I need to start off by apologizing that although most of the staff here know my name, I don’t know all their names. The customer service here is great! The staff is professional, friendly, and always in good spirits. I am a regular customer at this location, so they know my drink order. Shout out to Ang, Victoria, Briana, and the rest of the staff. Sad to see these petty reviews on drink orders, those should not count against them. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a venti iced coffee w hazelnut in drive thru.When at pu I noticed I forgot the half and half. Asked for it to be added. Cashier took it back to 2 different areas and gave it back to me. I thanked him and apologized for forgetting to say add creamer. Then I drove off and didnt taste it till after couple miles. It was disgusting. Tasted as though cigarette ashes were mixed in. I felt nauseous. Not good. Called the store and asked for the manager. The fellow who had answered the phone said he was the supervisor on duty. His name was Juan. He said for me to come back and they would remake it. I told him I was too far away, he then said he would write my name down in a book(?) so that when I came back it would let the supervisor on duty know to remake my drink. I know this was only a simple order but what was that in my drink to make me sick. I have it still in my car in case I need it tested. Sorry but highly doubt Ill go back to that location.

Stopped in to see the newest Starbucks. Beautiful set up. The outside patio area is very welcoming. The interior looks like it is set up well for many people to sit and relax with coffee.

I mobile ordered a grande drink and a venti drink. I was handed 2 of the grande drink only. I explained it was wrong and was told oh, it printed twice... and had to show my correct order, explain the error, etc and wait while they made me a new drink on the fly, with a dozen cars waiting behind me. I was then handed another WRONG drink. At which point I took it and left. I followed up with online customer service asking for a refund and explaining what had happened. I assumed a simple credit for my $7 drink wouldnt be a problem given the embarrassing amount of money I spend with the company. I was told, sorry, the barista needs to make it right when it happens, well keep your money though.Clearly customer retention is not part of the Starbucks business model. Forcing customers to hold up lines and nag at already over worked and underpaid baristas.

Really nice Starbucks, it just opened. The staff is very friendly and helpful with helping you decide what to get. The store is clean and has a modern look.

The newer renovated store that has a great friendly customer environment that is suited to every Starbuck fanatics standards! I stuck with one of my usual orders of a double chocolate chip Frappuccino with a chocolate brownie and like most of my request, this Starbucks blew my mind with how A coffee dessert can be made. getting to this location is a little bit tricky and you may pass it so be careful when pulling up but another great place for a Starbucks location. you just can never have enough !

Nicole is the manager at this store. Great environment and modern interior coupled with great WiFi connections. Quick on mobile order and accuracy at this point is in the 95 percentile range.Always grateful to see familiar faces here Jewish Rabbi and local FD who enjoy refreshments here. Store is an architectural masterpiece as it is designed in harmony with modern Fullerton Towers. This SB is across from new Korean War Memorial.Pleasant interior and observed staff being respectful to all persons. Generosity, service and stellar staff do not go unnoticed. Located right across from remodeled Hillcrest Park (Duck Pond) offering drive through, mobile order and counter service.

This location has the best crew among all the locations I have been to. They are busy all the time, but the crew is calm, professional, efficient and they take customers requests seriously. The drinks are consistent, great taste. If I’m the manager, I will do my best to keep them.
