My sister and I went to this Starbucks and had one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a long time, especially with the holidays going on. Adam was especially helpful with our drinks/food. He even went out of his way to remake our drinks when we asked of oat milk despite the rush going on. He was knowledgeable,kind, and understanding. My sister and I will DEFINITELY be coming again ☕️

Yea definitely wont be returning to this location. Got a hot white chocolate mocha and all I got was steamed milk. Also order a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and got blended milk and ice with caramel… no coffee in either drink.

Out of all the Starbucks in the area this is probably the worst. Could be because it’s pretty busy. I always order ahead on the app and even if I get there 5-10 min. after the estimated time it’s supposed to be ready, I have to wait. Sometimes they haven’t even started the drink, even if I go in the evening when it’s not busy. Food is never ready with the drinks either.And aside from the slow service, the drinks are never made well. And I don’t order any custom drinks either, I’m saying even the regular, basic drinks are not made well.I’ve had better luck at the Bedford canyon location.

This place is by far the most efficiently ran starbucks Ive ever been to. Im so glad the drive thru was long (though I saw it move very quickly) I went inside to order. I was sitting for maybe 3 min before my coffee was done, followed shortly after by my egg bites. They were busy inside as well. I can overhear the staff and they sound energetic, positive and make this place feel like a wonderful work environment. Ill be coming back for my morning coffee, often.The picture us a Sticky note board that kept me thoroughly entertained while I enjoyed my breakfast and coffee.Thanks for such a great experience!!

After my usual location was closed, I hit up the El Cerrito and I15 location. Beautiful store, very clean, very lively. The staff are great, and they got my Team Edward Frappuccino spot-on. Highly recommend this spot.

Mariah is so sweet and welcoming. When she saw my face of how light my vanilla cold brew looked she asked me right away if I would like it remade and that was EXCELLENT customer service. One of the best Starbucks locations with great interior design. We live nearby and come here often. Drive through is fast too. All staff are friendly here and made you feel welcome. Coffee is always perfectly made upon our request.

Having never been to Starbucks before, I asked for the brew most like McDonalds McCafe Premium. I was offered a medium roast. However it was one of the most bitter-tasting coffees Ive had. I suspect it had been heated too long. The taste was burnt coffee with hints of potting soil. I couldnt drink it. When I got to my car, the lid popped off and spilled. Careful with the lid. It doesnt stay on well.

This Starbucks has a great environment! The staff is friendly and they let me sit inside to study. I still wore a face mask and sat more than 6 feet away from the next table. Thankfully when I went it wasnt busy so that wasnt an issue. I will definitely be coming back here! The recommend the Sweet Cream Vanilla Bold Brew coffee ☕

My friends and I just went here after having a TERRIBLE experience at the Starbucks off Ontario, and we went to this location to trade the drinks out. The worker Megan was absolutely amazing to us. She fixed our drinks (and they were perfect) and completely made our night with her personality and kindness. I wish all Starbucks employees were are awesome as she is... especially the ones at the Starbucks near the freeway on Ontario. BIG BIG fan of Megans customer service. Thank you!

The staffs are very friendly that is why I give it 4 stars. The only thing I dont like is their hours are not consistent, they said they are open at 4:30 am but thats not true. I have stopped by at 4:45 am many times and they werent open. Please be consistent with your business hours.

We always stop here on our way home from LA (at least every other weekend) for a cotton candy frappuccino and matcha green tea frappuccino- both delicious! Our drinks are made perfectly and customer service is 👍🏼👍🏼. The line is never too long and when it is, service moves swiftly. Pretty clean on the inside, too.

I would have given this location 5 STARS, because of the great, friendly, fast service. As a regular customer to this location, many of the baristas know my order. This is a testament to how great the service is at this location. HOWEVER, they have recently changed their hours of operation and this location is no longer open when I am commuting to work. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I am sure it is in response to the pandemic, which is nothing more than an IGNORANT RESPONSE to the situation as many other locations are still open. The location of this Starbucks is very convenient for MANY commuters traveling to Orange/ L.A. County via the 15 freeway. While attempting to visit this location, there a minimum of 6 other vehicles also attempting to drive thru for their morning coffee. STARBUCKS NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR HOURS BACK TO NORMAL FOR THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMER!!!

This location is swamped with inconsiderate kids during the 2 o’clock hour, I’m guessing it’s the cool spot to hang out after school. I still get my coffee there because they make it right, and it’s consistent. Once the construction is done there should be more parking.

This is a newer Starbucks. Parking is limited and parking setup is not ideal for a morning rush. Drive thru blocks a portion of available parking. Staff is friendly. Drinks placed thru mobile app are usually very prompt and ready by the time I arrive.
