This place can be a hit a miss unfortunately. I don’t go often due to the continued issues I’ve had with my cup not being even close to the top. Today was another case of buying a Venti but getting a Grande amount. They always try to cover up the lack of coffee by filling up the space with whipped cream. So this image is after mixing it all in. Not even a taste was taken before taking these images. You can see there is about 1.5-2” missing from the top: the length of my finger up to my knuckle! I recommend not getting whipped cream on top due to this. I tried showing the amount of the coffee through the cup by the Sun light and it’s barely visible but you can see the amount in there. For how expensive this place is, it is extremely disappointing that they would treat customers this way intentionally. The only reason I give 2 stars is bc when I called minutes after I was on my way to work, is bc the lady didn’t treat me as if I was lying or in the wrong and offered for me to return for a refund or remake.

Food and coffee were fresh and delicious. The staff were a bit more friendly than the usual seemingly very busy Starbucks baristas with attitude. Furniture was comfortable and there were power outlets available for my convenience :) The noise produced by the obnoxious middle eastern people did not seem to bother me; perhaps because I was so focused on getting my work done.

Thanks to barista Maurice for spoiling the mood for the day. In my opinion, you need to be more respectful to people. And when giving a glass of coffee, you need to read the customers name, and not silently give the glass away, and then watch 10 people come up and read the name on the glass in small print. 12.21.23 10:30AM

The staff is the worst, Elva in particular. My order was wrong and instead of being decent and professional about it she turned her back towards me and started talking about me. Her huge back was intentionally facing me the entire time I waited for my breakfast. Starbucks should replace her with a healthy kind individual that has customer service.

My of my favorite locations! Extremely spacious with a very unique design both inside and out. If you want to experience a Starbuck on a larger scale this is the place my Encino friends. The crew is very friendly and accommodating . If youre a fan of ice coffee like I am definitely stop by.

Perfectly located Starbucks with nice outdoor seating area and inside has enough room for work or a nice coffee time. Great employees here

I hardly ever write reviews but this absolutely has to be done. Their drinks are either really watered down, or they arent using the correct amount of syrup flavors. I dont have this problem at any other starbucks. I asked them to remake the drink, and it taste the same. I don’t think the workers are the problem but whoever is in charge is teaching them to make the drinks wrong. It’s really disappointing to say the least. Please dont waste your money, there is another starbucks up the street.

They skimp you on espresso and just serve straight up milk. Even after I let them know my drink didn’t taste like it had an ounce of espresso in it, and asking them to remake it (which I never do so that’s how you know it was bad), they still effed up. This used to be my go to Starbucks but I’d rather drive the extra miles instead.

Very very bad people work here came in to get something then almost get served and One of the employees decide to start doing construction takeoff the wall in front of the cashier and it drops on my wife’s foot how foot is bleeding now,This is the most disgusting thing that ever happened and instead of employees doing something they just brush it away and asked one more time do you want your order or should I cancel it? That’s crazy and you guys will hear from us very soon!!If there was a way to give lower than one star I would!!
