The art of walking into a cafe and ordering a simple latte is lost at this location. There was maybe 5 people sitting down with their order yet the entire staff is busy making orders, presumably mobile and drive thru. 20 minutes and endless chocolate syrup pours later I had enough and requested a refund. No questions asked, they know they are sub par with service.

The morning crew on window here always gives us terrible service. They’re rude or angressive. Our drinks are almost always incorrect. If you do order here, I suggest going inside during the evening.

Cute location. Small seating area but bright and airy. Small seating area outside seems like you are right in the drive thruBut the drive thru is great and very convenientStaff is super helpful and friendly.I had placed a mobile order and when I got there they said they could not complete the order as they had run out of matcha.The barista kindly offered to make me anything else I would like and he did it right away. That was nice.

One time I went there and the person was kind a rude and the second time I was there at 9:30 and it was already closed, people inside said no more service for the day … but at the door says they close at 10:00 pm … what’s going on????I’ll never come back to this location !!!!!

Everyone at this Starbucks was so friendly. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. They made it perfect and even spelled my name right. This location was very clean and people seemed to social distance. Seating is limited so just keep that in mind if you have a group.

Its a hit or miss at this location.Ordered a Grande Flat white, got a cup that got probably 2 inches thick of not so fine at all foam on top. Rather if its the correct small cup of flat white or your Starbucks way of flat white, it should not have this much of foam. And its a 50% chance to get it made incorrectly here.

This Starbucks is managed horribly. They are out of basic supplies like non-dairy creamers both soy and oatmilk almost every week and they frequently close the store early for no apparent reason. If you need coffee on a reliable schedule, this is not a location you can depend on.

I rarely have a problem at this location that I frequent often. Its a comfortable spot with a great interior setup to work. Wifi is fast and reliable. Drinks are made correctly in my experience. Employees are usually quite friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean.

Nice Starbucks location, plenty of parking available. Drive thru usually has a multiple vehicles in line. Wait times have varied from short / little (3-4 min per 1 drink) wait time mid day, evening a bit longer sometimes 5-9 min for (1) drink.

The baristas arent component. Don’t come here.I was in the drive-thru & ordered 2 frappes. They messed up the drink 3 times and gave us a different # of drinks (??? If there is no star I will click it too! No wifi signal, wanted one hour and a half to try to connect with but showed full bar connection with actual ZERO connected result! The entire store was smoky and I tried to asked them to turn on hood but it was nothing built above their oven. When I communicate with the workers they did not even act like they cares! Its a ghost shop! DO NOT get in to waste your money!! I lived in Diamond Bar city over 30 yrs, its a new built in Starbucks next to T-Mobil. Just never try to get in anymore!! Horrible!!

The staff was courteous and efficient. But there was some problem with their WiFi. There are a lot of sites that they blocked off, including major companies like Safeway and Walgreens! Even Facebook access is limited! I could not upload photos. There place was somewhat crowded on a Tuesday afternoon, but I managed to find a seat. But I could not get anything done with their faulty internet access.

I was VERY displeased with this establishments abilities to make me feel welcome. I walk in and kindly ask the barista what the vanilla sweet cream tastes like he looks at me like I’m stupid and says “sweet.” Although I was already disappointed with the service, I continued to order a venti. I wait at the counter for my drink, and the baristas continue pestering me and one of them had the audacity to ask “did you order something?” WHY WOULD I BE JUST BE SITTING THERE?!? I was attending a pastors conference nearby and stopped in for breakfast on a couple of the mornings. Standard Starbucks menu. They have a drive thru, and parking is ample, but a little awkward closer to the front door. There is a nice patio with a few tables.

The location of this Starbucks is baffling, its far from major shopping/running centers as well as a distance from residential communities. Its right in the middle of an industrial area. None the less this is always a busy Starbucks. Because of its location on a major thoroughfare and its narrow parking lot it can be difficult to get into the drive-thru here unless youre headed South on Lemon. Otherwise this is a pretty decent Starbucks.
