This place is bad. It sucks and you shouldnt waste your time here. I came to pick up a mobile order and didnt even get acknowledged or told it was ready or offered a cup holder. To make it worse they messed up my order, I ordered a REGULAR Matcha Frappuccino but for some reason theres coffee in it?

Starbucks has been so bad these past couple of years. the only time i get a good coffee is when i get their drip coffee and nothing else. but it’s like every time i go in they make it their mission to make the worst drink possible. and it was whatever when their drinks were $3-$5. but now they’re way too overpriced for the quality of coffee they are serving. and i have tried multiple locations near my house hoping for a better experience but they all seem to be the same. i will say that the people helping me are more often than not very sweet and energetic so i don’t have a problem with them. i just can’t justify spending almost 6 dollars on a customized talk drink.

I’m not happy with the service because usually in the evening when I go for a walk with my dogs, I usually enter the establishment at 9.10 pm, but for some reason the employees decide to close earlier and I have to go to drive a pickup, and every time they tell me not to pick up mine here order. I am very angry with this behavior of this establishment!!! please change the schedule of establishments on Google so that people are not to blame on both sides!!!!

My favorite Starbucks in CA. Everyone is so polite and my drink is always perfect. They all deserve a raise. The fact theyre paid minimum wage should be a crime. Im so thankful for them cuz I never have time to make coffee before work. Theyre always there bright and early, ready to take orders.

I waited in line for 5 minutes without so much as someone acknowledging I was there...I was the only person at the counter. Someone came in after me and asked if they were even taking orders. That said, they were super busy with online orders and drive through. Andrew was a gem...friendly and kind...Andrew made up for it for sure. The rest of the staff were busy but not real happy it seems. Dont go here if you are in a rush!! (Im glad I wasnt)

7/29/23 10:00 am, Person working the window was SUPER sweet, but when I drive through Starbucks its because I dont have time to make breakfast and on my way to an event. The egg in my egg sandwich was cold, and my coffee poured all over my blouse which I figured out was because the hole you drink out of on the lid was placed right on the seam of the cup. Never had anything like this happen before, so maybe training some new people, but really messed me up today.

I was greeted at the speaker by a very kind person who took my order. I ordered two Trenta Ice Waters with Strawberry Puree. Im not from around here but ANY starbucks i go to I always order this and this is the first one where it was an issue. When I got to the window, Alexis or Piña did not greet me. He was about to hand me just water and he realized the mistake and I waited. He came back a few second later and said This is the last time I do this for you so aggressively. I was caught off guard. I didnt respond and then he continued to say I know you probably saw it on tiktok or something but youre cheating...you cant be ordering this Like sorry am I taking money from your check to buy this? And even if thats the case he could have been a lot nicer. Last time i checked customer service includes a greet and a smile its not that hard. Wont ever come back Im afraid he could be even meaner. If I wanted to be yelled at or told what to do Id stay home. Just cause Alexis saw I was young he dissed me with the tiktok comment? Be for real. If you dont like your job, leave or leave your baggage at home. Stop projecting negative energy.

Im not too happy right now, I always go to this location and this is the 2nd they charge me for NOT putting ice in my drink. I asked if the price has gone up (questioning the extra charge) no I was charge for not getting ice. So I decided to do an experiment and go to other locations because I get my Mango dragon w lemonade at least 4 times a week. Well not 1 other locations upcharged me. I tip all the time, but not at this locations any more. If the price went up at this location admit it, but dont upcharge me because I want the size of my cup I order.

There’s this lady at the drive through that whenever I hear her voice I know what kind of order this is gonna be. She makes me feel dumb somehow when I’m ordering a drink I’ve ordered forever. There have also been a few times here when I’ve received the wrong drink entirely, but this is rarely.

One thing I can definitely say about this specific Starbucks location is that it is a very busy location. The people that work there are usually on their game which is awesome but I will tell you its not a place that you can just pop in and pop out. I would definitely suggest if youre coming here to order ahead through the Starbucks app before you pick up or expect a line that can sometimes go out of the parking lot, but the people that work there are always very nice and theyre very good with their drinks so you definitely dont have to worry about that

Everyone is always so friendly and drinks are 4/5 done earlier than what’s estimated when I do mobile order. Taste of the drinks is consistently amazing.The parking is a slight deterrent as when it gets busy it blocks most of the parking spots and can lead to the street.

Customer service out tune. The Starbucks needs a make over. They serve coffee with out even asking if you want creamer or sugar. No napkins no nothing. The cups are dripping when they serve them. Extremely unpleasant employees. Mind you when I ask for sugar the young lady gave me just three with out bothering to ask if I needed more. Right away I became conscious of my overweight because of the the 3 sugars. I like my coffee sweet not bitter. But bitter it was because I was embarrassed to ask for more. Never going back.

One star is way too much for this place. They locked the store right in front of my face at 6:48 pm, what an unusual time to close, especially for a store that supposed to be open till 10:30 pm. When I called the store they refused to give me my order which I already paid for and they even refused to refund me. I’ve never seen such a rude cashier before. Starbucks chat service is extremely unhelpful, phone support even worse so it took me 2 days to cancel the Starbucks card and transfer the balance back to my bank but now I can finally say goodbye to this company.

The worst starbucks i have ever gone to. Not a huge deal that I received the wrong drink, but ignoring me when im kocking on the door, wasting your time arguing with me claiming I wasnt just there and that its not your fault is beyond baffling... I get you closed immediately after I left, but I waited in line and paid for this so the right thing to do would have been to just give me the right drink... sad that worker rather waste the time arguing about what 5, 10, or even 15 minutes ago is than just do what is right and easy.

I typically dont review corporate chain businesses however this was an exception. This location ovation runs like a well-oiled machine. Carol took my order, filled my order, and lead the team phenomenally. There are clearly regulars at this location (I’m not one of them) yet I still felt welcomed, unrushed, and genuinely enjoyed my coffee for what it was.When I come to Starbucks it’s because of the reliable WiFi, not the quality of the coffee; I prepare myself for a cup of coffee that was large batch roasted some time ago. As well as employees who learn the systems of making beverages and not necessarily the art of doing coffee. On the contrary to my expectation, this location and their AM team were a breath of fresh air and I just want to say thank you!

I really liked this shop before and very loyal customer of Starbucks, but I won’t even step in this shop one more time.Yesterday, the Starbucks worker parked her car on charging station for EV. Before I already asked in Starbucks who is responsible for parking - they said that this is city parking.So, there is only 2 working charging station for whole parking lot. I have to charge my car in order to get back home. I was with 6 months old baby. In mobile app it said that charging station is available, that’s why we drove there, thinking about spending time while charging in Starbucks. But AGAIN someone was parked on parking lot, which day EV CHARGING!I took a picture of car (I always do it, when someone illegally park on charging stations) and that young girl was running from a Starbucks and started yelling at me! My baby had to listen to her yelling, can you imagine that?I told her that you cannot park on charging station (which I usually tell to everyone, so they will know) and the most of the people tall “Sorry about it” and leave. So NO PROBLEM. Instead of at least saying sorry, so started yelling. I was really in shock, that this person can’t even manage herself.I went to speak with manager about behavior of her employee, but she wouldn’t listen to me (even with trembling hands and baby, I still was calm), she didn’t let me say a word, said “I know” and turned her back on me. Fine management skills👍That girl went to manager before me, I don’t know what she told her, but when she was back she showed 🖕to me and was smiling.So, this person, who have instability of behavior is making coffee for you every day and basically hate other people and don’t think that we should think about the world, other people, follow the rules.About Starbucks I thought before that they think about world ecology as a huge company, but no - their employees are against those who is trying to be less hazard to world.I am really disappointed, because EVERYWHERE in the world in Starbucks very friendly people works. Everywhere in another locations ALWAYS work friendly people. This is just huge disappointment for me! And I’m very sad that I won’t be able to go there again.

This is officially one of the best Starbucks. Is just off Desoto and Ventura behind gas station. The service is fantastic for being nonstop busy. Robin the assistant manager and Sabrina the manager are great. There is indoor seating and social distancing. The perfect mix.

A very unpleasant and unapologetically insulting older woman behind the counter unnecessarily made my experience here by far the worst Ive had at any Starbucks. Although completely unprovoked, she made me feel horrible, and banged on the door while I was in the bathroom after only 5 minutes, despite the fact it was earlier than 6am on Thanksgiving and nobody else was around who might want to use it. I am ALWAYS as polite and friendly as possible, even when met by rudeness, but that did not stop this woman from being blatantly disrespectful. However, the other girls in the staff were quite the opposite- coolest and friendlest baristas ever: polite, they smiled... even seemed to genuinely enjoy my terrible jokes.

The management at this Starbucks is the worst. They dont take care of their patrons. This is the 3rd time I try stopping by this Starbucks to get a coffee and charge my electric vehicle, but I cant because non-electric cars are parked at charging stations. Today, I approached the manager to try getting it resolved but nothing was done. I finally had to leave. I sadly have to say I will not be going back to this place. Worst Customer service of any Starbucks in the West Valley that I have been to. Also it seemed that the four or five employees were so consumed with the drive-through that none were paying attention to customers in line, The female manly manager was very harsh to customers and did not seem at all pleasant.There was a lack of commodities on the napkin table; there was no cream, no milk, nonfat--nothing. Then when I had asked for a little nonfat milk for my iced espresso, the female employee was very rude refuse and a splash of milk due to her notion that it wouldve been a latte -- this was unacceptable and unprofessial at a Starbucks! Our favorite baristas continue to fight the good fight to bring us our favorite blended coffee and espresso drinks along side the snacks we should all be avoiding, but indulge in anyway. If you want the drive through, youll have to come up north on Topanga canyon and make a right just past the el pollo campero (el pollo loco killer, great chicken) the starbucks will be on your left once you pull in. There is usually a line, so easy to see where to go, but in the off chance covid killed us all and youre alone, keep driving toward the alley and youll see the drive through entrance on your left, big menu board, hard to miss.You can also park before hitting the drive through and go into the store, but thats crazy talk, no one did that before covid at this location, because of all the ghosts and demons that live in the floor. There was a huge gas leak that killed over 50 construction workers when they were tearing down the cemetery to build the parking lot. Some priests tried to cleanse the place one day and both burst into flames. You can still smell them when you first walk in.They were both from Columbia, and took care of massive coffee plantations in between being called to cleanse various places of demonic possession. So you smell roasted coffee whenever you walk in, pretty gruesome stuff. Im not even going to talk about what happens when the moon is full. Just trust me, you dont want to be anywhere near the bathrooms when the clock strikes 9:17pm. Where was i? Oh right, no one ever goes in, everybody uses the drive through.

They need to have a button or sliding door because I witnessed a man on a wheelchair waiting outside for someone to open the door for him. The doors are located in front of the starbucks workers and none of them opened the door, so I did. This is unfair for many people who have disabilities and just WANT to ENJOY a Refreshing Drink.

This Starbucks recently opened on Friday, May 12, 2017. It is quite spacious but it lacks seating inside. It also has a drive thru and gender neutral bathrooms. Staff is quick and this place seems to be frequented by Canoga Park high schoolers in the morning. I recommend it so far.

Three stars and I hope I dont get one particular lady that works there. If you want a specfic drink off the menu be prepared to receive a drink that you dont want from her. Very calm and hip environment where you can plug in, take a sip of coffee (I recommend the hot Caramel Bruleé Latté but its a seasonal item), and just work. The staff are young and helpful and work at a fast pace. The lounge area is very comfortable especially along the far left wall where there is a semicircle couch. Overall, I love the coffee and I especially love the warm, productive environment this new location provides.

No where in the establishment nor the employess said to us that the holiday hours differed and that they were closing soon.
