I came over to this Stsrbucks after work to relax and sit down because theyre open late and its a nice outdoor seating environment. I had to use the bathroom and they no longer allow patrons to use the bathroom. I understand that the workers dislike cleaning the bathrooms, but if Starbucks raises the cost of their coffee and food. They need to provide restroom facilities for myself and paying patrons. Its 2 hours til closing and no one is around. I dont think I will return to this Starbucks until they change their bathroom policy. Its not open to the public. Starbucks can do better than this. 👎

This is primarily a drive thru location, with a small pickup area if you decide to walk up and order at the window. Service is pretty good and prompt. On the weekends the drive thru line can get pretty long, but once again the staff is pretty prompt and efficient so it doesnt take too long to get in and out. Plenty of breakfast and pastry options to go with your coffee. Overall its a small, primarily drive thru location, that is prompt and always has great customer service.

It literally just took them 30 minutes to make a light roast coffee with oat milk. I ordered my coffee at 12:10 PM and I’m just walking out now 12:43 . I hope they don’t raise the minimum wage such poor service in poor attention to detail as the only customer at the window it should be the easiest thing in the world to get coffee and walk home. This is by far the worst poorly operated Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I did an online order and on the app it says drive thru only so I was waiting on the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes I was late for work and my drink was watered down even the cold foam dissolved completely it was the worst experience ever at Starbucks and I buy Starbucks almost daily

Its an outdoor drive thru.. but line moves quickly.. Girl at the window was cheerful and very helpful. You could here great energy from the workers inside!! We try to make our drinks as healthy as possible and she was definitely very patient and helpful with our instructions. Great overall experience and our drinks were yummy too!!

This is the closest coffee shop to my office so I come here fairly often. Every single interaction I have ever had here has been just the most absolutely wonderful and pleasant experience. Everyone is so nice!! I try to limit coming here to once a week as a treat to myself, but it is always a highlight. Thank you for making my week brighter!

In addition to it being super convenient, a complete retro vibe from the vintage building and being a drive through, the service andegg white breakfast wrap I got was great. I was able to order before getting to the window from the host thats outside to take the orders and greet you in the drive through. Very efficient.🤗

Without a doubt the most cheerful, polite and generally upbeat staffed Starbucks Ive ever been to! Most of them put their own unique spin on how to corporately greet you as well! I never thought I would give Starbucks a review because it is Starbucks and you usually get the same thing in most locations, but this location really blew me away positively. They concentrate almost entirely on the drive thru customers. My drink sat on the back counter for 10 minutes and nobody ever called my name to tell me it was ready. Also the cashier had to check every single pastry I ordered to see if they had them.

Great service. Drive through line is typically packed early morning. If youre not in a rush and are within walking distance I recommend making the trek instead of having the whole of LA commuters curse you.

Placed a mobile order for this adorable little Starbucks but ended up in the drive thru line to pick up my coffee because the tiny parking lot (appx 3 spaces from what I could determine) was full and I didnt have time to search for a spot on the street and utilize the walk up window. The car in front had a large order of multiple drinks, otherwise I dont think the wait would have been as long as it was. So, extremely limited parking is my only complaint otherwise I wouldnt mind coming back.

Not sure if Starbucks or Google is to blame for wasting 40 minutes of my life, but when I searched for Starbucks near me I got this spot as a result and was told its open til midnight so I drove to it at 11pm only to find it closed.. FORTY (40) MINUTES (taking into account the return trip) OF MY LIFE WASTED! Thanks! I dont think, in the 21st century, its unreasonable to expect such info to be accurate!

I am a regular customer specially at this location and it was very convenient because, I live one mile away. But today I had the worst experience, I asked one employee (lady) for 4 drinks, first of all I am paying for it, that means that I can add extras and I am always willing to pay. But I think she wasn’t in a good mood, and didn’t understand me. She didn’t take my order right, I heard that she was laughing about me I don’t know but can you expect. I got extra caramel when I I asked for one pump only. I asked for extra milk and it was not given to me. I threw my drink away because it wasn’t well prepared. I wasted my money and time. I am not asking anything for free, I am paying for it. Worst service ever. Never coming back. This Starbucks location has showned how they care about their regular customers.

This is the worst Starbucks in the entire country, possibly even the world. They consistently get your order wrong AND they dont know how to make the drinks properly! I cant tell you how many times Ive driven away, tasted my beverage and it did not taste the way it was supposed to taste. I only go there if Im pressed for time and absolutely have to. I come here for my lattes. I always order with Soy milk. The lattes are always done perfect. The people here are always friendly, and patient. Yes, it does get busy at times and drive through takes time. But they work hard and fast so its worth it. They all work very hard to finish drinks as fast and as best as they can 😀

Efficient and helpful staff keep single drive through line moving. Still it can be a long line of vehicles out onto the street. Very limited parking in their own spaces. You can walk up to order at an outside window and sit outside, sometimes with quicker service. Unusual small building worth a visit but not designed for regular, high-volume fast service of common Starbucks locations.

Always ask for your receipt at this location, I had a gift card with a low balance and I asked the cashier to split the balance between my gift card and my debit card, he charged both cards and again the total balance in my debit card, talked over the phone with the so-called manager Jose, a total jerk, made me go by telling me he was gonna give me a refund when I got there he said he couldnt locate the transaction, because I didnt have my receipt, even tho I showed him my statement. A total waste of my time, I dont understand how he has the manager position. Never returning there!!!

There’s an employee that’s incredibly rude. Anytime I order coffee and he asks if I want any cream or sugar, I say “no just black please.” He combats me that black coffee means only no creamer.Clearly not a an experienced barista if he doesn’t know what black coffee is, but also not great with his customer service.

This location in Hollywood is not very good. first of all I asked him if he could take off the cheese of one of my sandwiches he says no they dont know how to do that. The great thing about this place is they kept the old gas station that was there and refurbished it to maintain the original architecture! The bad thing is the drive thru line (like most Starbucks drive thru lines) backs up like crazy. No ones fault really, just plan on waiting for a bit. Also because of the small footprint for the building here, parking is very limited so your best bet is to park on Highland at a meter or on the street in the neighborhood a block or two down.

It is one of my favorite stores. Iblove how they turned an oldtime gas station/mechanic station into a starbucks.bBusy at drive thru but the employees are nice. When I was working at a nearby studio we would preorder coffee in the morning. They always had it ready and had all the extras. We would also order drinks a couple times through out the day and they always,got them correct. We had some people who ordered custom drinks.

Sat in line for 30min, I ordered a Venti Cold Brew, received my coffee and drove off as I was in a hurry at that point.This was NOT a venti cold brew. This coffee was watered down and bitter. They obviously made a regular coffee, poured it over ice to cool it down (water it down) and then gave it to me as a cold brew.Yeah, big whoop, I wasted $5, but this is a BS way to conduct business and Im not likely to come back. My favorite StarBucks - with a couple disclaimers....First of all, this StarBucks is DEDICATED drive-through, and im constantly amazed how fast they manage to push that drive through line. BUT the downside is that the walk-up window is a after-thought at best, and worse, it delays the drive-through line, this means that the staff see the walk-up window as a distraction and the interaction can feel rather rushed for the occasional walking patron.That said, back to the drive-through.. BRILLIANT. for cars this is the StarBucks. (please dont go where as your visit will slow me down. ha ha)
