This place is very busy and the customer service personnel are very friendly and courteous.The food served in this place is the same as other Starbucks restaurants.Doors are wheelchair accessible.

I had requested cinnamon powder on top but looks like they gave me the whole bottle!! It’s one thing to do this on accident & simply remaking it. No problem but and another to give this to a customer, bc there is no way you do not notice such large amounts of cinnamon! The supervisor didn’t seem all that caring when I called but he did offer a refund but I would have to go back to the store. It is such an inconvenience.

The other day, I placed an order for two drinks through the app. However, when I received my order, only one drink was made as the other drink required syrup which was not available at the moment. The barista was very polite and explained the situation to me. I was given the option to choose another drink and the barista promptly made it for me. Both the drinks were delicious, and I appreciate how well the situation was handled.

My favorite Starbucks location. The area and atmosphere outside can be a bit sketchy at times due to the homeless situation, but the inside and the service are really nice here, especially the look since the remodel/upgrade. Still no bathroom though 😕 but its a really small location with no seating area. I assume due to the locale and being right across from a metro rail stop, it would get trashed which wouldnt be good for them or other customers anyway.I really love how personable some of the baristas are here, and its what keeps me coming back. Also because its the closest location to my home 😊 Rebekah is super sweet and friendly. Nadine (I think thats her name... maybe one of the sups or shift managers) is also really nice. I miss Ronnie, he was one of the first ones there who was always very friendly towards me. I usually leave here not only satisfied with my coffee, but also with a smile and a boost to start my day right.

I love this location everyone here is so super nice ... It doesnt matter how busy they are ... I noticed everyone complains theres no bathroom ...theres one in El Super 100 away thats no reason to not give this place five stars .. thank you to all of the employees here who are so nice, friendly and polite .... Ordered my drink which was a caramel frappe by the order taker named Valerie attitude stunk not smiling cold ....I said did you need my name no but everybody else was asked their name I also did not receive a receipt ....Sat in the store for good 40 minutes observing everything everybody else has a friendly and happy attitude working here she keeps disappearing her attire was not appropriate try to dress up like a French barista out of place. Just plain sad ruins it with one bad employee and I dont think it was an off-day for her you can tell that she doesnt really want to work. I hope she is not a manager or assistant manager because you do have a bad employee here.

Starbucks. What do you have to say. It is great. The one thing I will say, is that theyre consistent. No matter which location you visit, the taste and portion size remain consistent. More importantly though, the drinks, all of them, but especially the coffee drinks, though a little pricey,(they do have other types of drinks) are still the best.

Starbucks at this location had a cohesive team of baristas who work together very well. The waiting area was very clean. I was welcomed when I stepped inside.The service was courteous and prompt. My hot tea was pitch perfect hot and prepared in a timely manner: under 3 minutes. In addition, the pumpkin muffin was warm and tasty. I enjoyed seeing the nice camaraderie among the workers. I can tell they enjoy working here.

25 minutes waiting for my drink (!!) standing around, no chairs. Waiting that long is bad enough when youre already caffeinated. I let the ladies behind the counter know that I waited 25 mins and their reply was, Sorry, its all the mobile orders that we get. Sounds like poor management to me -- they shouldnt be taking orders faster than they can fill them. Or at least if they do, inform the customer as they place the order that its a 25 minute wait time. This has happened before and Im not even a regular customer. Never again.

Nice clean and very friendly staff. Fast service the only thing that didnt look right were the flies on the bake good that are displayed. I get that they are only display goods but it does not look good in any place that sells food or beverages to have that many flies roaming around. Other than that pretty cool place.

Ordered a simple tea venti extra lemon and honey took over ten minutes while a customer behind me hadn’t ordered yet but his order was already being made by barista that seem to know him ask his drink after I ordered he payed his drink was ready in the front also a tea I seen the worker making very unhappy with service I asked for a refund on my drink and cup I purchased and got slight attitude from another worker who seem to be bothered over me asking for a refund after my order was taken long never going here again never had this type of service at any Starbucks. & at the time I over heard another customer upset over waiting also but for over 30 min while others received there drinks don’t go here.

The young lady I talked to lied about having dragon fruit drink. When I came back in talked with this little Mexican young lady she told me they did have dragon fruit. I had a sugar cookie latte my wife had a salted caramel brulee hot but when they brought our drinks they brought them iced coffees I told them we ordered hot they brought our drinks back within a minute and they both tasted like water and they werent really hot this is the third time we had problems at this Starbucks most likely we wont return back there

Okay, starting off this Starbucks doesnt have a bathroom. I have never been to a Starbucks that doesnt have a bathroom. Also there are no chairs to seat down in. I had to stand the entire time while waiting for my coffee. Besides that, the lady at the cash register was really nice.But really, no bathrooms!!!

Customer service here is horrible. It never fails everytime I go into this particular Starbucks it’s always the same thing. Overlook me, everyone else gets their order before me that order after me. EVERYTIME! The coffee is literally filled to the rim that it’s spilling out of the cup. I have to ask EVERYTIME not to fill up my cup to the top. I always say IM NEVER coming back to this one, but somehow I always do because it’s so close to my house. It’s pretty sad, to say the least.

Its a small Starbucks but that shouldnt deter you from visiting for a drink.The drinks are good, the prices are affordable, and the employees are friend. I was very surprised by how fast my drink was prepared and given to me. The employees working here really know what they are doing.Be aware that there are no tables and chairs inside to sit down so you will have to enjoy your beverage standing up or take it to go.Overall this Starbucks is a really nice one.

Wow! Impressive! Fully stocked with so many different treats that will knock your socks off! I ordered a breakfast treat, coffee and a Danish! Delicious folks! The customers and my barista had such pleasant attitudes! You would never have known we were in a pandemic or that we should be sad! Ordered ahead on app. Store had a line almost out the door. I went in, saw my drink at the mobile pick up and grabbed it to get out of the crowded space. Employee (short, older woman) comes running toward me screaming like I have my hand in the cash register. Scolds me for not waiting for service. Idk if she was new or just assumed I was stealing, but either way I’ve never been treated that way at a Starbucks before and I won’t be returning.

I tried to pay with a $100 bill and the cashier said she did not have change. I went to the supermarket close by and cameback and paid with a $20 bill, the cashier double checked the bill, it made me feel like I was using fake money to pay !!!! . The Starbucks was very clean, simple, and basic. It is not like the other Starbucks with all these random chairs everywhere. This Starbuck is a hole in the wall one. The bar Tista was very genuine and accommodating due to the new changes to the Starbucks reward. I got what I wanted. Vain all the boxes were fast, efficient, and very welcoming. I definitely will come back here again because its like a home to me.

Inattentive, overcooked milk in latte. Already detested this location as they have gone under renovation, removing the bathroom and seats and tables. I figured it would be fine to just stop in so I could get a holiday drink but the drink is so hot it has no flavor. Former barista here, very disappointed. With another location less than a mile away, Id not recommend this store.

This store closed power outlets months ago so that their customers cannot use a laptop, I think. They recently removed all the chairs and regular tables to make sure their customers cannot stay long. I think this is against Starbucks culture. I have not seen Starbucks like this. This store should not be operated under the name of Starbucks. We go to Starbucks to enjoy the atmosphere even purchasing pricey coffee.

Worse customer service of all Starbucks in the area. Ive only encountered one nice employee at this location.Make sure your drink is made correctly bc they r known for messing up orders. Dont ask for water bc they refuse to give it to you. Which by the way is illegal under California Statutes.Can not sit down at a table or use the bathroom because there arent any in this location.

I ordered using Uber Eats. I usually use DoorDash but they do not offer Starbucks so I used Uber. I ordered 2 sausage sandwiches with no egg and selected that option in the menu. I of course received egg on both of them. We’re allergic to eggs. We could not eat them. Uber does not offer customer service. You have to wait for someone to get back to you when you have a discrepancy with your order. DoorDash always has someone answer their phones on the second ring. From this experience I won’t be ordering from Starbucks because they do not use DoorDash and I won’t have to use Uber because I only use them when I want Starbucks. I will order Pete’s Coffee or Dunkin Donuts instead. Simple as that. Wrong order poor and lack of customer service made my decision easy.

The service was extremely slow today. They were obviously short-staffed but when the third person arrived to save the day, his attitude was way too casual. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when youre waiting patiently for your drink and the staff instead of quickly working on them is joking around. Things only went downhill from there. I watched the barista grab a dirty rag to wipe the outside of my cup before serving it to me. I wiped it with a clean napkin and left only to have the drink spill all over me as soon as I tilted the cup due to a loosely placed top. They remade the drink for me and I managed to clean myself up but this was not an experienced indicative of most Starbucks. The average wait for the 9 customers in the store when I arrive was about 20 minutes.

This location on Long Beach Blvd is terrible, they removed the tables and chairs so you cannot relax and plug your laptop or tablet anymore. The staff is friendly but the atmosphere is not good at all. I bought a cup of tea and wanted a cup of ice water and the lady gave me a hard time. Oh well, I will go to another location.

I am a Starbucks junkie. Ive used more reward points than is feasible. Even when I say I will take a break a new challenge comes along & I just participate. I & my Cuzn went 2 this particular branch becuz we were on that side of town. Our order was placed. When it came time 2 pay our cashier totally blew us off & offered 2 finish helping the other patron in the other line. I became miffed & said, hello, we were next...she is finished with her order & her cashier is helping her. She rudely said, oh I was just going 2 assist her. The product is the same dark roasted steamy creamy jolt you get at every Starbucks. So youll get what you expect from your order. However there will be no comfort, no place to sit, no ambiance, no convenience, and its easy miss it if you arent looking fo it.UPDATE: “blonde” light roast Verona makes me very happy. This location had me at hello but will keep me because they understand the meaning of EXTRA HOT! I have arthritis and menopause, so my body can go from extremely cold OR cold in seconds. So I keep two types of liquids near me or accessible to drink.It has been awhile since someone made it to my liking and I was able to drink it to the last drop with none leftover to heat up later or any 🍫 pooling into bittom of it.Thanks to the barista who made it want to get her name and put her down as my barista for life.

A new Manager lied and said I had to purchase something to get water when I’ve been coming there for years, I let him know this is news to me concerning I come in after work to get my usual with is a water with a splash of lemonade with is by the way free then I buy a venti coffee, he then proceeded to tell me it’s been the policy for 3 years with is not correct by any means!
