Not a friendly atmosphere. Sketchy people laying next to you literally smell like urine. Manager says she can’t do anything about it. I couldn’t sit for 10 min. This is a private business and if people are sitting there without a purchase they shouldn’t be allowed to lay down-scream, and sleep in there. This is getting ridiculous! I’ll find me a local coffee shop in the area that would handle this differently and offer a better atmosphere.

I like this starbucks just like any other, but they have significantly more space on the outside patio where its less noisy. It was very quick, and I was able to park in a mobile pick-up spot since the drive-through was packed. My drink was done exactly how I ordered it, and it was quick! Just like always starbucks for the win!

A few months ago during the Christmas season, i ordered a drink through the mobile app, and when i got home i realized it was wrong. I called them to let them know, even though i didnt feel like returning for them to remake it. My only concern was the drink they accidentally gave me contained an allergen that was not in the drink i originally ordered. If i had an allergy to that ingredient it could have been a problem. The girl on the phone was really nice and i know things get hectic so i only took one star off my reveiw. The rest of the store is cool, nice atmosphere and nice employees

Please find a way to remove sketchy people. Multiple times this year there has been a homeless person tweaking and giving off a horrendous odor. As well as a gentleman causing issues by approaching people uncomfortably and recently yelled at me multiple times in store while calling me “MILITARY!”. Another customer escorted him out in another day and almost fought him in front of store.

Love my starbies! Got my fav mix thats NOT on the menu. Easy and tastes soooo good! Its called The Dirty Chai chai tea, and 2 shots of espresso (comes with the actual order). Make it iced and in a venti. I usually add a shot to really get my day going! Youll thank me later 😌

This place is pretty solid with consistently delivering high quality drinks. The hours can be hit or miss, they seem to close the drive thru at a whim. Otherwise, we come here frequently as our back up coffee place when our local coffee favorite is closed

After seeing some of the reviews from 2 to 6 months ago I was nervous to go there. However the employees or management must have seen them too and taken action. The employees there were cheerful, professional, and helpful despite being very busy. My drink order was customized (the cashier was obviously a new hire) and she got it spot on 👌 . When I picked up my order it was perfect. Bravo Baristas! I had just come from Scripps and this made my day! I must say I am not easily impressed but they did it.💯 Thank you Starbucks!!

The drive through can get sort of cramped at peak hours because of the parking lot configuration. Good to be prepared to park and walk in if need be. The employees here are always cheerful, professional, and helpful despite being very busy most of the times I go there.

This Starbucks is spacious and has generous seating inside and outside. There is also a drive through. I stop here to take advantage of the out door seating. Not the best view, its of a parking lot, but enjoyable to be out doors and not crowded. The speakers are too loud and distract from a pleasant cup of coffee. Service is fast.

I usually love this Starbucks and have amazing experiences with staff here - they are so kind and helpful. Today I pulled up and the barista introduced herself and I was my usual very bubbly self and I said “Hi alexis! Can I please have a vente iced toasted vanilla shaken espresso” but I kept struggling to say the whole name of the drink - most likely because my brain was running on no coffee. And she was just silent and put my order on the screen. I felt intimidated because I was embarrassed that I struggled and tried to get her to respond to me, but she was completely silent. Because it was embarrassing I thought she would’ve laughed with me and then just says “that it?” and I said “Yes thank you so much” and she said “ok $10” - for my total. I pulled up to the window and she didn’t greet me at the window to even acknowledge I was there. She took my card and then handed me my food and drink, didn’t say anything, and I said “Thank you have a good day!” and she never replied. It really ruined my day and I understand that Starbucks is understaffed right now, but I work in service understaffed as well and as much as it stinks I still smile and greet customers, especially ones that were laughing and trying to converse with you. This Starbucks is very slow and the drinks are not made well. Several times we waited a very long time, even when we were the only ones there the other night. My iced drink lid was not put on right and leaked on me today. This is the nearest location to our house but I will avoid it when possible. The new management needs to train the staff better.

Close to the 15 freeway which is nice when traveling. They offer online ordering through the app which you can pick up thru the drive thru, walk-in, or park and they will bring out to you. The employees are always very nice, usually busy so it takes a little longer even with order ahead but they always make great drinks and actually pay attention to what we ordered.

I started going to Starbucks last year during the pandemic. Now that things a bit more relaxed guests to Starbucks have stopped wearing masks. Today I went to pick up my order and there were two ladies speaking right by the pick up area over all the open sandwiches and drinks without stoppers. No masks. I’m not a germaphobe, however we all know when you open your mouth spittle comes out. And on top of that they refused to step back from the pickup area. Why? 🤷🏾‍♀️ I like coming here to get a quick caffeine fix but at least make it so you pick your food up and step away. No one wants to see someone speaking over their food.It’s unhealthy and just gross.

I think I was close to closing so everyone was in a rush and kept passing the buck to take my order finally what seemed like 5 minutes, Ryan finally came by apologize for making me wait.. Im not saying it wasnt fun but watching two of the staff bigger between each other like siblings, and still not having put in my order was a little bit tiresome.

Good services. I always get a friendly smile. They may take a while to get your order ready, since they have the drive thru. So be patient. There is always a place to sit but dont expect to get any work done via the internet. It is the slowest I have ever experienced. Doesnt matter if there are 20 people or 2 internet is WEAK *you cant even stream spotify.

This is The Go To place for me and my family. Kids love to have breakfast there. Turkey Bacon Sandwich and Spinach Feta wrap are their favorites. More affordable than other breakfast places. Love drive through for daily coffee. The reward program rocks. Im also a happy stock holder.

This location is nestled in the corner next to Best Buy and kind of hidden but totally worth the getaway if you want to get some work done. It has ample room for seating and and a huge patio that is shaded if fresh air is needed. A definite re-visit for me in the near future.

Friendly staff, food and drinks prepared well. The only complaint I have about this particular Starbucks is the location. The drive-thru is situated in such a way that you end up blocking traffic or parked cars and its almost always busy. Most of the time I order ahead using the app, park and pick up my order.

They’re a standard Starbucks and the service and coffee were as good as any. They have plenty of seating and it would honestly be my new favorite study location if the WiFi signal and bandwidth weren’t so horrible. Also, the outlets on the island of seats are usb only. The regular AC outlets are only along the walls. Without fixing their WiFi, this location is unfortunately a complete miss for me.

In general, the Starbucks that have drive-thrus tend to take longer to get your drink and just walking in to pick it up. This Starbucks is no different, which is why I gave it three stars. The services usually pretty good, and you get the drinks the way you want them. It just seems like most Starbucks nowadays with drive-thrus, take way too long when waiting in the drive-thru. there does not seem to be an efficiency of movement or speed to which they complete the order. Its actually faster going into the store to buy a drink nowadays then to go through the drive-thru.

Schrodingers work space.Simultaneously a great and awful place to get work done.The positives first: lots of space, lots of outlets. Ive never seen it so full there wasnt a place you could set your laptop out and work.The negative: Im pretty sure the wifi packets are delivered by carrier pigeon. Ive been here a few times and each time the wifi service is worse than the last. To the extent that Ive found myself idle simply waiting on Gmail to load for minutes.So, if you need offline work done, or even find yourself distracted by the internet its perfect.If youre anyone else, youll get nothing done.

Bathrooms are closed due to covid. Bathrooms were huge in reducing disease. That’s why so many diseases don’t affect us. Closing bathrooms to customers is overall more unsanitary and is an insult to human dignity.
