This is the friendliest and most efficient Starbucks I have EVER been too! All the workers were going over and beyond expectations for each customer, I was in awe of their generosity and kindness, we are only stopping by as we live far from here but this place should raises the bar and should be utilized as an example for all other locations! Management is doing the right thing here by encouraging happiness 💕 thank you guys for starting our weekend right 💕 it’s the little extra touches for me 💕

I went there with my daughter, she really likes the seasonal drinks offered here & the bakery pastries too. The flavor of the coffees are excellent, the place was clean and neat. They have tables inside and outside, the parking is free & available

Ive visited this Starbucks several times since moving to LA and, after experiencing locations in Seattle and San Diego, I can say that there are two team members here that are the x factor behind every visit I have being exceptional. True and Greg go above and beyond and make every visit feel like Im coming home for a cup of coffee and hospitality. Theyre the reason to come back time and time again and they elevate this starbucks ahead of other locations. Ill be back again and again thanks to how well they treat every customer. If theyre not managers leading their teams then Starbucks is wasting their talent.

What’s not to love about cheerful employees, plenty of seating indoors and out, a short wait for my coffee and a “take what you need” basket for those in need in the neighborhood. Starbucks coffee may not be the best but the staff here clearly cares and that makes all the difference.

This is a great Starbucks location. Theres free parking, ample seating, and they still have their power outlets; they even have a couple wireless phone chargers in one of the tables. The staff are friendly and the music isnt cranked all the way up like it is in a lot of Starbucks.

A remarkable place of service. The people that work here care about how I am and they have incredible attention to detail. I went here clueless on what to order, however, I was fortunate enough to get by far the best customer service I have ever had. I do not say this lightly. When I came here I expected to just get my coffee and leave. I believe the greatest differentiator from any coffee shop is the interaction you get with the barista’s. Here I didn’t know what to order and a down to earth barista, April, gave me a delicious recommendation: an iced caramel macchiato with blonde shots. My goodness, may I say this is by far the best coffee I have ever had. Furthermore, I think although I ordered something simple, April greeted me in a warm fashion, had a brief conversation while I was ordering, and made me leave with a sense of happiness along with my new favorite drink. This made me realize that any coffeeshop can make a great coffee drink, however, it is rare to meet a barista that makes you feel like if you were family. If you are looking for coffee there are plenty of places, but if you are looking for an heart warming and empowering experience this is the place to be.Thank you Starbucks team for making my day!

If you are into strong coffee this is the place for you !Especially if you can drink it.I used to drink Starbucks for 2 years every day and it caused me heart burns and acidity, and then i changed to Tim Hortons which was much better and lighter and after a year i finally changed to Dunkin donuts original blend which is really the best, it is a coffee i can drink every day without any problems or stomach pain.

Went here for one food item and the wait was terribly long ! PHONE ADDICTION IS TAKING OVER THE FOOD / BEVERAGE INDUSTRY!! I am very unhappy with the service. Took me 30 minutes to receive my croissant and the person handling the food is checking their phone and texting the entire time while handling our food !! This is a health hazard ! After Covid I thought management would care more about service and stress to employees NO PHONES ON THE FLOOR !! Please do better I really used to like this Starbucks ! After waiting 30 minutes and being met with an attitude i won’t be going back !!

This Starbucks is convenient for its location, but it is fairly small and frequently busy. I dont find it to be a good place to study. I feel that there is so much distraction going on in there or with the cars going by on Sepulveda. The parking is usually full when the other businesses are open. In the morning, customers are usually coming in and out so it is easier to park.I highly suggest you order in advance through the mobile app. The lines could be very long and it is so much easier to go directly for the pick up area and ask for your order. The baristas are of course super busy in the morning so you kind of have to sneak in their attention for the mobile order.I love their new egg bites! Delicious and little carbs. I say they are overpriced but Im still going to purchase them. Favorite drink is a venti latte with coconut milk and green tea latte with coconut milk.

Ive been to a lot of Starbucks and hands down this one has the best energy for multiple reasons... The take what you need table which features books and food and has a very specific kind of energy is amazing as well as all the cool sayings and the funny flip card thing by the barista... This was both a more entertaining and a more compassionate version of Starbucks that Ive seen in a long time and I really liked it and the stuff seemed really happy and more Starbucks should be this vibe

As a former partner at this store, this response is to Alex Whitehead down in the comments. I agree, partners should get trained on how to deal with a Karen or a Kevin that arrive with an entitlement. The training should consist of developing superpowers such as reading your mind because clearly you standing midway without notifying a partner just won’t do it.Secondly, if we do not see your order, it is protocol to ask the customer to revise if the order was sent to the right location. If the order is not sent to the right location, a partner will remake your order to save yourself a trip. Moreover, you missed to write in your comment that you had a tantrum and yelled, “Gosh! I come to this store all the time, I know it’s the right location!”. Clearly, people like entitle Kevin are not used to being questioned. Of course I will ignore your behavior because it’s unacceptable. Your order was not completed due to technical error that day and you were given your items once completed.Employees quit retail/food beverage because people like entitle Kevin expect to be treated like royalty after yelling at an employee. In my book, the customer is not always right. I advise YOU to take a course on how to bring down your entitlement. Aside from blinking and moving the eyeballs from side-to-side, rolling my eyes will cause additional work that I don’t need.

This location was good overall. I ordered green tea hot. The staff did not tell me how long the tea needed to steep which takes away one star. Staff should explain a suggested steep time for black, green, and herbal teas.4, 3, & 5+ respectively. Parking at this location is a bit crazy also. Plenty of outside seating.

I mean, its a Starbucks. So its within a certain range. But Ive had good luck here. Outside areas on two sides, close enough to the ocean to get nice breezes, so its comfortable. Inside tables tend to fill up but theres room outside. Ive had mostly pleasant interactions with the staff. Update: After two turbulent years its being back to where it was. The staff here has put a lot of energy into decorations and positive messaging.

Talk about a branch location with horrible management and/or training! Not only is the staff pretty much only interested in hanging out and conversations amongst each other rather than provide service to customers…. But when they do engage, not very friendly! Karla was the barista today (Sunday 1/30/22 @ 11:40am) and she was particularly rude and when she asked if I had a mobile order I said yes, and then she said she didn’t have my order and needed to verify I actually ordered at the correct location. I had to run out to my car and grab my phone to show her the app indicating I didn’t make a mistake. Then when my order was completed they didn’t announce it or acknowledge me until I came back up to the counter, when Karla completely ignored me, no eye contact and then rolled her eyes at me when I pointed behind her to the iced green tea I ordered. Karla needs another training course in customer service or should find a job she actually likes. Horrible.

Close to the house, I find this Starbucks swirling with life. Actually one of my favorite locations in the city. The location is always friendly staffed inside and you can sit inside or out. Even with all the people, you wont feel crowded. Drinks made here are always on point too. Makes for a perfect place to meet someone, relax or just enjoy your drink.Now one concern you might have driving by is the parking lot is usually pretty busy. Its almost always possible to find a spot though. Just brave it...this parking lot is so fluid, except right at noon and six, you will find a parking spot.

So i went into this starbucks a while ago and i just cant stop thinking of one of the workers there. Her name was Saba and she was the sweetest girl ever. She was very kind and nice to me, as I had no idea what to get,nor had I ever really been to Starbucks before, she explained how the menu worked and gave me plenty of suggestions. She ended up giving me a special drink made from things I told her I liked. Overall it was surprisingly a great experience to go to that starbucks that morning. Will come again.

Had a nice dinner in the center. Went for an after dinner coffee and a sweet. My iPhone was half charged, so I plugged into the outlets below the banquette. After while, the low battery pop up appeared. Turns out all the plugs are dead. When I asked the cashier what was up, he said theyd been dead for some time. Then I went here to post a warning and find the last comment from 3 weeks ago stating the plugs are still dead. This is obviously a long standing problem. Why?Apparently Starbucks and this manager dont make enough profit to maintain one of their basic services.Theres several other locations within a mile. Calling them, they have no plug problems.Avoid this location indefinitely. Too cheap/lazy to care for their customers.Pleasant, but somewhat distracted staff.

I had purchased a venti cup from this location and decided to return the item the next following morning. The manager that morning said that he could not give me my money back because the purchase was over 25 and that the only thing he could do was give me store credit. I thought it was odd because the receipt doesnt say anything about that so I decided to ask a friend who is a manager at another location and she said that she had never heard of that policy. In the end, I went to another Starbucks and they gave me my money back with no problem at all. I use to come to this location often and now, I am thinking that I might not ever go back.

Everytime I go there it gets worse and worse.The last and final time I will ever go here, it took over 45 minutes to get my drink, and there was barely anybody in the place..This place needs an entirely new staff, they care less and less everyday.Before that they lost my order somehow, on top of that they had a line of about 15-20 people, and refused open up a second register while the employees were just sitting there talking to each other.

The lines are ridiculous at this place ever since Starbucks started doing online orders. If you get here at rush hour and expect to get a coffee or a sandwich in less than 15 minutes good luck. Its not the staffs fault that theyre suddenly having to make double or more the amount of drinks they used to. Although this one gets particularly busy Ive seen this at pretty much every other Starbucks on the Westside. Starbucks is no longer the convenient fast place to get a coffee that used to be. this is why I only go to Starbucks when I cant go to another place like 310 coffee for example. Seems like a really poor business plan.I thought Starbucks was a really smart company but they decided to boost productivity without adding more baristas or machinery.

Customer service in this store is at a low of one Star. Attitude of the workers is at a all time High of RUDE. Just because its Starbucks does not mean its ran correctly. This location is where the simple minded cashier has a attitude with the customer (me) telling me You dont understand just because you placed your order and had to wait 10 minutes at the end of the counter without receiving it is not our fault. (With ATTITUDE) Some people come in here ordering 5 drinks and more and that is why you are waiting. If I believe her then the fault of my order is because of other customers. WRONG little girl who is not so bright. My order was a everything bagel lightly toasted and 5 butter packs. My order had nothing to do with the process of drinks being made. A million drinks could be ordered and it should not effect my order I paid for 10 minutes before. Only the oven could process my order. I watched 20 plus orders come from the oven. None were mine. I went back to line to complain. The person at the oven wanted to know what I ordered. Now I am getting mad and said just give me my money back. The cashier seamed to have a problem with that. Now my order appears. Mike your bagel is ready. BURNT to a crisp. On the sack it said Lightly Toasted. I guess the smart people working here can not read. PS to the cashier talking down to me telling me I do not know how it works. I have two E.E. Degrees. One from Duke and one from M.I.T. My IQ is above 160. Tell me again how I am not smart enough to understand how it works.

Spacious with a large wrap around patio area on three sides. Theres ample indoor seating but limited electricity - power along the north walk had been reportedly out for several months (cushioned benches), yet most folks are quick to offer to share or use a powerstrip that you bring which can beer plugged into receptacles in the floor.The staff is very friendly and efficient, and considering how busy this location is, orders are served up pretty quickly.Readily accessed from northbound Sepulveda or eastbound Washington boulevards, and right along the 405 freeway in a trendy shipping center with several eateries.

Just yesterday I was at this store and I finished my tea and I forgot to take my blood pressure med, so my hubby walked up to ask for a cup of ice and water, the woman dispatching the drinks was RUDE and apparently didnt know we had just purchased drinks,, she was arrogant and disgusting, her behavior and comments were unnecessary and unjustified. I will never visit that store again. Corporate should have a three strike rule follow by dismissal due to bad customer service.

This is the worst starbucks in the area tbh. Ive been here enough times to notice that the baristas are constantly making drinks incorrectly. customers (including me) always have to go up to the bar and ask them to remake it. they never clean their workspace so theres dirty cups and shakers piled up while theyre making drinks. if youre planning on doing homework, theres rarely a place to sit, even during off-peak hours.go to the one on sepulveda and washington blvd. instead and thank me later

The baristas are very nice. They let people come in and charge their phones even if you dont buy a drink. They will also give you hot water to make tea with if you have your own thermos. Actually they will give you a cup if you want one. The best way to brew Chai or Earl Grey is inside a Yeti Rambler. For Chai get Tazo and you need 4 tea bags and you have to let it cook for at least an hour. For Earl Grey use The Republic of Tea and drop 4 bags inside the 18 ounce thermos. Sweeten with 4 bags of Splenda and a splash of half and half and youre good.
