Out of all the years that Ive been patronizing Starbucks, Ive never had a brownie taste, like it was drenched in french fry oil. Ive also never had a sandwich with smeared, brownie or chocolate on it either. Also, I didn’t like how I wasn’t greeted by the cashier even though I said hello first. But everyone else was.

Favorite Starbucks in the neighborhood! With a long drive through, one never has to wait too long to get service, even on weekdays before school. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Theyre also very friendly to ones furry family members. Its our go-to store for that Starbucks splurge and puppuccinos for our pups.

Nice Starbucks location! Staff is all very pleasant and personable and do a good job both in preparing drinks and helping answer questions about drinks or Starbucks offerings. Location is nice to sit in, and a comfortable location for getting a drink and meeting a friend or doing a bit of work. The only time I would avoid being there is when school gets out because of how many groups of kids sometimes come through, but thats ALL Starbucks, and not something any worse at this location.

I met someone at this location for an OfferUp transaction. Since I was there, I decided to use some of the gift cards Ive received. I placed an order for a sandwich and a drink. When my order was called, I realized my sandwich was missing. I asked about it and the employee seemed confused, but eventually found my order. Its worth mentioning that I was using crutches, so getting up from my seat wasnt easy. After a few minutes, I finally got my sandwich and sat down again. I took a bite and a sip to wash it down, only to realize that my drink was mostly ice. Seriously, Starbucks? I understand your prestige pricing strategy, but I should at least be able to enjoy my sandwich with the drink I ordered. Overall, it was not a good experience for me.

Easy to see from the street. Plenty of parking around the building. Choice of drive thru, walk in for pickup or enjoy the patio seating. The patio is well shaded and the perfect combination of an enclosed and open air design extension of the building. The store is clean, the staff was bustling and friendly, mobile orders are more protected from the public by the staff as well.

As a partner myself this place was amazing, visited from a different city in California to visit a friend! No lines,plenty of seating areas indoor and out,Clean bathrooms mens and womens,very friendly staff,and great atmosphere, parking was easy to find thankfully. Only small thing was they placed my mobile drinks behind the bag that contained our food in was facing the way for mobiles so i had no idea it was ready until i asked someone. Other than that amazing place!

I have stop by this Starbucks a few times with no problems. Today, had an unusual experience. It could have just be a mistake, but make sure you get your receipt. I went to the drive through and order. Drove up to the window. Paid with a debit card. Sometimes the cashier will ask if you want a receipt. He didnt ask, so I asked for the receipt. I just had a funny feeling. I got charged a 5 dollar tip. For a 5.75 drink. I asked him what was this. He said the card machine ask for tip. I told him the card machine didnt ask for a tip. How did I get charged 5 dollars. You can tell he was flustered. I decided to drop it since there was a long line behind me. Just want to let people know beware and get your receipt.

I had trouble figuring out mobile order and wound up completing the order at the window. It was one, tall flat white. The woman at the window made me go around and get back in the drive thru line. I should have left. Its also not convenient to get into the line from the entrance of the parking lot.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Everyone that works there is so friendly and strikes up a conversation while youre waiting. My barista at the window today was Max and he is so nice! I havent had any issues with my drinks and they are always made perfectly.

I went to this store today to order a cup of coffee. The Lady employee (she’s African American) asked me what is my order and I replied her “Latte” she said what is your order again? I answered her so many times it’s “Latte “ and she kept on asking the same question what is my order for maybe 7 times and she’s laughing. I asked her what’s funny? My accent? I felt like insulted on her action. Why Starbucks are hiring employees without customer service training. This is so sad.

4 days in a row, still cant get the order right... This place is a continual mess up on every order we have placed in the last 4 days. Prior to this, we would get a messed up order at least 2x a week. It is .7 miles from me the other Starbucks which is usually a longer wait is .3 miles from me. I believe the wait is better than making a second trip, have to wait again so they may correct an order. By the way these 2 Starbucks are only 1 mile appart and there are two more just a few miles down the road...How disgusting is this! Maybe I will look into the mom and pop coffee shops, McDonalds makes a pretty good Hot Chocolate too

Every time I come to this location there is never a line. To my surprise, there was a huge line of cars. I was even more surprised how fast I was in and out! This location is fast, but still makes the best iced lattes around and Dan is the absolute best!

Ive come to this Starbucks often enough to be able to say that the coffee is always fresh tasting and they make really good hot, iced and blended drinks. This place is always busy and the service is always friendly. Ive been meaning to write this review but was prompted to not wait any longer because of my visit there this morning - I picked up my venti hot drink and was walking back to a table with it - one of the workers noticed that I spilled some of it on the table and my hand - within seconds he brought me more napkins and offered me some burn gel for my hand.I didnt have to ask for any help - he just noticed and offered. And by the way, I singed my hand pretty good and the burn gel relieved the sting and the redness on contact. Id thank him in my review by name but I did not catch it so, thank you, whoever you are - much appreciated !

I am truly disappointed with this Starbucks location. Ive had more than one problem with this Starbucks. I am usually at Starbucks daily. This location has messed my order more than once which is off since I only drink green tea. Today, I waited 15 minutes for an iced green tea. Not one employee said a word to me. I thought someone would explain or apologize, but no, I just waited. When I finally received my iced green tea, it was wrong again. I was so frustrated that I told the employee to just give me a refund on my gold card. She was kind and said, ok, we were busy. Why didnt someone just tell me some type of excuse? No excuse for this type of customer service.

Absolutely love the energy and culture here at this Starbucks! Kevin (the dude usually at the drive thru) is always super friendly and really great and pushing through orders with easeee. Emily one of the other baristas is always on top of making the drinks top notch and never lacks enthusiasm to do so. Leslie (I believe to be the manager) is also incredibly nice and super resilient, if there’s any type of issue or obstacle that presents itself she is quick to resolve it and will go above and beyond to make her customers happy! If it came down to giving a customer a bucket of water to put out a car fire I can’t say she wouldn’t be the one on board to help lol. Great Starbucks location would definitely recommend!!

This location cant ever get orders out efficiently. I will place my orders 10-15 minutes ahead of time and yet with guarantee Ill walk in and my order hasnt even been started even to the point where theyll see the frustration in my face and ask for the name on my order. Ill visit other locations where you see and sense the sense of urgency by the staff, you dont get that here. I dont know if every shift is this bad but the early morning crew is terrible.

First time visiting this store. The cashier was very nice and helpful. The barista was very slow. We had to inquire on our drink; the barista seem to take offense to our inquiry. The order was not was done as requested; we couldnt get the barista attention. We had to go to the cashier for assistance. Again the barista seemed to take offense that she had to fix the order; she didnt acknowledge our thank you. She was more interested in continuing her conversation with her co_worker.

I ordered a venti pumpkin frap and they charged me for 2 grande pumpkin grapes. I also ordered a pumpkin scone and had to wait for another girl to give it to me. I was waiting for my coffe and the girl that was making the coffee asked me what I was waiting for while making other people’s coffees before mine. They need to learn how to multi task. Very poor service. Need to check your receipt before yo leave the counter.

I been coming here since the store opened. Its been a hit and miss with my orders. Ex. Today, I did a drive through order, they upcharged me for an ingredient I asked for but they didnt even put on my drink. This isnt the first time this has happened. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt they will get it right so I dont taste it at the window, also I dont want to make people wait but no thanks never again!

Tried the pumpkin spice chai tea latte but it was way too sweet ! I bought it at 7:20 this morning and am still working on it. I dont think its supposed to be this sweet. Ive had it before at another Starbucks. I may just have to sticl to that other one ... 😝

The food and drinks are good quality compared to other Starbucks stores. However, the wifi is not as fast as typical Starbucks. So if you are there to use the internet, I would recommend a different Starbucks.
