I’ve been to and ordered enough Starbucks to know when the drink was not made right. It tasted water down (milked down). I ordered a grande with 3 shots of espresso… it tasted like they used pour over coffee.Just slightly disappointed since you pay good money for these drinks.

Worst Starburcks I’ve visited in the world. It has all the atmosphere of a gas station Jack in the Box. The worst part was the service. 3 workers there, nobody made eye contact or greeted us in 10-15 minutes. They were all heads down busying themselves with minutia. The one that appeared to operate the cash register took one order in 15 minutes and spent the rest of the time waiting for the pastry she threw in the microwave to warm. The other two never broke character from, ‘I’m an extra in a movie and can’t look at the camera.’I want to add that there was hardly anyone in the store and it was almost 4pm (not exactly prime coffee hours). We just walked out without ordering after almost 15 minutes!!! Stay away from this place.

Been here multiple times. First time I was double charged, another time they got my order wrong. And today rep couldnt see the amount of $ I had on xbucks account so I had to pay out of pocket when I know theres money on my xbucks account. Literally logged in into app and saw I had $ in there.

Usually I love going to this location because of the friendly people working in the morning/afternoon shift BUT today, the people working around 6pm were so rude to each other & made me feel uncomfortable! The girl re-filling the sleeves had the nerve to respond to her co-worker saying sure, Ill make a panini as if Im not doing anything because thats what Im here for, to serve you and society meanwhile the poor guy is taking all the orders & making the drinks! The energy tonight was not a vibe & I simply left because I doubt my drink wouldve been tasteful. Ill stick to the morning crew as they are always pleasant, kind & have a positive attitude.

We drove through minutes before closing. The barista was friendly and patient as we figured out our orders. He even threw in a cookie that hadnt gotten picked up.Drink order was prepared accurately and quickly. SB always has good service, but this place definitely exceeded our expectations.

No outlets, limited seating, a bit run down. They told me to go to Panera if I needed an outlet. I had just spent $6 on Starbucks so I could sit and work. A waste of money. The lady who took my order was friendly but the others had no smiles to share. Among the worst of the Starbucks Ive been to.

This place is convenient for me and Im a usual morning customer. I feel like there is only one friendly batista at this place (I dont know his name). They always say hi and actually gives me eye contact everyone else is sorta rude. I think if it wasnt for that person I would go to a different Starbucks.

I was here on 1/29/2020 to meet some colleagues before heading to a meeting. The store is very small with limited seating for groups of 3 or more people. The service was slow, but friendly. The order was accurate. There is only one uni-sex restroom with a pin required to use it. If I lived up in the area, I would probably look for a different location as for my morning stop. If I find myself meeting with 3 or more people again up in the area, I will probably look for a different location with more room available.

Slow service. Mobile orders take priority to a totally new level. Treated like a step child when you walk-in to order. And when you call them out about this and complain, corporate has obviously told them to not care. This a global problem. I have been a daily customer at numerous stores across the west coast and Texas. Starbucks coffee isnt good enough to put up with this so I will go somewhere else....oh yea....there is nowhere else. Huh, maybe thats why!

Wow i never write reviews but the employees here were absolutely rude. The young guy at the register gave us attitude, he gave me the weirdest look when i told him my name, asked me twice what size after i already told him. He held his hand out impatiently before i could even count my money. They also did our drinks wrong. i understand if ur having a bad day but if you cant even be a good barista why are they still working? Thats probably why they only had $1 in their tip jar.

Disappointing service and cleanliness. The station with sugar and stirs were dirty and sticky. The floor needed to be mopped. The cashiers didnt seem very happy. And they gave me half my order. And left our other drink with no lid sitting on there back counter till they realized oh that might be a customers. No sorry no thank you. Didnt even look at us. Parking is always busy. Ac wasnt working. Cant wait for Jamba Juice to be open next store!

We frequently do mobile order here. They forgot to put the cream cheese when we ordered bagel (we ordered the cream cheese too, its 75cents). I thought on the third time they miss, Id call and let them know. So far so good weve ordered about 5 more times and they havent been missing the cream cheese. Sadly I made that call today. They missed the 3rd time. I know we should check our order every time...

This Starbucks is a very busy Starbucks and trying to find a seat in there is virtually impossible. Although this Starbucks is a lot better than the other one in Escondido it still isnt that great of a place to hang out in my opinion. There is a whole window wall that is covered without any light coming in probably because the sun gets too hot on that side of the building. While I understand why they may have done that, to me it takes away from the atmosphere of being open and sunny. The chairs are very comfortable there anyway so if you have to go to Starbucks in Escondido my opinion is take it to go!

One of the more quite Starbucks Ive been to. Which is nice when trying to relax and unwind from a days work with a warm Cinnamon Dolce Latte. The low sepia lighting adds a sense of warmth and homeliness to the ambiance as though it was a rustic cabin deep in the backwoods, a crackling fireplace and various game trophies mounted on the wall from the previous season and the moon is the brightest light for miles around. Unfortunately the proximity to the major street makes outside conversations difficult to hear and brings you back to reality from your country side backpacking daydream.

Stopped in here to get some work done on the laptop one morning.This establishment is a little cramped in space, with no booths and only 2 outlets inside. At least theres outside seating.The food and selection was typical of the mega-chain.But I think what made this branch stand out is the character of the employees. They had very vibrant personalities and smiled with every movement. They recognized and conversed with many of the customers and also cracked jokes and made others laugh. Great energy here!

I went to this Starbucks with my wife, it was about 100 degrees outside so we wanted to have an iced coffee somewhere cool. Every table was occupied by people on laptops, mostly 1 to a table. Starbucks should arrange an area for people sitting there long term and an area for people who just want to stop for the duration of their drink.

The barista Leanne? or lanae? (I had a hard time reading her name tag) is awesome! Everytime i go in this location she is always very kind and sweet. Sometimes i have large orders for coworkers and she always helps me with a smile, and not with an annoyed face like some other employees. Her kind personality and helpfulness is consistent every time, which i am very thankful for. Sure, sometimes they are understaffed, and sometimes they get my orders incorrect, but they fix it every time.
