Very nice, while most starbucks have a long wait and cant get it right the first time, this one surprised us. They not only got it right but did it faster than usual and with a smile. Friendly staff and fun to visit. This location should train other ones that cant get it right.

This place wasnt the best!For the 4 days that I went there and with each day hoping it would get better, it was quite the opposite. My familys entire orders were always wrong or just tasted awful.I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews but be sure to taste your drinks before you walk out the door or the drive-thru.The place was quiet and the staff was nice.

Ordered a trenta drink with no ice and got the cup half full. Im paying for the drink not the ice. I asked for a cup of ice and was given a venti so when I hadded the ice to the trenta cup it filled it up. There is no need to add so much ice in a drink. That is dishonest and overcharged with lack of quality/quantity. Starbucks is being fraud.

Yesterday, my drink wasn’t great so I asked if they can try it a bit different today, as I complained about the taste and half my cup being ice they said they’d make it light ice — I instructed that yesterday. Today was worse— 3/4 of the cup was ice but they did make the drink better aside from the ice part. This is the second time I come to this location and probably the last. It sucks because this is the area I work in— but I rather drive to Spring and Bellflower to get my drink made correctly. Good luck to this location 👍🏼

Horrible experience ever! first, the drink did not taste as good as my drink is supposed to taste. I have been ordering this drink a lot of times! I have to ask for more coffee! the cashier was really nice! We are college students and we try to connect our laptops to the plug. we can not sit nearby because it was really full. Also, the big table is in the coffee store it was full of people when we arrive! We need so bad the battery for our laptops the manager was too rude she did not let us explain to her the reason that we plug our laptops! she was really racist for the way she look at us. I was thinking to respond to her. for the rude way she talks to us but I try to be more respectful than her. EVERYONE WAS LOOKING AT HER HOW SHE WAS TALKING TO US! I love this place. I rather come here than to go to any other Starbucks around. I drive to this location instead of walking to the one closer to home because the service is impeccable and the staff is amazing. They do everything in their power to make you a happy customer. I am happy and loyal. From top down, this is hands down the best Starbucks in the Lakewood/Long Beach area.

I went to the Lakewood (LBX) location b/c the other location I wanted to go to was having a labor dispute and closed. It also ran through my thoughts that the LBX location was also was closed b/c of the same reason, but it wasnt. Thank goodness it wasnt. I was able to go to the LBX location to get my coffee and breakfast sandwich. The service was great as usual.

This Starbucks is as good as any, but I think its my prefered location that is closest to my house. Only thing I dont like (and no fault to the business itself) is that whoever designed the center did not plan enough parking. Luckily there is a drive through thats pretty fast and Ive never had a problem with a wrong order or the person at the window not being friendly.

The food is good but it was extremely busy and loud when we went in for breakfast. They have the music blasting and all the machines going. We waited and waited for our food. I finally went up to see where it was and the barista got snippy and said she said our name three times. If she did I never heard her. At all. The snotty attitude will keep me away. I was not rude to her and there was no need for that. Tip:. Turn your music down so people can hear.

Service isnt great, parking can be difficult and if you plan on studying or getting work here, good luck. All Starbucks will have the occasional freeloader but this one had them in spades. Ive been going off and on, but Im tired of being disappointed.

Clean but slightly noisy here.Updated on 1/13/19. This Starbucks is small. Music is as loud as I have been here previously. The worse thing here are that people (mostly students) here are pretty much camping with their laptops here. The worst part is that people were eating outside food inside here and the smell that mixed with coffee and food wasnt pleasant. I asked staff about outside food, they didnt care at all……

Came in this morning running a little later than usual. There was no line, which is a testkmate to the staffs ability to keep on top of customers orders. My order was taken and was fulfilled by the talented brewista Sands not only made my caffeinated beverage quickly, but it was exactly how I liked it! Ill definitely be visiting again soon, and hopefully Sands will be there again.

Ok so 1st time going here. Cashier was right on however the barista that prepared my drink i couldnt here him. At all 10 min 15 min went by my brothers both hot up to see what the hold was. Not just my drink but a 2nd drink as well. The all day sandwich es gone.

The outside lounging is just as comfortable as the inside areas. Even under the pressure of large rushes, the service is fast and friendly. My order was accurate and I did not feel rushed.

Waited about 10min for a Grande iced caramel mocha made with coconut milk and got a Grande mocha. The girl put so much mocha syrup I didnt taste the caramel which i paid 50 cent or coffee but I was running late so I couldnt wait for another one to be made. I wont be going to that starbucks again.

The 3 stars is for the drive thru service. Drive thru attendant ALWAYS says please, thank you, you are welcome with a smile completely different from inside. The employees inside look sad and are not friendly AT ALL. i recommend using the drive thru. If you care for friendly/ professional customer service DO NOT GO INSIDE .

Today I ordered a Turkey & Basil Pesto sandwich for lunch, I was starving and excited to have a good and tasty sandwich, but when I opened the pocket it was a very bad smell of raw turkey and after starting eating I found it was bad taste to, it was same as Rotten food, I threw it away and drank plenty of water for removing bad smell that I was feeling, I suggest never and ever buy this sandwich from any Starbucks, cuz it was the third times that I had such a this experience
