Went thru the drive thru and the window person was one of the nicest people I’ve ever had an interaction with at this starbucks in general. It was at 2 on April 15th and even tho I had to wait a bit for my food I did not mind because of how awesome this barista was! She defiantly is one the first that I’ve seen to really seem to know customer service!

Service is slow. Ive done both dine in and drive thru thinking it was just a one day thing but it wasnt. Drive thru is difficult to manuever and when you get to the window there is a huge pot hole and then when you are leaving and get out of the pot hole there is some weird speed bump. Its truly worth going to the one on Antelope Blvd for sure.

Very friendly service, comfortable seating area and enough electrical outlets to work and enjoy a treat. They were out of an ingredient for the drink I wanted to order, but the barista offered her to make it with a substitute ingredient. My drink turned out great, and I really appreciated her offering to make it that way so I could still get it.

This is the worst starbucks we have ever been to. The customer service here is horrible and so is the management. We went through drive thru and we mobile ordered. The drink was wrong. My wife seen the new slime cup and asked how much it was and the lady said I dont know and then my wife said can you check? And the lady again replied I dont know and there was no one in line in front or behind us. So I called and the manager would only apologize and not help in any way.

Starbucks is a great place for food and drinks. The Baristas are the driving force of the establishment. They are fast and accurate. I Door Dash and deliver from there, the Baristas make it all possible for a great experience.

I had to make a stop early morning to grab me a couple of those 2022 Halloween Glow in the Dark Venti Diamond Studded Cup Tumbler. We liked them so much we even bought a Grande pair as well. If you àre in the Halloween 🎃 spirit these are definitely for you, make sure you check these bad boys out I promise you wont be disappointed.

It was good. The girls who helped us were pretty friendly. My sister-in-law ordered a strawberry lemonade and was too sweet for her. Her friend asked to exchange it for a green tea instead, and the person who helped was being a bit rude about it. I have personally worked for Starbucks before, and I have always been more than happy to help make sure a customer is satisfied with their drink. It was unnecessary for this employee to be rude about. I mean, the Starbucks company motto is, To inspire and nurture the human spirit - one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time. It is a customer service job, and as the employee, it is not about your thoughts or opinion on the matter, instead, its to insure that your customers are happy and satisfied with their items.I typically dont have any issues at any Starbucks I go I to, but this situation just really bothered me.

Unnecessary location. Very difficult to see the drive through at night and they made my frappe coffee really weird and much different than the better Starbucks across town makes them. They didnt even have the chocolate shavings for the peppermint frappe I ordered. I dont understand why theres 3 of these Starbucks in town and 3 other privately owned coffee shops as well.

Staff:Very friendly service that gets to know you and is always cheerful and friendly. Always willing to fix your drink or refund you if your order is wrong. Some questionable cleaning practices from one of their staff (but havent seen them lately so maybe they where fired.)Room:Not much seating and could definitely use a sprucing up (tables are wobbly and bathroom needs a good scrubbing.) Wont mention prices because its Starbucks. Iced coffee is reasonably priced, but tastes very strong and bitter but mellows out with ice. Would give 4 stars if the place was spruced up--feels weird spending Starbucks prices to sit in an old/shabby place.

RB location Quick and consistent. I have always had good service here. Someone said they are expensive, no incentives. At every Starbucks you can use gold card or app to collect stars. Its easy and quick to earn a free item. They give you the most expensive item free when you choose to use a reward. I love stars reeards!

I dont understand why I can order a drink one day and then be told the next day that they cant make it that way. They also cant keep things in stock. I was told weeks ago that they were waiting on peach juice and they still dont have it. Its kinda ridiculous.I never have this problem with the one on the other side of town. I shouldnt have to drive to the complete opposite side of town just to get my drink made correctly.

I ordered a carmel ribbon crunch extra carmel extra candy crunch topping and first no carmel but like to pumps and no candies and i paid extra for it and then my cup had Carmel all on the outside of cup i asked for napkins and then they took the cup back And just left carmel all over cup and my lid was not on the second time i got it and it spilled all down the side not even realizing it and then i call about 47 times to complain and know one even picked up phone i am so disappointed in Starbucks

We travel thru regularly from Oregon for 20+ yrs. Dont like the code key on bathrooms, & service declining.... U always seem to be out of the coffee we drink( dark brews). This location is an older Starbucks....it is Very Clean. My suggestion is if you are looking to Use Starbucks Free WiFi, go before 8:00pm, this location closes at 9:00pm and the Emplyees are Cleaning & Pre-Closing.....so it tends to be loud inside.
