Generally love this place, most of the time the staff is super nice and friendly. We stop here often on our way out of town to top off on caffeine, but had a weird experience our last visit here… we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom at 6 PM because “they just cleaned it” so it “wasn’t open to be used”… :/ a little weird so maybe don’t count on it as a place you can use the restroom if you’re about to pop on the 5…

I dont come here much but had zero wait time even though people were in front of me. Thats how fast they got orders done and out. Very kind and great service. Only had Hot chocolate and 2 other coffee drinks. No food!

Theres not much to say, its a Starbucks. You walk in wait for your order to be put on the counter and you leave. Most of the orders are usually correct and ready and time. Ordering head on the app makes it very easy and convenient.

Excellent customer service, great staff! Uber delivery pick up 5 star. Orders almost always ready to go deliver. I got coffee and top part is dirty and I told them Can I get napkins employee told me we don’t have it. Then I talked with manager she told me we don’t have that’s all. What an excuse I cannot believe it. I never buy anything from Starbucks. I hope someone see it my message maybe general manager and fire this location manager .. nobody doing their job.

Im so terrible because I cant remember the name of the lovely woman who took my order; however, it was around ten am, she had lovely, long brown hair, brown eyes, and a lovely smile. When I visit a Starbucks, Im especially fussy. Like most of us, I worked there for some time, 😝 so the five ways of being are constantly a factor. The woman at the register checked all my boxes, as did her coworkers throughout my extremely short, and timely, stay. Fantastic!!!

This one is not so great. Its dirty, and the chargers dont work. Theres only 15 min parking . Idk I was just grossed out a bit about this place. At least the employees were nice. Thats the two star s its for. Also the bum factor. But what are you going to do about that.

Another morning, another Starbucks!I was super early for work. Whats open at 4am that I can hang out in for a bit? STARBUCKS.It was empty when I arrived but it began to get very busy about 30 minutes later.Employees were nice and very efficient. Everyone was happy for it being so early. Drink was very good. They had almond croissants. Store was clean and I really enjoyed the mix of music they were playing!

This is a small location on the side of a busy street intersection. They have a few seats and tables with chargers if you can grab one. Might just be a busy place, since it seems like a grab a go Starbucks. I stayed to do some work and a lot of people came in and out for that hour and a half. Brewed coffee was a bit bitter - I recommend asking for a taste test as they offered me one before I decided on an Americano instead. Note that my Americano was a bit too hot it burnt my tongue. I should have sipped a bit less. For a small place, the bathrooms were pretty unkempt and the drying paper was almost out. Besides that the staff was super nice. Theres street parking behind the venue and timed parking in front and about 4 small tables to chill at. Fresh bakery.

Good location, few mins from Disneyland. We called here quite a few times as the hotel coffee wasn’t great! Service was friendly and drinks were provided quickly. Overall, a nice place for your morning, noon or afternoon coffee fix 👍

Great location nearby the freeway 5 exit to use a restroom or grab a coffee while driving.It is beside a gas station.Don’t expect too much.It is not a full size Starbucks. So not many tables to sit down. Nice staffs.At the moment, the freeway exit and street are roadworks so traffic is bad.

It was very crowded and bustling. Good location; just down the street from Disneyland. The homeless around the area doesnt make it ideal. And from the seriously damaged bathroom, I can tell they use it frequently. The decor is nice and trendy. Which always makes room for improvement.

Coffee is tasting weird at all locations. It seems like theyre having problems with the syrup they use. At this particular location they were throwing away a lot of syrup later that day when I was at the Starbucks by the USC campus the staff at the Starbucks deny it, that Starbucks is having issues about the Coffee tasting stale. But just as I was complaining another customer there started complaining about the Coffee. So this location was by USC campus. And the location I had bought the stale Coffee was in Anaheim, Ca. So theyre having a big issue with their syrup or their coffee. I dont know what it is. But they better fix it. Or theyre gonna start losing a lot of customers.

There were alot of people in line ready to order but the manager didnt even approach to help. Your store needs new management in order to have happy employees and customers.

This used to be a great location but since its by disney Im guessing overcrowding has changed things. The staff seemed really stressed out and over worked with attitude. They removed all chairs to keep people moving. Just little things. Better to just grab breakfast at the hotel or the park locations

Love the speedy service for both drinks and warm baked goods! (2☆s)There is outdoor seating, 3 tables with chairs and benches, with umbrella shades (3 ☆s), but no outlets (-1 ☆, they covered them up with plates), bugs and smokers (-1 ☆, got bug bites and inhaled both secondhand cigar smoke from paid guests and regular cigarettes from bus stop smokers). They were nice. Went here too grab a bite for breakfast and the family got coffee. Food was ok, they toasted it, but its not something I would ever crave. I dont drink coffee, especially theirs, seems like a total pain to learn a while new language to order a drink. I was surprised how many people popped in and were addicted to their morning brew, but everyone was treated friendly and respectfully.

This Anaheim Starbucks is paired with a Chevron gas station. Nice location just off the five. Small outdoor seating area. Was opening late during the pandemic but it appears to have gone back to longer hours and earlier opening times.

Thanks DB.Starbucks is the same old tired atmosphere and even though they have good coffee it is boring and the food is boring and the service is tired and not memorable sometime even unpleasant. Im sorry but step up your game youre supposed to be the best. The lady who waited on me, Gabby, seemed a little over whelmed. I saw her wipe the ground and then get behind the counter without washing her hands. I got a Carmel macchiato and asked for extra Carmel, and was even charged for it, but didnt get any. Other than that I got my drink quickly and the other workers were really nice

Been bringing my dog to this Starbucks for 6 years. Today the staff and especially Nicole said I have to go outside and stand with my dog who is patiently waiting for me or leave and not come back. Ill tell you one thing I spend $20 a day at Starbucks and Ill never go to any Starbucks ever.

Except I wish there were more space to do work...considering its close to Disney and there always seems to be people from the late morning to afternoon area.Overall good service. I have been to this Starbucks 2 weeks in a roll and the have been very short handed both times. The two times, they were telling people they were short staffed. They were very busy both times. The place was very dirty due to no attention to the lobby. It was better this visit because my drink tasted good this time.The Barista that was making all the drinks was doing a great job for having to do every single drink by himself. I didnt wait that long. He seemed to be on a good place and not take any shortcuts. I know people were complaining when I got there, about their wait time. Its a very busy Starbucks being so close to the freeway and Disneyland.

Unfortunately this was the closest Starbucks to our hotel. Service has been slow over the week because the cashiers were new. I excused them because we all were new employees at one point. Thankfully there has been an African American gentleman, one of the baristas, who helped us fulfill our orders. Today took the cake Adrenaline (first day seeing her), who was also new, struggled through our (my sister and myself) order. Her response to not understanding our order was not the usual from Starbucks. On completion of our order, she handed us both (we ordered separately) kindness cards. As we sat enjoying our starbucks product, we noticed none of the other customers (at least 6) left with a kindness card. When we approached a Caucasian gentleman at the register, he explained that the kindness cards were being given out to people who dont seem to be having a good day. I was insulted. With my mickey ears on and vacation mode in full effect, I was in the happiest of moods. I felt like this gesture was racially motivated as we were the only African Americans present during this time.

Today I visited this Starbucks for the first time And the truth was I had a very bad experience Marisa the cashier who attended me made me feel unwelcome to this place I could see that even though she is Latina like me she gave me a very different and very sharp treatment Unlike the other clients who were behind me, I felt discriminated against by someone of my same ethnicity. She did not understand that any client should be treated with equity, it does not matter if it is not to your liking or not, because each worker really represents what company has to keep in mind that all customers have the right to be treated in the same way I would not recommend this Starbucks at all

The drinks here are always perfect and the baristas are always so freaking rad. They’re courteous, helpful, patient, to say the least. I’m a picky consumer, I take forever to order, yet I never feel rushed to just “order and get it over with.” I like to try different drinks, and that sometimes means asking for suggestions. As a barista in Phoenix, Arizona, I was greatly disappointed in this store. The floors were filthy and the Baristas working were rude. We waited a half an hour for our drinks while people who were behind us were served first. It wasnt even busy.... I wish these Starbucks employees actually had pride in their work and cared about the people they served. They honestly need a lesson on how to not act like pretentious jerks. It took 10 mins just to make an trenta cold brew.One person taking orders, one person making drinks and two people working on decorating the store with posters and such. I work close by to this location. i normally like to stop by here before my shift starts to get my coffee and sometimes lunch. however over the past month their service has gotten worse and worse!being so close to Disneyland they have a large flow of customers at all times. with that being said they should always be staffed and ready!i normally give myself 15 mins to get in get my drink and or lunch and get back on the road. however 2 weeks ago now this happened and i will now NEVER go back to this location!i walked in to a line with about 4 customers in front of me. there was 1 cashier, 1 barista making drinks 1 guy cleaning the floors behind the counter and 1 girl (the manager) cleaning the glass around the counter. after 10 minutes of standing in line and only 2 customers getting their order taken (they each only ordered 1 drink per person) i started to get irritated. i had only 5 minutes for the next lady and myself to order plus wait for my drink while now behind me was a line of at least 15 customers! i could not believe the lack of urgency in the manager in charge. she saw the line getting longer and saw how slow the line was moving but thought that cleaning the glass (which wasnt even dirty) was more important then moving the line and making the company more money! i have been in retail management myself for about 7 years now and that is one of the top rules!not only does she not know how to time manage her employees but she obviously doesnt care about making the company money or her customers.i am so dissatisfied that i not only do not go to her starbucks location but i have been going to the coffee bean tea leaf or Mojos since the incident!loss to starbucks as i normally spend between $5-$12 there per day!GET IT TOGETHER!!

This location has no indoor area. So its walk up or drive thru. Issue #1 is three times Ive been here, my office is down the block, and three times they were out of either the size of cup I was ordering, or they were out of the food I was ordering (twice on this one). 2xs Id been there before 8 AM. The drive through is confusing, and the traffic through this place can be crazy.

VERY POOR customer service. Asked for a pour over grande decaf coffee since they didnt have decaf brewing. They totally forgot about it. The shift lead Jason said it wasnt his fault that he didnt make it because he didnt know. Then they made a tall. We had already been waiting for 12 minutes and we were the only customers and I didnt want to wait even longer for them to redo the pour over. By then the frapp that I ordered to take home was melting. I asked to just have the tall but asked for a refund since we had to wait so long. Jason gave me the refund and refused to give us the tall pour over that they already had made. Even though they were just going to throw it away. He was more concerned about being stubborn and being vindictive, really, than give us the drink as an apology for the long wait. I KNOW this is not Starbucks standard. I ended up asking him to remake the frapp since it had melted and at first he refused to do so saying that I should have drank it...to which I replied that it was for my son who was at home waiting for it. He finally agreed to remake it, after arguing with me yet again, with an attitude and then passed it to another barista to redo it AGAIN when I told him that he was not supposed to put frapp roast in a creme frapp. I LOVE Starbucks. I LOVE everything they stand for. This experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. VERY POOR representation of the Starbucks EXTRAORDINARY customer service.

Go in to this starbucks almost everyday through the drive thru, usually the girl with blonde hair has good customer service, usually bubbly and friendly. However it seems very forced and fake. I am a customer service manager and train customer service so even tho it is forced I still appreciated the effort she puts in to fake it til she makes it! Today however wasnt the case. Very surprised at the attitude I recieved when i went through the drive thru and she asked if my drink came with whip cream, I said yes please... She brings the drink with no whip cream, I stated that yes I did want whip cream - she proceeded to roll her eyes and say back to me, i said you didnt want whip cream and you agreed, saying in an attitude almost as if she wanted to start an argument. She was very rude and unprofessional. I said thanks and drove away. 1055am on 9/27 blonde girl doing drive thru. ( i suggest she get some retraining ) Her faking it til she makes it attitude went right out the window, shes not gonna make it anywhere with an attitude like that! #Disappointed

We know what to expect when walking into any Starbucks - Hopefully great service, food, and neat/clean establishments across the board - I started going to this location as is closest to me. Even though its always packed, it has left a good impression, and I continue to go back... Baristas are courteous, they dont seem to play favorites, and the lounge area is adequate (considering is next to Disneyland).*Parking almost always full.I have to hand it to the baristas that keep churning those drinks out with a Full house. If only all locations would have as good of a work team as this one does...one can dream.

So now you can call me a starbucks guru. This location is fairly busy, they also say hi and they are always so courtious.
