Worst experience ever it took them 40 minutes to give me my order through the drive-through. The lady in the window couldn’t stop talking with the customer like they were at the park and don’t respect others time just completely lack of respect.

Worst Starbucks experience yet! The staff half filled our second nitro and tried to get away with it! Then when I brought it back to them they said it was full half of it was foam from the bottom!!! It did not turn into coffee. The charged us for the large size which it was clearly not and said “well this is what it is” and walked away!!!! Here are the pictures rude staff

Horrible customer service!!! I did a mobile order and my brother went to go pick it up @9:50 and the doors were already locked. The girl there just made a steering wheel motion because he had to go to the drive thru but with what car he went walking!!!! He literally pulled up to the drive through like that and the girl there said he needed a car so they wouldn’t give it to him even though our drinks were CLEARLY next to her!!!! And to make things worse it doesn’t let me get a refund!

Editing my review to go from 2 to 1 stars. The baristas here really do not give an eff about what they give people. They are so careless and rude no matter how polite you are (except for a couple of the girls) and how kindly you specify how you wish for your drink to be made. This location is such a joke, i hate that this is the one I have to live right next to. If they could spit in the drinks I think the employees here would jump to do so

Good starbucks. Very friendly and useful staff. Kind of inconvenient and strange location, but Im taking up riding the city buses as much as I can and I happen to have a transfer right there. So its convenient if I can just run in & out, but if I have a longer time I could sit down, work on my wi-fi, and enjoy their coffee. But even if I just rush in and rush out to use the bathroom they are still friendly and accommodating and that is a good sign of a good staff. Its right at the edge of a nice residential area, and I assume thats where they get a lot of their customers.

This Starbucks is as busy as any other, not sure why it surprises people. This is my go-to location when I have to go into the office. They have always been prompt and nice. If sometimes the baristas don’t acknowledge us, it’s understandable because they’re just super busy trying to get our coffee right.This morning was busier than usual. Still, the barista I asked about one of my items took the time to write a quick positive note on the bag :)Be patient people, baristas are just like you and I.

This was my favorite Starbucks up until today. I am in here all the time to go through the drive-thru and I tip every time because I appreciate their usual great customer service. When I go here at a certain time I know that I will be waiting in a long drive thru line which is never an issue however when you go expecting to wait for a half hour and you finally get up to the speaker to order your drinks to read a sign that says you are all out of the product is not right or fair to do that to your customers. The drinks I get for myself and my family is one of the most popular drinks. My issue isnt that they ran out. My issue is them not coming out and telling customers that are in the long drive thru line that they are out of one of their most popular drinks & wasting our time....when I said to the man who was going to take my order that, its ridiculous to make your customers wait in a line and tell them when we get up here he didnt even apologize and say sorry for the inconvenience heres a rain check or anything.... very strange customer service and very disappointing. I hope management reads this and in the future they know that their customers time is valuable.. Had someone been courteous enough to come out and let the people know they are out of a specific drink/ ingredients it would have been very appreciated. Thank you for your time.

A lady who wasnt really from the same world I love in, started to try to flirt with or hit on me a little and didnt realize the scalding hot girl browsing merchandise was my smokin hot girlfriend there with me... I felt bad for her cuz even if I was single or I had an Ogre looking chick, I wouldnt have wanted to talk to her regardless. But yeah, it was totally embarrassing for her and then she pulled my lady into her pointless what kind of dog is he, and my dog is a... *IDGAF, Lady** way awkward and eventually annoyingOh but the Starbucks review, Their pup cup (whip cream for your dog) was super weak compared to other Starbucks... But nice staff and coffees were good.

This is the worst Starbucks. I have no idea how it’s still open. The manager has an attitude problem, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for Sriracha. The drinks are always watered down or melted and the food is always squished and falling apart. The line takes forever and it’s even slower inside. The employees are always talking to each other not paying attention to the customers. This is such a shame.

Worst Starbucks ever. Yesterday was the 4th time they closed while I was in line. Waited over 20 minutes just to be told at the window they were closed. They do this often. Customer service is horrible. Line is always over 25 minutes and the drinks are never right. Waste of time and money just drive to the next Starbucks.

This location in Tustin - Irvine California area is a nice place whats a lot of great things to do in the area. Best thing about Starbucks coffee is its consistent no matter where you go. The negative about Starbucks coffee as its ridiculously expensive. Thats why I cant get five stars I think their pricing should be lowered.

Schedule says 4:30 am-11pm perhaps they should change their store hours if they’re not willing to respect opening time. It has happen plenty of times that this particular Starbucks should be open and they’re just standing there taking they’re sweet time doing I don’t know what. And don’t even bother informing theirs client they are behind schedule, they make us wait in a crowd outside the door and drive thru. I saw four clients live today including myself. And yeah maybe you say four clients to Starbucks is nothing..but imagine four clients everyday yeah I don’t think so.

We ordered the following:Drink #1Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Grande with soy milk and two expresso shots, No whipped cremeDrink #2Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Venti with 2 expresso shots and No Whipped creme.When we got our drinks, Drink #1 had whipped creme and Drink #2 was correct but the quality was subpar.When brought it to the attention of the barrista that Drink #1 had whipped creme she didnt apologize or make any remarks. She took the drink removed the whipped creme, and re-blended the drink with ice. The result was that the drink tasted watered down.We brought the drink back to the store and approached the cashier to explain the situation. The cashier stated that the drink definitely didnt have whipped creme. We explained that initially the drink did have whipped creme but the barrista had remade it. The cashier called the barrista over and we had to re-explain the situation. The barrista stated she would remake the drink but neither her or the cashier offered at apologies or remarks.We live in the same city block as this Starbucks location but we had stopped purchasing products due the poor service and subpar quality.Recently we had a great experience at store 27324 and thought we would give our local store another try but it seems that not much had changed.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I had at starbucks. The cashier got 2/3 of my drinks wrong and seemed annoyed to be here. Im sure she wasnt a normal barista too but a shift lead and thats disappointing. The baristas looked like they were working hard but she looked so over it. Didnt catch her name but not once did I feel welcomed to that store, it felt like I was being forced out as quickly as possible at whatever cost. Thats horrible.

Worst Starbucks experience and customer service. They let people line up in the drive-through and after arriving 20 min later at the window, they say “sorry we changed our opening hours and are closed now”. But they are still all in there, should either close the drive-through or keep on brewing coffee.

Only recieved one of my two orders and when I nicely informed them that I had not recieved my second order they said I never bought it. So I went straight to the cashier and the lady then told the cashier my drink was there so the cashier proceeds by saying Leslie you have to understand that were busy and have low staff well cashier you have to understand that people have places to be and 5 is not a lot of people.

I thought I would do a mobile order to beat the long drive thru line, I think I would have been screwed either way. All three of our drinks were made wrong. Two very simple kids vanilla steamers how wrong could they go. They were piping hot, they needed two cups from it beIng to hot on my hands let a lone my kids. No whip cream as the label said would have helped to cool them down. When I asked for extra cups because they were made at the wrong temp, she slid two my way because that’s the polite thing to do. My chai had everything listed that I wanted and still made it wrong out of total lazyness the label tells you how I wanted it. 3 out of 3 changes were wrong. When I just asked for my credit back for my drink AGAIN the lazyness the label says what I got, she credited me less than what I was charged. Mind you I did give them the drink right back once I tasted that it was not made correctly. I had to point out to her I paid for additional shots she just said oh and then refunded the difference. All in all I got an apology but now a headache from the ordeal and no caffeine.

Even with a mobile order I waited 35 minutes. They didnt have what i ordered which is fine but I mean cmon did it really take 35 minutes for them to tell me. My coffee which I was waiting on was not labeled so it was sitting there the whole time. I had to wait until someone was not busy to ask. It was emergency, they called security on me when I asked to use phone to contact my husband. They said their phones did not work. A customer let me contact through his phone. I am cancelling all Starbucks accounts and am requesting all my prepaid funds back from Starbucks. I was in danger, they would not help me.
