get I always have them correct it they will give me black coffee with ice as my iced coffee when I will pay for creamer in it your suppose to be in love with your first sip of coffee not be disappointed & forced to drink the whole thing just so you don’t waste $5-6 so sad because I live right by this spot but I will drive all the way by Target or inside Target for my Starbucks! some may love this spot or some may agree with me but this is my personal experience every time I stop by this location

The service was good and friendly. Drink was okay. Scones tasted a little old. All the wall outlets have been sealed off. If you plan on having a meeting here, make sure your devices are charged because you cannot charge them here.

Adrian is the best! I frequently mess up on my order and by the time I arrive to the window I need to make changes. Hes one of the very, very few who honestly isnt annoyed and has no issues with making sure my beverage is just the way I want it. I truly appreciate that! Went in to redeem my birthday drink and was told it had already been redeemed...It hadnt been as you can only redeem them on your birthday..The cashier tried to argue with me saying it was redeemed or expired. It couldnt have been expired bc today was my birthday! I appreciate Starbucks giving a free drink on ones birthday,but could do without all the BS and attitude from the cashier!

Starbucks and coffee. :) Had to grab a quick Cappuccino when I was in the area. After a long rush hour drive, had to drive back, so extra caffeine was desirable.Pros: Taste is consistent as if I went to my local Starbucks; store was clean; and not many people in the store (I was in there after 6pm); free parking; easy to find off the street; and has a drive thru; service is always fast; no waiting lines at that time.Cons: Very limited parking so you probably will have to park across the street; seating area was a bit darker than I liked;.Starbucks and cappuccino. :)

Im give it 3.5 stars. The store is often clean and drinks are fresh, made right. However, the reason it gets a 3 is because there is no outlets to charge your devices. I often rely on Starbucks to get my work done and because I use a laptop and my phone its a complete bummer to know that if my devices arent already charged, I cant get any work done here. Once they incorporate plugs, Ill be able to give it a solid 4 stars. Until then, 3 is all I can do.

I was trying to load my card, get my free drink and buy other things but cashier kept messing up. Had to re ring everything several times, even switching to another register. I am traveling and was hoping to get in and out much faster than that. So put me a little behind my timeframe. Very disappointed that there were no sandwiches. I loved the egg sandwich. Was told you discontinued all the wrapped sandwiches. Unfortunate as not impressed with all the new things in plastic containers..

Drinks are made pretty quickly but it seems busy. Lots of people in the drive through and walk-ins but there is little parking. The gas station in the lot makes the parking situation awkward.

These guys always close early theyre supposed to close at 10:30 but if youre trying to get last minute coffee make sure youre inside before 10:20 because they lock the doors and wont let you in. I dont understand how management lets them do this good thing theres a McDonalds right next door and they sell coffee and sadly McDonalds has better customer service.

While I love this place for its convenient location, the always friendly staff and cleanliness... I have had uncomfortable experiences in the drive thru. One time I was with my children in the drive thru and a man with a blody face approached my window asking for some change or for help. My kids and I were so frightned i didnt bother to ask him what he needed. Another time a man came up behind the car sharing into my back window...he then went around to the front and kep walking towrds the back of the cheveron. So the drinks are great besides the occasional too much cream or mot enough sugar which can happen anywhere, my thing is that there are so many people wondering through the drive thru I feel starbucks needs to cutbthe people off by adding a gate to prevent them from using thw drive thru as a short cutt. I could go elsewhere for my drinks and I do when im with my kids. If starbucks could something about keeping those people away from the drive thru I would give them 5 stars and be a far more frequent customer.

Starbuck is my go to place and I dont drink Coffee. I had one bad Experience and that was 2 weeks ago at Starbucks in American Canyon by Walmart. I asked for a strawberry acai and it was three strawberry in water. I asked for a mixture of water and lemonade but it was all water. I wont give Starbucks about rating for one person Ive been to Starbucks over a 100 times in every drink has been good. I wont go back to the Starbucks in AMERICAN CANYON

This is the best Starbucks in terms of staff and flavor of coffee (I know, theyre corporate and all should be the same, right? ). Unfortunately, you have to watch out for dangerous transients around the premises and inside (yikes!).
