Horrible customer service.I’m an Uber eats driver and I waited patiently at the spot we are told to wait at for 10 minutes, then asked the cashier for assistance, who promptly dismissed me as a second rate citizen and told me to wait without actually helping me determine if the order was being worked on, all the while I watched other customers receive their orders.I must ask that the management of this location not treat any customer like they do not belong or that they are not as important as any other customer.

Sometimes I come here and think about my ex wife. She used to get the caramel macchiato, drink half, and then throw the rest away. Then I would ask her why. Because I paid for it. Then she would look at me and say, “I didn’t ask for you to pay for it, Reggie, you did that all by yourself.” Then I would remind her that she was unemployed and I was the breadwinner. This would offend her and make her feel like a lesser person than me.This led to numerous problems in our relationship. Eventually she started to go to Starbucks alone. I was left to ponder, in my chair, whether or not I was being a good husband. Apparently not, because she left me about three months later.Sometimes I come to the Starbucks and order a caramel macchiato myself. It reminds me of her. It’s comforting.Anyway, the service is pretty good and they make the drinks well. Pretty nice location, very convenient for my area.Gobbless

Consistently disappointed by the customer service at this location. Ive been to this location a handful of times, but try to go to other locations when Im able to as it seems that every other time go there I have an issue with the staff. I dont expect folks to give me Disney quality customer service, but I do appreciate at least a minimal effort to be cordial. In the past Ive had the what do you want/is that it type of interaction which is a bit annoying but necessarily unforgiveable. However, on one occassion they made a mistake on a drink Id ordered, (iced caramel macchiato, they forgot to add the coffee so it was just caramel and iced milk) so, within 5 min, my boyfriend went in to ask for the correct drink, and instead the cashier accused him of tampering with the drink, demanded his receipt, and, when the manager finally gave permission for the order to be corrected, they had my boyfriend return the iced caramel milk, (which I suppose isnt so bad as it didnt much appeal to us anyhow) but it was still really frustrating for him. This evening I was picking up an order for my boyfriends sister, (she had placed as an online pickup) for a treat for she and the other gals working the late shift, and since they had a pretty long line for the drive-thru, I opted to just get down to retrieve the order. However, once I had tried both doors to the shop, I found that they had closed the lobby nearly half an hour early, (the hours posted on the door state that theyre open until 9pm and Id parked at 8:38pm). So, eventually, after I knocked on the door for a few minutes, one of the folks finally acknowlged me and informed me that they had closed. I informed her that I was simply picking up an order, to which she responded that I would need to go through the drive-thru to retreive, (which was a tad annoying but not such a big deal), but what had really frustrated me was the second gal who ended up handing me the order at the window because she met me with, sorry about that but we close soon and you JUST got here, I just say, thanks and head over to drop off the order only to find that one of the drinks wasnt made correctly and another was filled quite low.TLDR: my experiences at this location havent been awesome due to consistently poor customer service and both incorrectly made and underfilled drinks.

Actually really nice new cafe. I got a cu p of Peach Tea, and the staffers were kindly enough. Found parking in the very back. Lots of parking! Out doors is sweet place to relax-ish. My current bucks is under construction this is a great alternative. Music plays inside. It’s a high school spot during lunch, just saying.

I told the lady at the drive thru what i 2anted which was a Venti, Iced Mocha, with whipped cream on the bottom, extra caramel, and vanilla cold foam on top. Not only did she have an attitude my drink had no whipped cream on the bottom it taste like all espresso on the bottom. My drink was warm and I didnt like her customer service shes the worst!! Would never go to this location again.

I order 2 caramel Frappuccino got one basically all liquid like a regular coffee if I wanted a regular coffee I would of ordered a regular coffee I also waited almost half an hour to get my drinks my wife had to go back in there and ask for drinks and one was half way made just sitting there Ive never had to go back in and remind them about my drinks before in any other starbucks this is the first and last time

Thanks Starbucks keep my small green tea money as a tip- that Im never ever coming

Went during 50% discount 12-6pm, which the line was long around 530pm. They decided to close the lobby from 4 - 7 pm to have a district store meeting. The was NOT A GREAT MANAGEMENT IDEA to have a meeting during busy promo hours.The three BARISTAS were AWESOME in controlling the crowd since people were trying to get into the lobby to pick up their phone orders. Since we saw the sign, my son and I ordered our drinks online for drive-thru.
