Im giving a review for this Starbucks for one important reason there is free parking in Santa Monica. when you come to the Starbucks just know theres a parking lot and when you pull in they give you a ticket as long as youre in and out within 30 minutes you can get your ice cold or hot Brew use the bathroom grab something to eat and stamp your ticket for free. Starbucks staff was very friendly the bathrooms were clean they got her drinks out in a fast. Of time and if Im driving in this area I will return to the Starbucks. how we found it was going up ocean and from ocean turning on Santa Monica it was about two blocks in Im sorry turning on Montana it was about two blocks in on the left enjoy!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. They remodeled, and the place looks so neat. The line moves quickly, and the employees are very attentive—indoor and outdoor seating.Great place to get some work done or meet friends or family for a coffee. They have free parking in the back. Im trying to understand why some reviews here criticize their parking situation- I drove here twice already, and both times, I could find free and easy parking in the back; no validation is needed.My new favorite Starbucks drink is the 30 unsweetened green iced tea with peach. Delicious and refreshing. They got both my name and my order right :)

I recently visited the Starbucks on Montana Ave in Santa Monica and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service from the barista.The store was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options for customers to choose from. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or catch up on some work.As for the coffee itself, it was absolutely delicious. My latte was expertly crafted and tasted like a dream. I appreciate the attention to detail that Starbucks puts into their drinks and it really shows.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks location and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The service, atmosphere, and coffee all exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning in the future. Five stars all around!

My experience at this location is also unsatisfactory. This is more often than not every time I place a Mobile order, and when picking up, one or two items that I ordered on the mobile have been charged to my card, and I get there to pick up the items they arent available which is quite frustrating, this happens more often than not. They never update their system. I dont want something different, if the items arent available update it in your system so I didnt waste my time. The incompetency is unbelievable in some of these locations. Dont waste your time contacting upper management, they dont follow through..

This is my view only. The best Starbucks in the area.Good customer service and good people. Everyone has an opinion and or a gripe but hey just go with the flow. If everything in life is perfect, now thats an imperfection. Theres lines everywhere so enjoy your day, have coffee and some munchies and keep smiling. Theres always tomorrow and Starbucks will be here.

Very Clean! Staff are very professional and polite. The napkin trash area have separate recycle and trash bins. The bathroom was very clean! Indoor seating and outside seating available. Handicap ramp on the entrance of Montana Ave. Street parking and there is a small on site lot.

Wow! Haven’t been here in a few years and what a dump it has become! Full of homeless and their trash. Everywhere. Grabbed my coffee and ran out. The baristas were super nice though, feel sorry for them. Avoid!

My favorite spot! I was having one of those classic terrible mornings and accidentally spilled my fresh coffee drink all over me while in the back parking area. One of the employees happened to see me and brought out fresh new coffees to replace the ones I spilled. It was totally unexpected and unnecessary ( since I was at fault) but that kind gentleman made my day! Great service, exceptional employees and always great drinks. I just had a very unfortunate experience that shows me the people who were working today don’t care for feedback and don’t care about customer service. I ordered a drink that I’ve had several times without cinnamon I picked up my drink took a sip and immediately could taste the cinnamon so I went back and said I never asked for cinnamon and they offered to make me a new one. The girl who made me my new drink probably made it purposely awfully. I took a sip and there was zero coffee in it and only milk it was disgusting. I told them it was bad and she said with an attitude I’ll make it for you one more time I told her that wasn’t necessary and I went and got a refund and left. Put effort in to your job or you’ll get negative reviews like this one.

This Starbucks is always clean, has a lot of space and the staff are friendly. The drinks and food are consistently Starbucks. I wish all Starbucks offered Oatly oat milk. Im hoping they offer some brand of oat milk soon. The only challenge with this location is that parking is limited.

The light in the womens bathroom automatically turned off when I was in there by myself. THE ROOM WAS SUDDENLY PITCH DARK! VERY SCARY! MUST EVERYTHING IN TODAYS WORLD BE CONTROLLED BY A TECH-DRIVEN SENSOR? The light suddenly turned on again, but people should be able to turn it on or off, not a sensor. I exited the bathroom, and told a female employee.that Starbucks could be liable if someone gets injured in the dark. PUT IN A REGULAR LIGHT SWITCH!

Its a relaxing atmosphere 7 blocks from Palisades Park on Ocean Ave overlooking the ocean. The park not the Starbucks (7th & Montana Ave) Santa Monica, California. Newly renovated and designed so it is spacious. Theres a parking valet in back 30 minutes free w/ validation from Starbucks.

Not liking that unmasked customers are picking up orders, not knowing what germs they maybe leaving behind in the air or surfaces for the next person or employees to deal with, especially while there isnt a ant-virus or meds to help recover from COVID19 infections yet. They should have to wear mask & have hand sensitizer available for all to use prior to entering. But with that said, I still love their coffee

Im a turist from Australia.Yesteday morning I came to this brunch to have a cup of coffee. I really love the coffee here. Then, I noticed an elderly lady tried to cline the urine her dog produced all over the place. The kind staff helped her. Ive a dilemma. This is a public health issue and not sure if it is acceptable to bring this wonderful animals in coffee shops and in other places where food is handled! Thanks for your attention!

The most uncomfortable and racist Starbucks of them all. The night shift was joking around and playing, served me old coffee the female manager was useless and the young tweaked male kid made a racist statement as I departed. I was clean shaven and in a business suit! In light of what happened in Philadelphia more Black males should speak out about this obvious systematic racism within the company. If you’re Black, never go to this Starbucks.
