Great place to get a quick beverage and snacks. Perfect location. Close to major streets and freeway. Many people use the drive-through. Staff are friendly and efficient. Some seats outside and benches seating, which wasnt comfortable. This is a very small Starbucks. It was close to the motel, so it was super convenient.

Just what we wanted. May 16, 2024, 1 pm. The young barista who took our order was amazing. I didn’t see her name, but she wore braces. She never stopped smiling. My friend and I haven’t seen an employee that happy in years, anywhere.

Walked inside to order coffee. The inside was dirty. Tables, floor, and the window separating the coffee machines from the public. My coffee tasted great, and the service was good. Im sure I hit the store after a big morning rush. Someone should have been in the lobby cleaning.

Young gentleman working front counter was very helpful. My daughter and myself were very curious how the lavender cold foam tastes and he whipped us up some to try along with the matcha. Employees are always friendly!

My flat white had a very distinct burnt flavor. I order the same drink at other locations and do not have this issue, coffee was undrinkable. Cannot recommend. Friendly service, though.

The bathrooms looked like they hadnt been cleaned in awhile and my drink order was done poorly. I ordered an iced green tea peach lemonade with 2 scoops of matcha added. He simply put the matcha powder at the bottom rather than shaking it so its all just clumped at the bottom (stuck past the point that swirling will help). He also started trying to take my order while his back was turned to me and seemed annoyed when I didnt respond. But how was I supposed to know he was talking to me? Never had this kind of issue at a Starbucks before.

Terrible parking lot, slowest espresso Ive ever waited for. Drive thru line was so long, and maybe thats why it was so slow inside. And bathrooms were pretty poorly maintained, no toilet paper, dirty feeling, dark.

They tend to give you the wrong order.Then they were out of venti lids. So they had to give me my drink in two talls. Which I did then got home it was the wrong drink. Went back 3 days later. Still no lids. So I asked her when they would get lids in. I also said that no other Starbucks in town were out of the Venti lids so it’s unfair for her to say it’s a company shortage. She is lying!!I went to the other Starbucks and they do not have that issue. Nor does the in Target parking lot. I asked if they had a delivery date for the lids. She made me sit in silence. So I said hello? She takes her time then says to me like I said before it’s a company outage. I truly can see why they don’t have good reviews. I only would stop there because it was in my route. I will be changing my route and not going there.

The dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. Started with the glass doors being grubby and dirty, walking to an overflowing trash. Dirty bench seating that looked like someone wore their wet shoes on it. Pieces of paper napkins, straw wrappers on the floor. It was completely unswept. For as early as it was, it was more than clear that the night shift did nothing before leaving. The sinks for washing your hands had grubby tiles and pieces of toilet paper or paper towels on the ground.My guess was the cashier was new. He was an absolute delight and competent in his customer service.The general manager may want to pay a visit and see how that store can be supported.
