This chain doesnt mess around. They deliver the hot suite ground Bean juice and they do it well. Since they branched out to making breakfast they have gotten my attention, but the furniture atmosphere, and vibe have gone downhill in recent years.

I appreciate that they cooked my food as I requested. It took more time but my panini wasnt blistering hot on the outside with the middle colder. It was cooked as it really ought to be. And I was able to appreciate it because of their willingness to go the extra steps that I requested.

Although the food and my drink was very good, the wait took about half an hour. And they called the wrong name for my order so I eventually had to ask when my order would be done. Then I was given 1 of the breakfast sandwiches after ordering 2 of them. I think it would be a step in the right direction for them to call a certain number rather than a name to avoid confusion and miscommunication.

I ordered a dry cappuccino, I was given a regular cappuccino. I returned it and was offered to make another one but instead in a few mins was given a lighter cup saying it’s a dry cappuccino but when I saw it.it was just emptied of the original steamed milk to make the cup lighter with no effort to add dry foam instead of steamed milk.The worst part of this experience is the effort to deceive instead of making a new cup.

Starbucks is always great around the Thanksgiving, and Christmas season. Its the only time they sell the Chestnut Praline Latte, and it reminds me of Christmas every time they do. Im usually a Peets coffee drinker, but during the holidays, I always come back to Starbucks.

Later, they gave us the hot version of the drink and when I asked them why they misquoted in the first place, the lady whom I spoke with disrespectfully said there’s nothing she can do about it. Preferences on coffee will be different from person to person so I cant begin to think what you would think of the coffee drinks they make but I will tell you that the staff here is incredibly positive especially for what they go through every weekend.This is by far the busiest Starbucks out of the many in South Lake so take a deep breath and if you are waiting for your drink just remember you could have ordered through the app and your drinks wouldve been ready when you walked in.

Extremely busy. With that, its built as a standard Starbucks so they are only as efficient as the quantity of equipment. With so much business, they should relocate and expand in order to keep up with the pace of business. Otherwise, the customer service was great. I had a large order that was filled without mistake. Just plan to stay a while to receive your drinks.

We get it, it’s closing time, but they were so impolite, she had a rainbow mask, and she made us feel REALLY unwelcome. Really unwelcome! Horrible service from the associates making the drinks, ordered a decaf coffee over the app it took them over 10 minutes. When I asked about it I was “let know” that they had to brew the coffee and had a lot of drinks ahead of me. Very busy on the weekends so be prepared to stand in line to order and to get your order even though its really not a long wait, its just a busy location! Plenty of seating if you bring your laptop and they even have a charging table if you need to plug in. Do be aware that the parking lot is supervised and the 2 hour parking limit is enforced and they do tow!

So sad because I’m local and I really like this location but today I came in for my morning coffee (my favorite cold brew) and was met with poor service. I placed a mobile order at 9:06am. It said prep was 3-7 minutes. At 9:17am I asked if it was ready. They said they were “still working on it”. I figured they were busy so I sat back and waited. I asked again at 9:27am, same answer. 9:31am coffee came out. 25 minutes to poor a cold brew!! And everyone walked by and looked at that mobile ticket. Went in this morning. Quite busy but only a handful of people ahead in line, 5 mins to order. What I didnt realize is how many people where milling around waiting for drinks. Between the mobile orders and the people ahead of me it took over 26 minutes to get a cappuccino and a latte. Ironically I had just run the Tahoe 5k and it took me less time to get across the finish line than to get my coffee. I get that stores can be busy but if the cashier had told me Id be waiting close to a half hour for my drink I would have gone elsewhere. A hostess at just about any restaurant can do that, why not here? Disappointing.

Love this Starbucks. In the Raley’s parking lot which is convenient to pop in and out before skiing at Heavenly. Baristas are so nice and manage the crowds really well. Five stars for service, products, cleanliness and accessibility. I just didn’t give 5 stars becauseThey didn’t have good indoor seating even before the lock down. And it’s usually freezing and snowing 6 months out of the year.

I came here to get something warm to eat and drink. My cravings were definitely taken care of and my belly comforted :). I had an almond milk hot chocolate which was not overly sweet and very enjoyable. I also ordered an oatmeal which was really good. I love that the oatmeal here is a decent amount (probably 3/4 to a whole cup) with healthy toppings. The traditional oatmeal is my fav. If there were dried strawberries on the side it would even make it better! Yum!

Sunday feb 6 at about 6pm I went in and ordered an almond milk chai. My drink came out and it clearly had espresso in it. I let them know and they acted like I was wrong and wouldn’t even look at the cup. I felt crazy. I asked my friends and when we opened the cup- it had whip on it and they confirmed it definitely had coffee in it. They sent out a chai and asked me if I took a pistachio latte- I told them I could t know because the label was for my drink and all I knew was it wasn’t right. Then, we weren’t sure they gave be almond milk and I’m VERY allergic cow milk. Then they completely skipped my friends drink. We have all worked at Starbucks and were trying to be as kind as possible while still getting what we ordered.

The coffee equivalent of a fast food chain is usually better than this. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. This comes from a guy that goes to Starbucks every other day.The first time I stopped by, the line didnt move the 5 minutes I stood there so I gave up.At a later time, there was no longer a line, so I went up the cashier. They fill the mobile drinks first and they sit there either going flat or getting cold. They had about 30 mobile drinks while I waited 45 minutes for mine. One person who ordered after me, in line, was given his beverage before me. They dont call out the names at all as the in-house orders come out.I asked the barista if any of the venti drinks could be mine and she told me that they were all mobile. Fifteen minutes go by and a guy barista asked me for my name. I told him and he gave me my Americano from the ones that had been sitting with the mobile orders. It was now luke warm. They didnt even asked me if I wanted sugar or creamer. Just handed it to me, turned around and went about his business.Not cool at all. They need one person to call out names and deliver the beverages. The manager needs to tweak the system a bit. Yes, they are jamming, but the flow needs work because they are causing customers to be upset. Ill just go elsewhere. Theres another Starbucks right behind my hotel, less than a block away.

Yes this is the Heavenly Starbucks and probably the nicest Starbucks in town with the friendliest staff there. I ordered a green tea Frappuccino and got some gift cards for some of our deserving athletes with the STHS Swim Team. Stephanie helped me with my order and was having trouble with the gift cards activation process. She kindly asked her supervisor Sarah (Hopefully spelled correctly) and she tried getting it to activate and the process didnt take very long but they figured it out and gave me an extra $4 off if there were any inconveniences. Now I would have reviewed regardless of the $4 off but that was going above the call of customer service in my book! Exceeded my expectations of being a local in a popular area frequently visited by tourists that aren’t always the nicest to deal with.

Awesome front view. The smell of coffee as u enter is so nostalgic. Thts typical of all Starbucks though. The outside sitting is just fantastic. The service is prompt. This ones easily identifiable from the street. They hv ample parking lot. Crowd is mostly tourists. So the starbucks was ok, they had someone new who was training. I found out they charge me extra for an out of season drink that has 1 fewer ingredient and takes no extra time to make. I also saw a sign posted for carcinogenic ingredients in their coffee and not going to be ordering anytime soon. I posted the sign and dont know why this wouldnt be at other coffee shops unless Starbucks has specific ingredients that other places dont use. Still love their snacks, baked goods, etc. Now Im curios how many things that they sell have those ingredients though.

I generally like Starbucks but unfortunately the one in South Lake Tahoe wasnt up to par today. We ordered 2 Cappuccinos with cream. They came with milk froth and one was half a cup. She then told me that she had put cream in after I asked about this. I asked her to please fill the cup properly so she added half a cup of cold milk. I now had a cold cup of coffee. I had them then remake the coffee again but gave up on the whipped cream. Instead they accidently gave cream to someone else after us who asked for a machioto without froth. That person politely mentioned the mistake and left with the coffee unrectified. In summary I would say the barrister lacked the necessary experience.
