Starbucks has been my go to for traveling work when meeting with clients. Since Covid, Ive noticed many of them around me have reduced or eliminated available plug ins which is essential to me. Fortunately, this location has several available. The food and drink is consistent to what Im used to as well.

Mostly stopped to use the restroom while on the road. Ordered an iced decaf Americano. Ive never ordered an Americano iced, but they didnt have decaf brewed and it was a very hot day. Worst thing Ive ever had made from espresso. Very bitter.

The barista, Ava, was excellent! Super yummy drink and very friendly. The older lady who took my order made it overly, abundantly clear that she REALLY did not want to be there. She repeatedly rolled her eyes and huffed, like everything I asked for was unreasonable, as though I were not paying for it and she were not being paid to do it. I really feel for Ava, because that older woman must be a real “joy” to work with.

I come here because of the staff. Isaac always remembers my name and my order, same thing with Karma. They remember you. Everyone else is friendly too! There is another Starbucks around the corner but I prefer this location because of the nice staff. Thank you again!

This is one of the busiest and most frustrating Starbucks around, I usually will go out of my way to go to a smoother running Starbucks. Not only is this store busy and way too small I wish they would have a better system for mobile orders, it is behind the counter and takes a long time to get the mobile order from anyone working there. For such a busy location, it would be great if they could move to a bigger location.

January 1, 2021 experience. (Store closed at 2:00pm.)Walked up with my friend to the store entrance at 1:53pm after workout nearby. Rudely greeted by a Starbucks employee. Only one of you is allowed to come in. I said, no problem, well wait for someone to come out and both go in. She said, we are closing in 7 minutes and we cannot guarantee youll get your order. We have never felt more discarded and unwelcome. We drove to Granite Bay Starbucks and we will never come to this Starbucks again. P.S. Starbucks has a 10 minutes rule too so by policy we had 17 minutes to order, pay for our coffee. These partners were rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER come to this Starbucks again and I workout at Orange Theory 6 days per week in EDH Town Center. This place seriously messed with the wrong people with attitude and poor (no) customer service.

They often have 4 to 5 people making drinks and only one working the counter in the morning. This causes a long line of people trying to make their order. They should probably keep two cashiers available during the morning Rush. Coffee is good and specialty drinks are made well. Employees are always nice and helpful.

Tyler, one of the managers at this location, was rude to my wife, short with us and unhelpful. Truly one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I normally avoid reviews but while complaining to another location about Tyler, was informed I was the second person to complain to them that day. Avoid! He will roll his eyes at you, make you mad you picked that location and encourage you to find a new Starbucks.*Gold card member for 10 years, regulars at two other locations in the area... won’t be back.

Coming from Wa state I have a Starbucks expectation, this store continues to fail at every turn. No one in line 1 coffee 14 min.They change store opening hrs and post this little note on door so everyone has to come to door to find out. Put it in bold letters and change web site too😟.when there doing pick up orders your in house order in morning takes way to long to get.Too much chit chat not enough Starbucks get up and goooo.This is how most Starbucks in this area operate Seattlites would have a heart attack if had to get there coffee 🤣here.

Ive tried this particular store multiple times. In person the line is typically not that long but they take forever. Then my drink was incorrect. It took so long I just put up with it rather than wait longer to get a correct order. Of course, this could be disaster if they screwed up and put dairy instead of non-dairy. Ive also done mobile. Order in for an iced drink at 8:25am. App says 9-10 mins prep time, available now at 8:30. Drink doesnt come out until 8:47! What?! Either management needs to figure it out or Im not sure how they can keep up business. I will avoid this location. Yikes.

Busy Starbucks with mobile orders. They keep them behind the counter to avoid the busy in house orders from getting confused. Unfortunately, you have to go up to the counter and say “I have a mobile pick up,” but they’re usually done. Some people will just grab things that aren’t there’s... which causes difficulty. But the staff is more than willing to remake anything in a timely manner. (Probably should shut down and move into a bigger location)

Iam from out of town first 2 time I went was on Christmas day and yesterday great experiences. Today not so much my drink wasnt made the way I wanted and the food I ordered tolk a while and it was just thrown together and it was cold wasnt pleased but they were pretty busy and didnt feel like having them fix it.

This place sucks Im literally pulling out of the parking lot. I ordered a iced caramel brulee coffee waited almost nine and a half minutes to get a hot creme brulee coffee. If you can get ice and hot together mind you the line is ridiculous because theyre only doing mobile walk-ins instead of catering to their customers that are before their face never again

Unfortunately, Google wont let me give no stars, so they get one by default - which is about 2 more than they should get.Starbucks seems to be getting more and more snobbish - and with the addition of a lackadaisical and half-hearted millennial at the counter, this visit was horrendous.Ive been looking for sugar-free drinks, and when I asked her to explain one of the mix options, she started, but then said well, you wouldnt understand.I have a few dollars left on a card someone gave me, which hopefully I can use just to get ground coffee - but at least I know what gift to tell people NOT to ever get me again.Dutch Bros is the new place to go anyway, or Dunkin Donuts. Friends dont let friends drink Suckbucks...

Its pretty much like every other Starbucks Ive been to, with one key difference -- a lack of electrical outlets. I stopped here to get some work done, and there is nowhere to plug in my laptop. Not one outlet along the entire wall. Sort of ridiculous.

I spent 15 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of me. The food was delivered to me at the register bc the girl was on her game. Yet I had to wait for another 15 minutes for both of my teas. I still had to wait and deal the attitude of the girl working the bar so I could have them filled up she left a good 2 inches in 1 cup and the other came out short again 5 minutes later. They are not working well and and just gave me heas adache 1st thing this morning. As someone who onws stock in this company I will make be making a point to visit a different location.

One of the guys that works there was rude asked for an almond milk drink no whip he just whipped the whip off and poured it into another cup...I am allergic to dairy products! Another one of the guys that works there was very helpful and gladly made me another drink.

It can sometimes take a long time on full days to get a simple cup of coffee or a frappacino or mocha things but overall once you get it no matter what you are always satisfied because it is Starbucks you can already expect what is to happen there, although they do always seem like the baristas enjoy there job very much so and you will always receive your food or drink with a smile and have a nice day.

I love Starbucks! The Doppio con Panna always hits the spot. New Cascara Katte is goid although Starbucks should start thinking about bringing new flavirs infused in the coffee rather than a 3 pumps of syrup format.This particular location is rather large and has a nice area where you can hold a meeting! Bring your team to Starbucks for the next group meeting!
