This Starbucks is essentially a drive thru. There isnt a lot of space for cars so the line can spill over to Ben holt on the way in so watch out for sudden stops if you plan on going to this location. Other than that, when did coffee drinks start costing $7? Yikes...

The location is right off the freeway and very convenient. Right next to lumberjacks restaurant. This coffee shop is very clean with friendly staff which is what we are used to from the most popular coffee chain in the world. They have a drive-through and a great selection of drinks and food.Warning: bathrooms require a code from the cashier. There’s also a sign on the front door asking the customers wear masks. Plenty of outdoor seating if you enjoy the rumbling sound of the car is driving on the freeway.

The atmosphere is usually great, and I love ordering here. The girl with long hair usually in a ponytail and glasses working the mobile order area could be kinder. I mobile ordered at 8:10 my order or 3 drinks was supposed to be ready 5 min later. I knew it would take them a few minutes longer so I waited in my car. By the time I walked in 2 of my drinks were being packed in a bag and my last one was being made. Impressed I waited patiently for my last drink, after about 5 additional min. of waiting it was 8:25 at this point. I asked about my order and she points to my last drink on the counter - but the first 2 that were packaged went “missing” she asked around and at that point the store was busy and the workers were trying to get other drinks out and repeatedly told her they had already made the drinks. The girl continues putting out other orders and doesn’t make any effort to look through the bags aready packed. After a few more minutes of being ignored she finally checks the name on the bag and realizes her mistake. Instead on handing me the bag she RIPS IT OPEN pulls the drinks out, takes the lids with covers on them to prevent spilling off and throws the lids out replacing them with new ones. I asked her if she could actually please put the covers back on and could I get straws for the 2 Frappuccinos. Not a word of apology nothing or any other word for that matter was exchanged. The drinks were melted and watered down from being ready 10minutes before and I was now running late for school so I couldn’t wait for new drinks. Honestly such a disappointing experience.

This review is LONG overdue. I’ve been coming to Ben Holt Starbucks for years and I’m amazed at how consistently they get my drink right regardless of which barista makes my drink. This is usually my issue at other Starbucks but not here. The drinks always come out quickly and when they aren’t, the baristas make sure to check in on me if they see me waiting which I appreciate. Seriously the best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to.

Bought a coffee this morning for my coworker and myself and this is what my iced Carmel macchiato looks like. Obviously it’s curdled! Tried calling the store to inform a manager that they need to check the milk and also to rotate their milk and was unable to get through to a person. Phone rings and rings and then I get a busy signal and it hangs up. Since I wasn’t able to get through I’m hoping this review does. Not angry but someone at this location needs to know and hopefully corporate is reading this

I am sitting in my car thoroughly enjoying the best cup of coffee I have ever had. I asked for shots of espresso and cream on the side and to my delight the cream was warm and frothed so I poured the espresso into it and a packed of sugar. I had planned to keep driving but I had to stop and 😉. Thank you. Yum. Forgot to mention my delicious coffee cake.

Gotta make sure you speak clearly into the drive thru speaker because weve had multiple instances where we ordered a grande mocha and end up with a grande peppermint mocha. Not the best when youre not expecting peppermint for your first sip.The pastries are ok, and the oatmeal usually never gets cooked thoroughly enough.

Never really like this location much because they never come out of any consistency. I only come here because of its convenient location. If you are lucky that day, your drink and food will taste great. But if you dont have the luck your drink will taste awful.good luck!

And when I pulled up and they saw my pittie fur baby, they commented on how cute he was and what a good boy he was being sitting still in the passenger seat being so polite. Tried to call to complain since its about 40 minutes to closing and all I got was ring ring ring before it eventually went to a busy signal. How rude and so not customer friendly. Not happy. Been there soo many times. This time young lady at the window could not get my simple order correct and then when I refused the drink and asked for the right one, they poured it into a bigger cup and added ice to make it look like it was correct. Then I refused it again and asked it to be remade and she was so rude and argumentative. I am always polite and tip...but this was ridiculous. Update... why are you always out of cold brew at 9 am? Places like this always seem to depend on who is making your coffee whether it is good or not. Im sure they follow some kind of guideline while making coffees and Im sure after a while they just wing it. Sometimes its great and flavorful. Sometimes it tastes really dull and too strong of coffee. Other than that Starbucks is great.

Mobile order drinks were a quarter empty when we picked them up (two venti peppermint white mochas) and when we went inside and asked if it was okay if we could have them filled the barista simply put a ton of whip cream. I get that they’re busy and that’s why we apologized before asking and were super nice but we probably won’t be coming back until they have more seasoned staff. Sucks because this is the second starbucks we’ve had to veto due to the same issue. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ended up at two locations today.I had issues trying to ordering and pricing at the first location and when we could not agree on a resolution I went up the road to the next.Sadly, even having selected a second drink to customize, it wasnt prepared as ordered. But the pricing was consistent with all San Joaquin County Locations.If I had one wish for Starbucks, it would be that ALL OF their baristas would take the time to read our cups to get the drink order correct all the time!You offer customize drinks and yet some of your baristas often fail to make them as ordered. I have even received a hot drink when I ordered a cold one... really???Special thanks to all the baristas who take the time to get it right every time! 👏👏👏👏

This Starbuck’s a bad neighbor, inconsiderate and bad for our neighborhood. This coffee shop is a blight. They allow panhandlers to aggressively approach customers, as a result they have attracted a homeless camp to our neighborhood. Very bad and dangerous for the neighborhood. Also it is very unsanitary to feces loose next to Starbuck’s grounds, garbage and rats. Health Department and City must close this deadbeat neighbor. As a National chain this store doesn’t give a sh about our community. Boycott these guys. Drive them out!

This is my go-to Starbucks. It’s close to home and more often than not I mobile order. The tough part is parking and their drive thru situation. Their parking spots often fill up and sometimes when the line is really long for the drive thru you can’t get into the parking lot area. My solution is to park in the area behind the Starbucks that used to be a restaurant/club and walk over to the Starbucks from there.Other than the parking everything is pretty standard, polite staff, quick service and delicious consistent beverages. Make sure you join their membership program with a Starbucks card, the discounted/free refills alone are worth it.
