Just got off the freeway 🛣️ and found this location ! I decided to try something different ms got the ice tall lav matcha 🍵 wow so delicious 🤤I went to the bathroom 🚽 and it was clean 🧼The service was fast and location was very spacious with lots of tables and chairs outside and inside ! They also have drive thru .Definitely recommend this location 💕Coffee ☕️ was delicious and Skye was a sweet heart ♥️ she took my order

Out of all the Starbucks this one and the one just off Barton Road Loma Linda are the only 2 Starbucks that can actually make coffee properly. Yes there might be a que or wait but who cares. If you want good coffee made correctly come here. Service is always fantastic

Went for a quick fix. Wanted something ketogenic but not really sure what they could whip up. I kinda know what to order but just didn’t want to think today lol. Went with what the girl behind the counter recommended and it tasted good! Nice, somewhat quiet location. It’s new-ish so place looks good still.

This has been my favorite Starbucks for 2 years until they replaced many of the original staff with new ones that clearly have never been trained. Drink quality has gone from perfect to mediocre at best, for 8 dollar drinks I expect much better

Good location and fast, friendly service. The coffee is very good. Took one star off because something is wrong with the wifi, it seems to intermittently drop signal or hang for a few moments. Its pretty slow, too, only 6.9 mbs.

Not the easiest location to access. The drive-thru is weird with poor signage. Typical Starbucks coffee, however they didnt put the lid on properly and I almost spilled my coffee all over the car.

When your paying for your beverage, it should come properly crafted. Obviously every coffee company has a standard beverage recipe, especially this corporate company. The barista who was on bar at 4:15 am, not TORI who was the person at DTO and DTW, was unwilling to make the beverage I ordered in the customized way it was ordered. A venti chocolate cream cold foam cold brew with no ice, extra chocolate cream cold foam. There are pictures of my drink below that I sipped out of plus you know the foam separates after sitting. Tell me why this barista decided she doesnt want to do her job. I dont know but there are plenty of young women like you who actually want to go to work and do their job. Go be a hostess somewhere if you dislike making drinks or getting up so early 🙊 worst customer service ever in a Starbucks, and I have been a customer since 2005. Shame on you wearing that green apron representing a company you obviously arent willing to work for. By the way, I didnt ask for more cold brew.That first sip feeling, when you have to work and go to school but your coffee tastes bad. Plus you are a parent and coffee is just one thing you get to have for yourself!!!!

This is a nice location. I have only been inside one time but it was nice a big with a good sized outside seating area too. Every time I go they are not crazy busy and we are in and out quick. The staff had always been friendly too.

As a guy frequently on the go, I sometimes may mistake where I ordered my Starbucks drink from— there are 3 within proximity of each other after all.I pulled up to the drive thru to pick my mobile order only to find out I’m at the wrong Starbucks. Totally my fault.However Ben and the Starbucks team went above and beyond my expectations by making my drinks on the spot. They maintained professional customer service from start to finish and of course the drinks were exceptional.That’s why I always choose the Starbucks on La Paz for their professionalism and above average customer satisfaction.

Not a standout. On the positives there is a TON of outdoor seating right next door. Christopher was very nice and the drinks came out fast. But the inside is small, the music was turned too high, and it was just LOUD inside to the point that conversation was hard. And this was late Friday morning when the store was only 1/4 full. Restrooms were Jekyll and Hyde. One was super clean and well-kept and the other was pretty nasty.

When I walked in the door, three different people greeted me. The restroom was clean and well-stocked, which is always a bonus. When I went to order a drink, I wasnt sure how to get what I wanted, so the cashier walked me through some great choices. He even said that if I was dissatisfied with my drink, they would make me a new one. I was super satisfied with my drink, and wish that I had gotten his name and the name of the other people there who assisted me so I could specifically name them here. They were awesome! I will definitely be back.

Ordered a venti iced sugar cookie drink, a venti water, and a birthday cake pop at the register.I was headed to the restroom, and I heard my name being called. Another person took my cake pop. After a couple minutes they returned to cake pop to the register realizing it was not theirs.When I got my drink, my water was not there. The Baristas looked busy, so I waited. I asked for a venti water, and they gave me the smallest cup of water they could find. Not only did I get a cake pop that was touched by someone else, I also got a smaller version of the water that I asked.No one cared. Never coming back to this location.

We come here regularly on saturdays and sundays and they have either messed up orders or constantly make drinks out of order. The people who ordered drinks behind us get theirs before us and they make mobile orders and drive through a priority over those who actually walk into the store and interact with them. It’s just frustrating that it takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink in the morning.

Thinking this was a newer Starbucks I expected a decent experience but I was wrong. The staff was rude and couldn’t care less about my order. I asked for my receipt, they threw it away. I asked for one cake pop, they gave me two. I asked for a full cup of ice, I was given one less than half full. A couple of items were also missing from my order. When trying to ask the baristas about the issues, they snapped back with an attitude. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks.

I’m incredibly frustrated with this location. This is the second time I have ordered ahead and the inside is closed. The line wraps around the parking lot and I don’t have time to wait for 20+ cars in the drive thru to order and wait for their food/drinks so I have had to LEAVE MT ORDERS both times.The whole point of the app is to order ahead so you can run in, grab your order, and save time. I know they have the ability to turn the “order ahead” function on the app off because other locations have done it. I’ve wasted over $25 ordering ahead at this location.I understood the first time but the second time is the too much. If you need to order ahead, go to the location across the street. Don’t waste you time and MONEY at this location.

Your website says you’re open 24 hours, yet there are no signs posted about lobby hours.Maybe they should include this in the app for those of us who mobile order in the morning. I’m now late for work waiting in this line when I could’ve gone in line prior to parking, getting out, and going to the door to only have the doors locked and employees stare at me until I left.

The drive thru was closed so went inside - as they suggested. 5 people doing nothing except one guy at register helping older gentlemen but then made his drink while other two women chatting, another sweeping touching dustpan andd dirt then went snc made food for online order without washing hands. . Its my morning stop but making me rethinking it. Might go to another location. Even if further. Not first time this spot has been bad. I left no order after 5 minutes of waiting.

This location deserves five stars! This is based on all of my experiences here since they opened. Every barista has been excellent, but Alyssa is the brightest GEM at this Starbucks.Shes helped me a few times and has to deal with my very complicated orders with extra almond or coconut milk and hold the this-or-that. She goes above and beyond in such a sweet and calm manner, it is truly a pleasure to stop at this Starbucks thanks to her excellent customer service! I hope she stays here for a while, although Im sure shes destined for greatness!It is located right off the 15 freeway on the very South end of town off Temecula Parkway 79 South, next to LA Fitness and the new Chevron. The drive-thru is quick and easy to get into and out of. They really engineered this layout well. They have plenty of seating indoors and a large patio outdoors that is shared with Pizza Press, with lots of parking.This is by far my favorite Starbucks! Far easier to find and get your coffee quicker than the one down the street or the Winchester location. Last one on your way to San Diego and first one on your way into Temecula Valley.Thanks Alyssa and Starbucks team!!!

A fairly brand new Starbucks joint on Temecula Parkway near the recently built Chevron gas station.The place is considerably clean as you would expect in any new establishments. The staff members are very friendly and courteous. Contrary to the other reviews, our order didnt take too long at all. This could be because the clouds of dust have settled and the employees are now fully trained.The area is relatively spacious with a nice outdoor hangout area good for meeting with friends and colleagues. The free internet service is also good for those who want to stick around and do homework.The location is about a mile and a half away from highway 15; which is a perfect location to have a sip of coffee and munch on snacks before entering the highway to commute.

Its a little bigger than other Starbucks and I havent ever really seen it super busy on the inside. Lots of places to sit and since not a lot of people go there, its fairly quiet. Its really well lit, which idk if thats a good thing or a bad thing, I personally like Starbucks a little more dark, but its cool. The people are nice and honestly this location might be my favorite. Theres also a big outdoor patio that I think they share with the pizza place. I often go there and work on artwork and I think its a great place to chill. I havent been during Starbucks rush hour, but its generally pretty quiet .

Bigot cop callers. A barista saw my 2.5 pocket knife on the table next to me at 6am, after I used it to open something. She wasnt satisfied with the condescending attitude she gave to this combat veteran and daily, paying customer. Nevermind she uses kitchen knives that are swords by comparison. Im homeless, so out of concern for her stores image (I cant think of any other reason), she called the police and had me arrested. Never said she called the cops, never asked me to leave, never warned any of the customers that risked their lives coming and going, or even staying for the next half hour of terror they all waited for her heroics to pay off. I lost $200 of personal property that the cops left behind, missed meeting my friend to drive her to a doctors appointment and lost the knife that I just bought to replace the last knife stolen by cops. I sure hope the barista doesnt have PTSD. Starbucks should give out medals of honor; to think most in the community will never hear of her heroism.
