I’ve been noticing for a long time that in drinks like Cappuccino or Latte, you can barely taste the coffee. Today I picked up a hot Americano size venty. This is not coffee. This swill has neither the smell nor taste of coffee. $4.65 for wasted time and the unfulfilled hope of having a cheerful morning with a mug of coffee. I poured out this swill and will never go to Starbucks for coffee again. This company has lost its quality and my trust.

For some reason, this place consistently doesn’t put enough syrup in a vanilla latte. I requested 4 pumps which is normal for a grande, watched barista put 3 half-pump while speaking to a co-worker. Other locations are fine but for some reason, this store just can’t get it right

Very busy Starbucks on a Saturday morning. More outdoor seating than indoor. Theres a bar against the window with a couple of outlets at the end (as opposed to unset the table/bar). Good iced coffee (not always true at all Starbucks). Good vibe inside although not relaxing.

The hot teas used to come in two cups for a reason ! This tea served in one cup exploded all over me on a regular grab; the cup become soft after 10 minutes of serving and cant even hold the cap anymore. This is dangerous and not a product and service you would expect from starbucks...

Staff are so efficient here!There is always a bug crowd either waiting for ordering. Almost always no seats available.But the staff handle it so well! Drinks are made super fast and they all taste great. There was a lady who asked for ice water and was being ridiculous, giving the staff hard time. Staff handled her so smoothly and kindly, which was so impressive. People like that, they need to keep!

The workers this day were excellent!! Attentive, super courteous and had a great tone and attitude. Speedy and delicious. Overall facility was clean and workers were wearing their masks properly. On the other hand, some of the customers needs to calm down on their tone with these workers. Theyre working as fast as they can as witnessed and some customers walk around with no empathy. We would order from this location for years using postmates (Ubereats), without issue. However during our last two orders, they got 1 of the drinks wrong twice. The first time not a big deal, mistakes happen. However, that time someone wrote a really large message with sharpie. They clearly know who we are by our order and had time to write messages on bags. The 2nd time, the same drink was wrong. Now I am wondering if the drink order being wrong is deliberate. Are they mad we aren’t going in to tip them and it’s being done via post-mates/Ubereats? What’s the issue? It’s bizarre. One of the baristas who answered seemed defensive, and I get it…he likely didn’t do the order. However, someone is taking the time to write messages on our bags, and yet not checking or caring enough to ensure the order is correct. They’re printing the drink order, which clearly says the right one, and doing the opposite. Like I said, bizarre. We work from home, and it’s convenient to do post mates. Looks like we’ll order from the Irvine center drive location.

I visited this place twice within 2 weeks time and both visits had issues with my order. They are quite busy here and maybe thats the reason. This is one of my favorite Starbucks the staff is always super friendly and then make my drink right everyday. Super consistent Starbucks and the line is never super long at least when I go. If its your first time coming to Starbucks I highly recommend getting an iced coffee with Cinnamon Dolce & Easy Ice hits the spot every time.Try not to park too close to the entrance as a lot of cars are always driving pretty fast its best to park between the gas station and Starbucks.

The staff is friendly, but they always get my order wrong.My main go-to is a Vanilla Latte, but 1/2 of the times I order it will be missing vanilla and I have to ask for another one. Other times Ill already be on my way to wherever Im going before I notice, making it way too late... This Starbucks location is more of a sit-down location. They do not have a drive-through, so it is less conducive to grabbing a drink on your way to work. That said, the staff is always pretty friendly and produces drinks of the quality I would expect for a Starbucks.

Again, this is my to-go Starbucks location if I want to get a cold one for my wife. I love this place because they do the drink right. Some places just too sweet or not sweet enough. Anyhow, it is a small place. Tables and arm chairs always get occupied by people who plan to spend long hours there. Restroom is clean. It can get crowded over the weekend, especially during the promotion time on the drinks or stuff like that.

This starbucks in particular is a favorite of mine since they have the Nitro Cold Brew (its a coffee on tap so no ice is required and it doesnt water down your coffee). I usually go there for that but i switched it up and got a mocha and some sous-vide egg bites (the gruyere n bacon ones are heavenly). The staff is always on it- they recieve a lot of mobile orders but are still friendly and cheerful when you order at the register.

I don’t know why but the barista‘s at this Starbucks think the recipe is just a suggestion. Recipe calls for three scoops of something it should have three scoops if the recipe calls for a certain kind of milk it should have that kind of milk.
