This location is always a disaster. Poor customer service and the drinks are awful. Management seems to lack intelligence or understanding of their position. Another circus involving Starbucks. Surprise surprise. Oh, by the way here’s my iced London Fog Latte that they said took too long to make iced for the drive thru. Let’s just give it to you hot with a cup of ice. Yea not. Starbucks should close their doors for a month to educate and train their staff properly. This includes manners, good hygiene, empathy, a smile, knowledge and amazing customer service. I’m pretty sure they’re all lacking this important piece of their positions. Get it together.

This location still can’t get it right! Ordered a cafe mocha, what i got was what tasted like a coffee with a lot of milk . Bland, no taste, . The quality of drinks and food just not worth the high prices. The Starbucks name is not going to stand for anything unless quality and service improve. We’re done with you!! MBryan

I was in town visiting family over the weekend and stopped by this Starbucks several times. The line is always really long all throughout the day but it moves pretty quickly. My orders were always on point and the staff is friendly. One day I went inside and they are definitely following COVID social distancing guidelines. I used the restroom and it was well maintained and clean. I recommend this location!

Most of the time very clean when I go there. Very friendly service and drive thru is pretty quick unless they have problem children. Quiet atmosphere aside from music. Good place to work and meet. Near the 101 Freeway.

This is my neighborhood go-to Starbucks, they see me several times a week for years. Always a line for the drive thru and if they are slow, you can bet it is because they got the drink wrong. SUGGESTION: give your order to them slowly and have them repeat it back. Barristas are awesome, the people taking the orders need to slow it down and listen.

Always very pleased with the super drive through fast service I get here. I go there very early in the day (about 5:30 AM). The drinks and food have been great. Definitely one of my favorite starbucks locations.

The cashier was very close minded...I ask for non dairy and she said she didnt have oatmeal milk and I was the one asking for suggestions like, but you do have soy milk? By her surprise she said: yes. I was annoyed by it, shouldnt be the cashier suggesting? And top of that I was the only one...no busy inside the store....so is your choice to go and you suggesting the choices.

Just to post I gave 1 star. I wouldnt otherwise give any stars. After waiting an extra long time whole the barrista chatted up the car infrintvif me, my oder was given to me. And of course it was wrong. My fault for not checking. Two times my order was repeated and they still got it wrong. I didnt order acup of hot milk. I ordered a dry cappuccino. Service is the worse

Worst Starbucks ever! I ordered over the App & when I walked into the store the woman advs me they dont do app orders. She advs me to go to another one. I went to 3 different Starbucks I gave up and called & they told me I did walk into the correct store the woman was miss informed. Waste of time, gas & money! I was late to work & they were not able to refund me. They told me to go back to the store & pick up my order. Only refund will be done at store location. Worst star bucks ever !!!

Make sure if you come here to try to block as many gas pumps as possible. If you can, leave your car hanging out into the street. and definitely make sure to do an illegal left turn when you leave. We wouldnt want this area to be safe to drive in

Terrible customer services. I was the only person in the building. I was awaiting for my order to be taken. The cashier was of to the side having a conversation. The other works did not even acknowledge me. When one of the workers diginfies me with a hello she then walks away.

I’m a truck driver, I had to park my truck on the street and order from the drive thru window as the inside was closed, the gentleman there was super understanding and super helpful even brought my order to the front door!! Can’t thank you enough!!

Super busy drive thru right off the 101. Staff is very efficient and the store is always clean. Do yourself a favor, order ahead on mobile, park like your getting gas, run in and grab coffee and get out quick to avoid the massive drive thru line

Horrible service, made a mobile order, came to pick it up, the barista name Miranda was rude told me that they didn’t make it because they are out of the vanilla bean powder. I asked for a different drink which by Starbucks policy was supposed to be free, but she told me that she will need to make a refund and charge me again for the new drink.... Starbucks please keep your word or educate your employees

Me and my crew were in the area. We are an emergency personnel crew. Wanted to get some coffee for a long night shift and our vehicle couldnt fit under the drive thru. Walked up to the window and asked politely if we can order since they wanted to close the lobby inside on a weekend so early. The lady behind the window was being such a B*TCH. Talking to us like we were bums telling us to go to another starbucks location. Manager or not, that lady was a damn snotty ass employee. RUDE!!!!! AND NEVER COMING BACK

This drive-through Starbucks causes dangerous traffic jams at a busy intersection, not just from customer cars, but also from a semi delivery truck that blocks the intersection most days at evening rush hour. This Starbucks should never have bee built.
