Worst customer service the workers are not friendly. Every time I order a drink I have to go back in to get it remade and they have an unpleasant customer service. Every time I order a drink I have to go back in to get it remade and they have an unpleasant customer service. I ordered a drink today. It tasted like milk. They had an issue with me asking for it to be remade. Once they finally remade it, they gave me half of what I paid for with the drink they did not fill the cup up completely. That will be the last time I go to that Starbucks and I will not recommend.

Please retrain your staff at this location. The older (asian/hispanic) lady there this morning around 4:45am-ish has terrible attitude. I simply asked to give me the correct amount of a tall coffee after i opened the lid after purchasing it to check since I could tell from the weight it was extremely the incorrect amount. She looked at the coffee with a complete blank stare and grabbed an actual empty tall coffee to compare the one she just gave to me. Without any words back to me or gestures she measured and poured a little bit more in which was still the incorrect amount. I just took ot and left. Anyways if you have a bad attitude and you dont like customer service you shouldnt be working in this line of work. As a paying customer who has been buying the same coffee for 15 years now trust me I know the correct amount hence me asking me more for just the correct amount of a tall coffee. Please have a better attitude and the correct product you are selling.Picture1.X line is what the old lady poured me.2. Line with Tall is the correct amount (I asked for a tall in a a medium cup the which was half full thats why she put an empty tall cup next to it and still poured me less than a tall 😡)Thank you

I pulled up in my car 5/24 at 6pm after a really bad day and I do smoke which is legal in my car by myself and the drive through lady starts yelling at me how I cant smoke and its law! I said okayyy well sorry Im in my own car, she gives me big attitude and makes a guy give me my drinks... I have been going to starbucks since mid 90s and NEVER had this amount of attitude ever! Very disappointed... policy is fine but have some decor.

Worst customer service experience I’ve received at a Starbucks. One of the managers got my order wrong twice and gave me nothing but horrible attitude. Talked down to me and treated me like a child, and finally when I got the right drink it came completely clumpy and half of the venti cup was foam. It’s an iced Matcha. Im very not happy with my experience, her name was Natalia. Do better Starbucks

Usually my coffee is delicious and perfectly made. This morning was a bit busy but I dont believe that is a reason to make a drink incorrectly twice. Ive had my fair share of being a coffee barista during rush hour. I watched my Oatmilk shaken expresso be made with 1% and when I asked for it to be remade, the woman remade it so quickly she missed my order edits and made my drink even more horrible. Since I waited 20minutes for the first drink I just left so I wouldnt be late for work.Other than this barista today, this location is great.

I was so happy to have a Starbucks so close to my home. I started going 2-3 times a day . One drink simple instructions . Every day for the last month they couldnt get it right. I tried over and over hoping it was just certain workers but at this point I drive to the next closest. Poor service and inadequate drinks for Starbucks

A legitimate five stars for everything at this location with the exception of never being able to find parking. There are just a handful of spaces which is a shame because this is a really big Starbucks location! Do not make plans to meet a bunch of people here. Even if you go on your own, however you still might not be able to find parking.

Rachel in the drive thru has the worst attitude imaginable. She was worst than a teenage girl on her first period. Baristas should be patient and kind towards others who haven’t had their coffee yet.

Brand new Starbucks at Foothills and Vineyard. It is very spacious inside and has everything youd expect in a Starbucks. It had a drive through as well. The baristas were very friendly and service was fast. Very clean place.
