Very hospitable staff and well run location. There is no indoor seating at this location - they do have a few tables of shaded outdoor seating. There is also a single restroom available for customers.

Stopped at this Starbucks location and wasn’t greeted by either of the three employees. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Shortly after a Caucasian woman walked in and was energetically greeted and waited on immediately. This is what we call in your face racism and discrimination. Black people aren’t welcomed here!

I wanted to throw away my cup and food wrapper, and the store had closed due to power outage, but one barista was outside getting ready to lock up, so I asked if I could throw my stuff in the trash and he said “only the cup”?ll? The most bizarre answer from someone who is in customer service?

Have been there at afternoon rather busy hours and the line was quite big and there were a bit messy inside. Also they had only one choice of milk available.Otherwise regular Starbucks cafe with taste and drink selection good as usual. Have few tables and is quite spacious.

There are plenty of seats in this store; in particularly a few long tables allowing people to work. However, the number of outlets is a little bit limited, so fully charge your devices before you come and work here. The parking could be difficult if its during busy hour since its not a really big plaza.I like they use a lot of floor to ceiling windows!

Im not from the area, and I picked this Starbucks on Pear street along my route. I came here on a Sunday at opening time to grab a quick bite prior to work out:1* for signage that needs fixing: it took me a little while to find it, as Google maps didnt (or I may have missed it) mention if its on the left or right.4* for free parking, albeit a small shared lot, but free parking is always a good perk.5* restroom was clean and has no bad smell.2.4.2018

Ive been here on a dozen occasions and love the fact that theres ample seating here to allow one to get work done. The staff is very friendly and professional even when someones new and being trained. It might get a bit crowded through the weekend but you can be assured that folks here will work fast enough to not let it be an issue.Side notes- Theres a single washroom and its decently clean.- Theres a decently large parking lot.

The store closes sooner than what is the store timing. I went there at 5:53 and the store was closed and the employee inside looked at me and didn’t bother opening the store to take the order. I went to get something for my daughter, and she was very disappointed.

This Starbucks is not friendly. Has screwed up my order and the smiles goes away as soon as walk in in uniform. Not military friendly. next time don’t forget my cheese danish and oat milk. I think Starbucks in California intentionally despises the military. Your personal feelings should not reflect the way you conduct business, I’m a customer like everyone else.

Kind of the new tech meeting place for best of the silicon valley nerds to brush elbows. Spacious, Lots of outdoor seating. ADA compliant with 2 parking spots near front of store. Staff was very accommodating as well as warm and friendly. Busy around lunch and a steady flow the rest of the time.Interior is a techie vibe. A few minutes walk from Google.

Great workers who look like they deserve better! One of their higher ups keeps nagging them and they look very miserable when working with him. I’m usually a regular here and when he is not there they look so energetic and happy! But when he comes around he makes them feel terrible and not wanting to work there. I believe he goes by run, management needs to fix this!

Simply, not happy! I went there between 8:30 - 9:00 in the morning. I gave order through my phone so I can quickly pick it up. I went there after 10 minutes, and waited for 20 more minutes to get my pike place roast. I didn’t get it by then and I had to follow up couple of more times to get it. Such a bad experience when you are running late and need a quick coffee. Starbucks never takes this much time for a coffee and a bagel. I hope they can do better next time.

Very friendly service and they are efficient with their orders! They have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches, and the sausage egg burrito has been a nice addition to the menu! Plenty of drink choices as well of course. When you go to Starbucks, you can pretty much always know what to expect, whichever one you find yourself at.

The baristas were so friendly and helpful! I ordered a large amount of drinks for a meeting and not only were they made quickly and effectively they even helped me carry out everything to my car to make sure that nothing spilled! Truly great service and a personal touch thats often lacking.

Very relaxing atmosphere and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. They even have cushioned seating outdoors. I never feel rushed. The down side is that there is only one restroom, so you will have to wait in line if its occupied.

One of the cleanest Starbucks I have been into. If you charge your Tesla then this is your #1 distinction. You can also order by phone then pick up and sit in the patio outside, usually sunny, or inside where it is warmer. Staff are always patient and nice.

I ordered through uber eats 2 mango dragonfruit trenta, what was delivered was two trenta sized which I do not know what kind of fruit was in it. The other drink just has colored red liquid with no fruits at all. This is ridiculous. I paid almost $35 dollars for the order including chicken bacon sandwich. I was told I have to go to the location to get a refund or exchange the order. Theres a reason why people have stuff delivered at their door. Poor service.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks in my experience: They didnt honor my birthday treat, showed very little care when the lid didnt fit on my drink, and when I asked for a spoon, I was told to go and ask the other barista for it, even though it was 3 get away from her. Why wouldnt she fetch it for me? I wish Google Maps had an unpairing feature like Uber, which would stop showing places to me that I had rated really low.

As a tourist, I decided to check out the Googleplex nearby and the Android statues. Then I had to use the bathroom really bad, so I came to this friendly Starbucks. I ordered a large Very Berry Hibiscus. It was very good. Nothing else to report. The bathrooms were pretty clean.

I would say that this Starbucks is a cut above the rest of the ones that I have been to solely for the fact that they have possibly the most comfortable seating spaces outdoors that I have ever encountered at a Starbucks! Couches and chairs on the side of the store provide a lovely space to have a seat and enjoy the weather.

Hey guess what, its another Starbucks! And guess what else, its just like all the other Starbucks. But that is a good thing. I like my Starbucks to be consistent. One neat thing about this Starbucks is that its right near the Google campus so you can quite often find 5, 10 sometimes up to 20 Google bikes hanging around outside in their colourful way.

There are plenty of tables and outlets available so you dont have to worry about you or someone else tripping over your power cords. Its a neat smaller Starbucks located near Google office buildings and Shoreline Park and the Computer History Museum and Century 16 Theaters. Its always run by friendly and trained staff. During the COVID-19 crisis its safe place to get a coffee and pastry or sandwich to eat or other drinks. It will probably be an ever better place to eat and drink and hang out with friends after COVID-19 is resolved in all areas.

This Starbucks is on the edge of a strip mall near an intersection. It has an uncomfortable indoor setup, not particularly welcoming baristas (they are really bad at eye contact and when closing will ignore you), one dirty unisex restroom, and attracts the local homeless crowd more than the bustling Googlers nearby. It does however have a huge nice outdoor patio though that overlooks, so if youre wanting to sit outside this is a good place. The wifi works well. It does not have much for merchandise.

My only gripe was with a customer - he was clearly very sick and kept coughing and sneezing all the time, while sitting near me. He wouldnt even use a tissue or practice basic hygiene, so I ended up sitting outside to avoid getting infected.So please - this is my little PSA - if you are a Starbucks customers who is very sick and need to use their facilities, please sit in Starbucks outside seating or undertake basic hygiene practices (cover your mouth when sneezing, blow your nose using a handkerchief/paper towels. It is very disrespectful to others when you sit near others and spread your germs by your poor hygiene practices. Thank you.
