This place is very clean and the employees there are very friendly and nice. I really like the atmosphere and the vibe is really nice, quiet and cozy for people who want to get something to drink or eat and do homework or work there. I recommend the Chi tea latte as a drink and the sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich as a food item. The restrooms are also very clean and maintenance. I give this place a 10/10

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Starbucks Wasco. The cappuccino i ordered consisted of a single shot of espresso topped with pure milk foam, far from the creamy, balanced drink i expected. Additionally, the staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

Im not a frequent Starbucks drinker nor am I from around here. I made a stop at this location to use the wi-fi and seating area to work on stuff. I ordered one of those new spicy strawberry drinks for the 1st time, which was great, delicious. The servers were welcoming to not only myself but greeted everyone who entered.Shout out to the lady for taking my order.Shoutout to Ethan for the random act of kindness before he walked out. Appreciate the cool and unique 1st experience here.Last but not least, shout out to Saul who handed me my drink with the cool hair compliment, the Catrinas restaurant recommendations, and the awesome gift before departing from Starbucks.I owe you one.

Open, with efficient friendly and fast service, we went inside and ordered fresh brewed coffee and a food item. Fresh coffee was a special surprise. Because the fresh brewed coffee hasnt been fresh at most cafes since the shutdown and restart. Clean Cafe inside and out, and the restroom. We visited in the morning around 830am, last Saturday. after spending the night to the street and heading out to out destination of Pismo Beach and San Luis Obisbo. Kudos to staff here. Good job.

Its honestly gotten way better since it first opened. Ive gotten complicated drinks and they never fail to get it right. Only reason its not a full five stars is simply because theyre always sold out of a drink of some sorts and there is a wait sometimes. Try this drink out though!

Honestly, it may not seem like it but its actually good. You may feel like its only for white girls but the drinks actually taste good. They may sound over exaggerated and some are but its good. However the reason I leave a 5 star rating is my server. I think its called a barista but whatever. My server was named Josh. If you go to Wasco Californians starbucks and get Josh that is an amazing person. He is kind, understanding, and asked about my day. He was really cool and safely the main reason why I have a good impression on this place. Josh If you ever read this leave a reply if you can or just know that you made my day.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks 10 times and all 10 times, they have gotten my order wrong. When you tell them light ice, they put EXTRA ice on your drink. After a certain point you know they are doing this on purpose. Tin cup coffee will get all my money going forward. (Edit after receiving the company response: yes, All 10 times I’ve had to get down from ordering in the drive through to go inside to show them the incorrect drink made and watch them remake it. Not comfortable doing that through a drive through window and holding up the line.)

I used to love it!! Then, they always mess up my chai tea latte. When I went last week, I asked for a warm chai tea latte since I have been sick. I got a really hot one. They werent sure what I meant by warm, said they could only give to me really hot, so they gave me an ice but no ice one. Ive been a starbucks customer since Ive been a teen, and have always gotten a warm one. The only reason why I gave three stars, is because of an employee named Aaliyah who makes my drinks perfect!!

Ive only been to this location a few times, but its definitely the best Starbucks experience Ive found. The staff is top notch - very courteous and attentive. The dining area is unusually spacious and always clean. And even the coffee seems smoother than your average Starbucks for some reason. Ive only had positive experiences here.

So I had previously reviewed this Starbucks and after boycotting this location for many months I finally decided to give it a go and to my surprise it was very much worth it. It looks as though they have hired new staff since my last review and let me say it was the best move they could have made. The coffees have been almost perfect these last few visits and the staff that has served me has been great. I give them a four star only because some of the wait times for my mobile orders have been longer than the time suggested and the location has been mostly empty the times Ive done mobile ordering so Im not sure whats going on with that. Other than that they have greatly improved and deserved an updated review.

First off I wanna say that I enjoyed my coffee from there. My first impression when I went in there was I saw very friendly faces and a lot kids lol. Now the only thing that I can say is that there was a very long wait and for me I dont mind it but for others I know they dont have patience for it so they just leave. So if your a person that cant wait I recommend that you go in early especially in the morning.

Ordered 2 coffees. 3minutes Im told the coffee is cold Ill make a fresh pot. 5 min later given a French Press I opened it to put in cream (they put in cream already but there were coffee grounds floating in my coffee. 10 minutes later we received our coffee. When I drank my coffee in the car...it was cold.

I love love love Starbucks and they always make my drinks amazing but they were charging me 3.89 for tall water and strawberry .. what I didnt understand was why when for every drink that u add them they only charge you $0.50 so why charge so much to add strawberries to a water I asked for the manager in wasco California name Marcus and he said he was sorry he couldnt add strawberries for 50 cents on my water that he had to charge me for an iced tea... Can someone explain this decision when I have had my water with strawberries at another location for a total of 50 cents ... Thank u just a random question thank ...

I’ve been to this Starbucks soooooo many times. And I keep going back to give it another chance. The line is always about a 45 minutes wait. Each time I go they are out of something. The first time it was the base to make frappes, then multiple times after it was cold brew, this time it was venti cups, bananas, whip cream, AND white mocha. And the barista responded with “sorry it’s chaotic in here”????? I’m sure it’s not their fault, but whoever is ordering their products needs to get it together. I’m convinced the only reason people actually come here is because it’s the only Starbucks in the Wasco/Shafter area. I’d rather drive out of my way to a different Starbucks then give this location another try.

This is the second time in 6 days that messed up my order and I only ordered 3 simple drinks.Today we ordered 1 venti and tall vanilla bean frap along with venti mocha frap. They repeatedly it back to us asked us three times if that was all. We got a tall and grande vanilla bean frap and venti mocha frap. We asked them to fix it to what we ordered and they said we have to charge you more.The person working drive through can’t multi task.

This is the Starbucks that is closest to my house. Because I go there quite often, the staff do know my name and are quite sure of what I am going to order. I have yet to experience a mistake at this particular Starbucks. If you go here later it can be extremely busy as this is the Starbucks in the middle of the Camarillo outlet center. I would recommend that if you have mobile ordering that you use it if youre going to go to this Center especially if all of the stores are open.

Got harrased for relaxing outside while on a 12 hour roadtrip while the driver was buying his coffee inside. Wasnt outside for more than 5 minutes. This is our 3rd time to Starbucks today and being a paying customer being harassed for relaxing while waiting for a coffee is unacceptable.

I go through drive thru almost everyday ... today I went at 6 pm to get a pink drink .I was the only car on drive-thru . The girl on drive-through asked me what I want to drink and I say a pink drink Viente . I hear laughter and talking in the background. Then I hear Whaat ? So I repeat myself again and all I hear is laughter and talking again . So I decide to pull up to the window . A girl with red hair opens the window didn’t say hi how you doing how much nothing to me she just looks at me so I hand her a $5 she gives me my change. Then hands me the wrong beverage I tell her I need a pink drink..I then ask her who the manager is and tell her that you’re so busy laughing and talking that they couldn’t even hear me - politely .The girl with the red hair then responds To me by saying that she is the manager and “You drove off and it’s not our fault” Exactly like that ! .First time I encounter this person- I’m surprise the manager responded in that way and if there was an issue with my order she should’ve mentioned it when I got to the window . No courtesy no attempt to even try To verify if my order was correct .I wasn’t going to mention anything or say anything but this was a manager and after careful consideration- as I did not want to cause problems -decided to post this review ; in hopes that someone addresses the issue with this “manager” I did leave without my drink and Starbucks can keep the $$$.And I strongly feel I won’t be returning
