I usually stop into this store after I visit my doctor since it’s close and parking is easy. The store is clean and typically busy and it appears people like to come here to do business or homework. It has a drive through but I don’t get the appeal of waiting in the car for your coffee. Just get out and order in person. It’s better and you ca be sure your latte is made with love.

This occurred today 5/28/2024 between 9:30am and 9:40am. I went to the drive through ordered my drink and pulled up to the window where you pay and receive your drink. When I arrived at the window the employee standing at the window did not say anything and when I looked at him he looked away avoiding eye contact. I sat there with my debit card waiting to pay but this employee never said anything to me. I continued to wait and around 5 minutes later this employee says “Can you park in front of the store and we will bring your drink out to you” He never asked me to pay. I pulled to the front of the store and waited but no one came out to the car. I went into the store and asked about my drink. An employee with red hair said, “We never received payment and asked to go to the cashier and they’ll help me” This ver bad customer service on the part of the employee working the driver through and the supervisor. Whoever owns this franchise location please look at the video footage and reprimand your employees.

The drive-thru was super long so we decided to go inside. Glad we did because there was no line! This one is the same as all other Starbucks that I’ve been too except, the one cashier was so very sweet and polite. She made my day with her cheery and welcoming self. Disappointing that their shelf with Starbucks items were looking empty. Didn’t find the tumbler I was looking for!

I really tried to give them a lot of chances, but this location is not it. The amount of times I bought a Mocha Cookie Crumble, and it turns out to be super watery. They added way too much cookie crumbs that I couldn’t even drink it and had to get a spoon to eat the rest. The workers look unhappy and had an attitude. Staff looks like they don’t really care and are too busy socializing with each other.

This is my #1 go to Starbucks. The morning crew is amazing and always provide fast friendly service. Thats difficult to do at 4:30am. Judy, Taylor, Jasmine Harley, Alex and the rest of the morning rotating shift are definitely an asset to this location and bring just a bit of sunshine to your morning before the sun ever rises.

Great staff!The prevalence of online and drive thru orders, and the fact that an in-store, over the counter, plain brewed coffee order is stuck in the general queue, has really damaged the relaxed neighborhood coffee shop atmosphere that Starbucks built their brand on. With a few exceptions, the staff are forced to focus away from the in-store customer.I can just go to Peets.

This is the closest location to me and I really wish the customer service was better. I feel like every time I go in for my mobile order they don’t even look my way while I’m standing at the counter and I barely ever get greeted. So I have to announce that I’m there for my mobile order and they act like it’s bothering them to ask for my order. I would understand if they were busy with multiple customers but they are not. I always try to give them second chances and go in there because it’s most convenient but I won’t return with that type of customer service.

Prices on drive thru menu board dont match what youre charged at the window. Fifty cents higher once you get to the cashier. Too bad and we dont control the outside drive thru menu were the excuses Ive received. Makes NO SENSE AT ALL.The staff, however, are polite!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and this place was busy.. at least 9 cars in the drive-thru and another 9 people waiting inside. Order to drinks in hand in less than 10 minutes. The staff here are fantastic; fast and friendly. The inside of the store looks well stocked and very clean. This is not the closest store to my house, but worth going out of my way for👍

Made the mistake of going inside today because of the overwhelming drive-thru line but I forgot that they go through really fast. so I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for items that didn’t really exist because they didn’t have “stickers” in one machines so you can imagine how mad I was so...other than that one of my worst Starbucks experiences ever “inside” but outside is it different story(Ended up asking for a refund on my food items 35 minutes kept my coffee because I really needed)-they should of refunded me everything

OMG let me start by saying I made a mobile order pick up for 6:52 a.m. pickup when I showed up it was exactly 6:53 and when I got there they still had not made my order and they were continuing to help the walk-ins and neglecting the mobiles and the drive-thrus so the cars were literally around the parking lot after waiting for almost 20 minutes I finally received my order so if you want to be late for anything and youre not in a hurry I guess this would be the place for you.

This location used to have great fast service but not anymore, backtrack 3 years ago the staff was excellent I had a few baristas that knew me and they sadly moved to different cities. Now fast forward to 2021 and the last few times I come here to pick up my order either at the drive thru or in store the baristas are slow and hide order from you while leaving you to stand there and not even bother to ask if you are there for pickup or not. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else this location is terrible now.

As expected, this looks like a hangout place for everyone, young and old (reminds me of those Chinese Bakery where you see all the tables filled with people having a two hour breakfast on coffee and buns). The seating here are ample and there are some outdoor seats, but you may get a tan line from the sun.This place is crowded but the drinks were made in a timely manner.

I go to Starbucks so often, I dont know what to review. But I will say this when you have 6 people behind the counter and thou still run out of coffee theres something wrong. The lady working the register had to be a fresh pot. And I had to wait. Tick tick tick tick. But I still lose Starbucks. My review is very biased as you can see by comparing the stars to the event I described.

I went in this morning to get a blueberry oatmeal. When I placed the order in store with the cashier I asked for no water in the oatmeal. I requested for steamed 2% milk instead. When I got my order I opened it to check it and there was no milk, they added water when I clearly asked the cashier for no water. I know she heard me because she even repeated my order. & (The ticket said, No water. 2% milk) I told the barista, “Hey I asked for steamed milk instead and there’s water can you fix it and she told me “ I’ll TOSS IT and make you a new one” I told her “No it’s fine you don’t need to do that you can just add the steamed milk inside” she responded, “ ITS GOING TO BE WATERED DOWN” I said, That’s fine I don’t care you can just add the milk inside.” She did not do as I said and decided to make a new Oatmeal instead. I told her she didn’t have to do that, that I was fine with the oatmeal she had already made that all she had to do was add the milk. She took back the new old meal that she had already made, gave me the old one and ended up throwing it away. (Waste of food & milk) SMH. I tried making it easier for her so she didn’t have to do all that but she didn’t care. I was upset at that point because instead of throwing it away she could have just let me keep it for the inconvenience because that wasn’t my fault, the ticket said NO WATER. STEAMED 2% that was their fault for not paying attention. She didn’t even apologize no thank you or anything. I am a Starbucks partner myself and I come in to use my partner food mark out and free beverage all the time and it seems like they don’t put as much effort in making my orders because I’m not paying for it. Thats how I feel about it and to be honest That’s bad customer service. I hope this doesn’t happen again.

This Starbucks is in the same plaza as nursing schools, hospital and doctors offices so it can get REALLY busy. Avoid peak times if youre in a hurry. The staff and baristas are hit and miss, some are rude and others are friendly. Nice tables though.

So I just left. My Wife put in a mobile order. Which should have reflected what items were are were not available as they usually do. It did not.She ordered 3 frapachino and 2 hot sandwiches. The only thing available from our order was the grilled cheese. And the people behind the counter decided to make that and then wait for someone to show up to change the rest of the order. Odd. Grilled cheese is generally a hot sandwich.So, we get the orders for the drinks changed and my wife informs me that ANY other sandwich would be fine for a replacement. Which I pass on to the girl working behind the counter. Who then tells me they will refund one of the sandwiches for the mix up. Great. Thank you and all that. Someone calls my wife’s name and hands me the three drinks. I assume the sandwich is coming shortly behind it so I step back and wait. After about 4 minutes a guy asks if I am waiting for anything else. I tell him the sand which. He goes looking and informs me that no sandwich is being cooked. So I ask the girl if she knows what happened and she stares at me like I am crazy. So I tell them I must have miscommunicated and tell them again that ANY other hot sandwich would be fine. They grab one and place it in the oven and then stand at the register looking at me. So I walk up and they give me the total for the new sandwich. I raise an eye brow but am over it with this place at this point. They take back the refund they gave me for the mixup to pay for the sandwich.So I return home with my second choice drinks, second choice sandwich and cold grilled cheese. Which my son will now not eat.Heck of an experience Starbucks, I am sure to be back soon!!

The store manager argued with me about the refill policy, I did not get my refill. She followed me to my car arguing with me and showing me a paper she printed out. I called corporate and they told me she was wrong about the policy, and even moreover should NEVER argue like that and ESPECIALLY not follow me outside of the store.She will be getting trained how to be professional. Incredibly rude, you dont even understand.

My husband and I go here numerous times a week for the last 6 months and weve never had an issue. The past 3 weeks ive gotten 3 coffees that werent made to order via the drive thru. I drink lattes and many of them have tasted like burnt shots and lukewarm milk with no pumps of the flavor i ask for. Its disguisting and totally ruins my morning coffee. Wasted about $20 so far because i get it and go to work. CHECK AND TASTE YOUR DRINK BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU.
