Beware of Isaac!!! ISAAC is a rude unprofessional Starbucks employee. I came in here to pickup my drive-thru mobile order - I asked him if I could get 3 pumps of white mocha on a separate tiny cup; in case my mocha drink needed any. However, he was extremely rude and said, We dont do that! He tried to charge me 85 cents for the 3 pumps. My drink comes with 6 pumps of white mocha, I placed my order with 2. Hello!! It’s a simple, simple request. (By the way - all other locations do this without questions) Isaac, was just having a bad day; as he was getting his anger out on customers. He said that I was complicated! and then he handed me my drinks — I asked him if he was ok? When I grabbed my drinks, I noticed my daughter was missing her boba straw; so I kindly asked him for a boba straw and he said NO!!! In a loud tone of voice, Yikes! I asked why? He said Because you dont have that drink! Uhm, I rolled my back window and showed him my daughter with her venti boba lemonade and he said Oh sorry! Overall, the point here is that Isaac was not having a good day! He was the complicated one here with an attitude. Isaac - you dont represent Starbucks! You lack of good customer service. If this company overwhelms you, you should find a different job and quit this one. I will follow-up with your team lead and see if your behavior was corrected. In addition, I will try this place again soon, as I believe in second chances and we all make mistakes or have bad days!BTW- his supervisor handed me two gift cards for this bad experience, she said she would let her manager know about Isaac.-Blessings!

What a busy place in the morning! Cars backed out into the street in line for the drive through but they are quick. First time at this store and didnt realize it had no indoor space but it was convenient to walk up to the order \take out window rather than get in the car line. Parking is limited in the lot and the street.

I regularly order a monstrous 7 shots of expresso in my drinks, Carmel machs or shaken espressos, they are DARK and STRONG when done correctly. Ive been to this location three times now and they havent gotten it right once. Not worth it if its just milk.

Walking inside was nice. The AC was nice, service very friendly, timely and while they were also busy, with the very long line for the drive through, I didnt really have to wait that long. It was a nice change to chat with another customer while waiting for orders. A nice change from being cooped up inside. Masks required, social distancing encouraged ❤

Lately they’ve been getting really lazy when making drinks it’s been more then several times I’ve asked for the most simple drink and it tastes more like water or for some reason just a weird tasteI had to update my review because I’ve gone back to tell them my drink is wrong but why waste time if I already had to sit in the line for a long time but I will say other times there isn’t no line at all and drinks still come out wrong.

The last 3 times I was there I had to wait for my order although i ordered in advance through the app. 2 of the 3 times employees admitted giving my drink to another customer. The last time I was there, my custom order was ready but waited 5 to 7 minutes for an iced tea! 😒

I arrive and inform them of my mobile order, he comes back with 1 item. I tell him I bought more? He comes looks again and brings me 3 more items. I leave and realize he forgot 3 more items!!! So I call and say they forgot my order AGAIN as I’m already close to home, and he says on the phone that he sees the missing 3 items in front of him and if I want a refund I’m gonna have to drive back over there to get it? Like are you gonna pay me for my gas to get back? Ridiculous. Mind you BEFORE I ever even arrive at that store to begin with, I was alerted my mobile order is ready! So clearly the situation wasn’t like “just waiting on a few more” NO that was never said he just kept forgetting my items!!!! Don’t ever mobile order from here. I really appreciate the level of professionalism at this location. Whether Im driving up or walking up the employees are always friendly, fast, and proficient. Theyre also knowledgeable of their beverages and great at making suggestions. If something is wrong they are also quick to correct it. Its just a pleasant experience all around.

Kody was awesome. Ive never seen a Starbucks quite like this one. There are no restrooms or dining area, just a wrap around drive thru with some tables thrown outside for those of us who dont drive but want our coffee. There is no exhaust issues from the cars like one patron complained about.

This Starbucks store has outdoor dining only. The drive thru can handle up to 9 cars on the order window. The seating area is nice and clean and they do have a restroom to use. The staff here are nice and my order was completed in a timely matter! 👍

My last two trips here may well be my last. During one, I waited (patiently) at the order box for FIVE MINUTES with nobody even acknowledging I was there. When a fifth car got in line behind me, I gave up being patient and left. Tonight I waited a few minutes before saying hello to the box and eventually got someone to take my order. I asked for a cappuccino and got a latte (but thats Starbucks). Even more disappointing is burning the entire inside of my mouth because it was waaaaay too hot to drink. Nothing I like less than having to wait an hour for the wrong, overpriced coffee (mostly milk) to cool down. 😕 Save yourself some time and skip this line. There are plenty of good coffee options around.

Its a great place to hang out in the breeze off the ocean.Parking is limited but there is street parking usually.Heads up for your first time: its more drive thru friendly than anything else. There are NO outlets and there is not inside seating - you order at a window and they can give you the bathroom code if you need it.Nice little patios with tables and chairs though- great place to relax and read but not computer friendly.

Not a regular thing for me since I just drink it black no chaser and as that kind of coffee it is not much better than MacDo or any other place for 1/3 the price.Next time Ill take a thermos and just use wifi.

This Starbucks has no lobby. Large drive through surrounds large patio which is extremely uncomfortable. The employees were nice and efficient. There are no electrical outlets but they do have wifi. Good for what it is, but not a Starbucks. Just a drive through essentially.

Pulled up to the drive through and asked for a strawberry refresher with light ice and no inclusions. After getting to the window there was strawberries in the drink and when I asked for them to fix it they fished for the strawberries instead of making a new one without the pulp. I rarely come to Starbucks but when I do the service is always great and the drinks are made how I like it. The drink I had today was AMAZING! I got the caramel crunch frap. But when my husband ordered the drink, the barista was being rude and saying, “mhmm” and so my husband did it back to her. When we pulled up to the window you can tell she didn’t want to deal with us and when I got my drink, on the sticker she put “mmmm”. Now I have been in customer service for a long time and I have never encountered a rude barista. It took a lot of me not to go back there and confront her about it. So when she sees this or Starbucks in general, the baristas need to leave their attitudes at the door when dealing with customers.

Ordered an iced salted caramel mocha w/ xtra caramel drizzle & 2x xtra salt topping. Barista gave me xtra caramel syrup & almost no salt topping. I VERY POLITELY asked for a LITTLE MORE salt topping & she dumped so much on it wasnt drinkable. I attempted to even scrape some off of the whipped cream but ended up throwing the entire drink away. Every single time I come to this specific location for a Carmel Mach. and I asked for it the same way every location I go; iced with soy milk. They leave me with disgusting white stuff at the bottom of my drink because they don’t shake the soy milk before they make my drink. It takes all but 3 seconds to shake the milk.
