This is one of the most disgusting Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time! Not even 8:30am and the windowed doors look like they haven’t been washed in a week! Sidewalks are disgusting! Need to be pressure washed! Bathroom is completely out of toilet paper and it’s obvious nobody cleaned it before shift?!?! I won’t be back👎

I stopped by this Starbucks to pick up my wife mobile order since my dentist is in the same plaza. I saw that the drive thru here around 8:30am get ready busy so FYI. This Starbucks location has a lot of parking because its in a plaza so you shouldnt have any issues finding a spot and they also just repaved the concrete. You might encounter some homeless people here as well but they didnt bother me. I walked in and went straight to the mobile order pickup window. I just told them the name of the order and they handed me the drink. They dont leave it out like other Starbucks, probably due to people stealing drinks so thats good to know. The inside of this place looks very nice and clean. They have security here because of the bank so you can kind of feel safe coming here during bank hours.

One of my favorite locations. Spacious yet cozy if you wish to stay and sip and snack. Plenty of outlets if you wish to stay and recharge or work on that epic novel. Clean and well organized, with friendly accommodating baristas who provide fast service. An abundance of outdoor seating as well. Aaaand prices lower than at some much inferior locations (see my review on the Valley Village 4800 Laurel Canyon location). Aaaaand plenty of parking! Aaaaaand a drive-through! Cmon now!

Just had to write a review really quick. Two of the employees were just walking around asking if they could take peoples trash on their tables before they started cleaning. They had great attitudes and that was so kind that they would do that. I dont think they have to but I just want to post a great review for the great service they are providing. Well done to this Starbucks!!

The girl at the drive through went to work this morning, and I think she forgot her smile at home, from the moment I saw her to the moment I left, not even a smile, she didn’t say hello and not even thank you. Not even sure if she knows how to greet customers, no matter what happens, leave it at home and go to work with a good attitude.I don’t think she is the right fit for this job when she’s pretty much the face of the business. Most of the Starbucks I’ve been by only hearing their voice I already felt up lifted for a good morning, they usually ask how my morning is and start a little conversation. I love Starbucks but this maybe not be the location I would like to go from now on.

Love this Starbucks trip the morning crew today was on it. The Drive thru line was long, but surprisingly moved fast. Plus everyone was super nice from the lady that took my order, to the man at the window handing me my order. I even got a sweet message from who ever prepared my order. I’m super excited because this opened up near me. The only other one is a walk-in so to have a drive thru so close is great. It wasn’t busy for a Sunday which I was shocked. The line moved quickly and everyone I spoke to was really sweet and friendly. The only hard thing I can see happening is going there when there is traffic and getting across to the other side of the street. Besides that one of the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to and will absolutely be returning!!

I frequent Starbucks throughout Los Angeles and I chose this Starbucks location because I was getting my tires changed at a tire shop minutes down the road and I wanted to get some work done while my car was getting serviced. The temperature was 90+ degrees outside, and to my surprise, once entering, was that the only seating available was directly in the sun with no shade. After deciding I had to complete some work here, I sat in the scorching sun and had to wait to reposition my table in the shade when space was available. My shoes and feet were hot from the sun, but I was able to use my laptop to make use of my time in the shade at an angle till my car was ready. It was an odd feeling and position, to be honest. To see a Starbucks location like this that lacks the normally consistenty in its layout and expectations, make me reconsider what coffee shop I will go to next time. Id recommend some umbrellas outside and if it makes sense to have seating once again available on the inside of this location. I was told that recently this location had moved the seating to the outside only.The heat was too much for two purchased smoothies to chill my body temperature out and experience. 😰The staff was great in service overall. 😊

I ordered a spinach wrap and a cheese danish and they were both cold and not hot I was really upset because I had spent the last of my Starbucks card on it and I was really hungry unfortunately I couldnt go back I had to be at work and due to eggs being inside and it was undone I had to throw it away !! What a waiste of money !! Next time make sure the food is the correct temperature!!

I never had problems with anyone at Starbucks as matter in fact their service is too notch most of the times.It’s really convenient to stop by at this Starbucks because it’s close to to home, gym and work and best of all has a drive thru.There’s a lady that she had the chance to take my order twice, first time didn’t complain because I thought she’s a bad a day early in the morning.The way she talks to customers is extremely unprofessional, she sounds really dude.I asked her, are you ok?What tf is wrong with you? (Wasn’t even mad, just surprised that someone has an attitude like that early in the morning.)To then later act like a victim, one of the employees said we’re not gonna serve you so If you can pull forward I said ok that’s fine.I didn’t wanna make a big so I left right away.I wanna give more chances but this girl should get a better training on how to treat customers.

The staff and everything is fine, but forget about plugging and getting some work done here. One of the major draw to Starbucks, for me, is being able to sit down (sometime for a couple hours) and working on my laptop, in the store. However, this store has covered up all their power outlets, so there’s no where to plug in to charge your laptop or phone. I get it, this conveniently deter unwanted non-paying guests who comes in to just charge their phone, but it also take away your loyal customer’s Starbucks experience. 2 stars for the staff and -3 for choosing connivence over your customer’s experience.

Honestly maybe the first rude encounter I’ve experienced, I asked for 6 pumps of vanilla, and they gave me nothing, and not only that, I went up to the counter for vanilla, and I ordered 2 sandwiches, the guy came to the counter and brought the sandwiches, didn’t call out the name or anything, just put the sandwiches behind the bar to where I couldn’t reach it, and I literally was standing at the counter. The girl eventually came and brought my sandwich. Will not be coming back to this location

I get my espresso drink the way I order it, precise, except for one thing, the Americano is served luke warm, I have to microwave my drink each time I order when I get to my office job each time I order from here., I come as a walk-in vs a drive thru,. Why should the drink be warm? Not hot? I think the emphasis on Starbucks with drive thru has changed the experience to a McDonalds style drive thru experience instead of every drink is special. The concern is the production line mentality. On one occasion I ordered a coffee, black nothing but coffee, it took nearly ten minutes to get this Beverage.i dont understand how you run out of coffee in an urn when your business is coffee. The product is great, hence the 3 stars, the time to take the order to when they pour, clearly lacks lusters.im expressing my thoughts, but Im hopeful this gets back to the right Quality control people. I think many of the Starbucks have the same issues. Conveyer drive though, vs walk in experience which is suffering in quality of the product delivery.Hope you accept my criticism.

Great location. Calm atmosphere. Lots of seats. The workers were friendly. For some reason the menu is limited (think it’s the shortage). Anyway, the iced mocha frap taste so odd, watery instead of iced blended and they forgot to drizzle chocolate syrup. The frap from McDonald’s taste 10x better. I think they needed more training in making drinks before they opened up.

Yummy and quick. Very clean. Its packed daily. I sat outside with my bagel and cream cheese and coffee watching the ladies in the drive thru cursing at each other on who was next you had 3 sets of entry ways into the parking lot and only one driveway. Women are vicious and I am takin nice cars calling each other the B and C word I was cracking up at them I think they were embarrassed because I was really cracking up. But no fault of Starbucks the coffee is just that good. Love it

The employees closed the doors at 9 pm even though they are supposed to be open till 10 pm. I ordered in-store pickup through the app but when I knocked on the door, the employees simply ignored me. We actually went to see an associate that worked at a different location to say hi. His name is Carlos but we went the wrong location as well apparently he works at the one on Van Nuys Blvd.he is such a great employee hard worker we wanted to suprise himBut the service was great always great at Starbucks but Carlos just went that extra Nile for us so we would prefer to see him.we gave the store cheese cakes for x-mas a couple of years ago before the pandemic.would just like to say hi.all the staff on Sherman way are very helpful and helpful 😀thank you for the kind and friendly service .I just hope we can fine Carlos a hes at least got a promotion because he sure deserves it.Thanks again I

I love this store. This store is just like oasis to me. After long day work, I have to drive 2 hrs to home and this store provides exactly what I need. The resting.The crew always super nice.
