Coffee stop on the way back to the valley from walnut creek. Dirty bathroom, very nice employees and tasty drinks. I got a caramel macchiato with an extra shot but didnt taste very strong. 😑

Espresso drinks are usually made well. Difficult to get properly steamed and frothed milk at most Starbucks, but this location is usually pretty good. Register attendance and focus could be better... sometimes ling lines when not necessary.

This place gets super packed with online orders. I didn’t know and decided to stop by since there were only 2 people in front of me. Took 30 minutes to get 2 simple drinks (refreshers). I noticed they were first doing the online orders rather than the in person orders.

I don’t know who trains the baristas here but their frappuccinos are just consistently made poor. I’m a barista at a nearby Starbucks (this one is closer to my house) and the frapps are always melty and milky even after 2 minutes of sitting. They need to be retrained on the measurements.

Codes for bathrooms and person at register has to spend far too much time on drive thru and mobile order oven pastries -Starbucks doesn’t want us ordering in person and puts in store guests as lowest priority. I don’t like someone hollering welcome with their back turned. For $6.45 per beverage show some respect. Oh and WiFi hijacks phone and then doesn’t actually let me connect so I had to go outside turn off WiFi in order to complete this review. Oh and lock codes to gain access to bathroom is a discriminatory tactic.

Happened to be the spot where Id be meeting a good old friend for a couple of hours. I was driving from South bay and he started from Tracy and we kind of agreed upon to meet in this Dublin Starbucks location.Got in and it seemed to be a pretty busy spot as it took a bit to find parking even though there looked to be a big parking lot right next to it. Once parked and settled in we hopped in and placed our orders. Must say that the place is pretty pet friendly as my friend had his dog with him all this while with him.Got in our orders and were conveniently able to grab a corner table with some sunlight trickling in as well. Seemed to be busy in the beginning though eventually it became a quick order pickup for most the customers that came in.Can definitely use the place to work as there are ample spots available inside though it gets to see a lot of traffic and it might work better if you plan your visit accordingly.Overall a 5 on 5 and would definitely love to go back as time and plans permit :)

I didn’t imagine that i will write this review for star bucks as i ve always had a very pleasant experience . Unfortunately the workers at this branch lacks the customer service skills. What happens that i made an order & waited for it bit realized that other customers ‘s orders who came after me were already met so I asked politely about mine & it looks like they forgot about it. What really bothered me was the barista reaction when she said next time you should do whatever like it is my faults or something & even didn’t give me the full order. Yes i know they were busy but i think if you only apologized about the situation that would be enough. Never go there again .

I’m wondering who provides the supplies to keep this Starbucks in business. They are a sad excuse for a Starbucks when they don’t have basic items like almond milk or any lunch items. Why is this Starbucks even open to the public when customers can’t even get basic items?
