Its a smaller store comparing to other Starbucks, the staff is friendly. While it could be a bit cleaner, its still a good place to get coffee overall.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly! I am a little picky when it comes to my coffee, and I appreciate when theyre willing to remake it, because it makes my day better and the drink is less likely to go to waste. When I think of Starbucks, this location simplifies my definition of it. :)

Basically Ill make it sure to I go to displace four times a week Every time I walk in that girl valerie 1ofthe workers never greets me But she always agreed the people after me Thats inconsistency about the greeting and very unprofessional And I feel discriminative You are working at Starbucks to serve the people. You can choose and peak who youre going to greeed .and who youre not going to greed Its very phony I dont think I am going to recommend this place or go there again.

This coffee is a bit nasty. Absolutely not the healthiest choice. Hopefully people will try to find healthier options first. The only food they serve here is packaged and frozen. Nothing fresh, nothing whole here.

I used to come here a fair amount...but now the location is kind of seedy. Outside, people sit, play on their phones and vape...not always customers. There is trash. Inside the staff is hit and miss. Sometimes fine...and other times, not. Today the barista was a total jerk: couldnt be bothered to let me know the food was ready...just plonked it on the counter... I didnt realize it was my order until 5 minutes later. To top it off he handed me my coffee filled to the freaking meniscus. Coffee was literally leaking over the cover onto my hand. Ended up throwing it out and I likely wont return here.

I am a regular at this particular location, and the service is always great! Today I accidentally customized my drink wrong, and they immediately offered to fix it. Amazing and friendly staff! Especially Shayna and Ashley!! Super appreciate the hard work!!

First time for me at this location. I was meeting with a new client on the patio, now that we are allowed to sit outside again with the pandemic. Location is nice and clean, patio is a great place for a meeting, or just to enjoy your drink and relax. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Service was quite good, and the drink I ordered was tasty to boot. Will be sure to come here with clients in the future. Only drawback is the tight parking spots on the side of the building, not much room between each car, even worse if parked along side a bigger truck or SUV.

Very impressive. Almost perfect but a second visit will determine that! The sitting area is huge with nice chairs and tables.more than enough space to sit and relax with a protein box and ice coffee. There wasnt a long wait.definitely deserves a second visit.

The staff was friendly and efficient. My friend and I ordered different drinks with different requirements. Both drinks were executed perfectly and quickly. The server also helped us to identify our drinks when they were ready. Also, this is one of the few coffee shops in the Los Angeles area that is open at 4:00 am. And we were able to actually go in and sit down while we waited. We didnt need to sit and wait in the Drive Thru lane. I would definitely go here again, on my way to LAX.

I had to change my review since the remodeling of this location. The Starbucks as a Starbucks is still fine. The employees are still courteous and friendly. The restroom is still fine. The furniture inside and out however has been replaced with uncomfortable and cheap looking Ikea knockoffs. It makes for an uncomfortable experience if you wish to work or write like many of us do. Hopefully this isnt what all Starbucks are becoming

This location is one of the busiest due to the proximity of the freeway and being inside a huge shopping center. The staff are affable and helpful with any request you may want in a drink. Starbucks is pretty much the same at all their locations. They serve a variety of coffee based drinks, fruit smoothies, ice and hot teas, and pastries and sandwiches.

Its a nice location, and good staff. The problem is the parking lot is filled with what appears to homeless people and crack heads. Not what Id call family friendly. Again, nothing wrong with the Starbucks if you dont mind navigating the parking lot avoiding people that may not be so desirable

Great old fashion Starbucks. Great crew who make great drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating gets pretty pack at nights, but relatively clean. On the weekends this place is off the hook especially at night time. I usually come once a week at night with some friends to talk shop, talk about our lives, and drink some good coffee.

Nice staff. Didnt make my drink quite right (something from the menu that I didnt make any changes to). Bathrooms look like they havent been cleaned in weeks. Water all over the floor, looks like someone tried to bathe in the toilet. Pubic hair on the toilet. Porcelain on toilet had black colored scum all over the inside. It smelled horrible in there. Urine on the walls....come for the coffee, skip the bathroom.

It is very nice to have a Starbucks that stays open later than 21:00. Many times I want to get something cool to drink, and almost all Starbucks close early. This store is open until midnight.

Not very clean and attracts a variety of unsavory characters that match the cleanliness of the facility. Howefer, if you like the smell of carbon monoxide mixed in with the aroma from your venti expensive sugar bomb, then this is the place.Edit: had to drop it another star given the disgustingly rude female employee tonight. Bellowed at everyone on the patio to move so she could close it early.

I decided to skip putting milk in my morning coffee, after seeing the transients helping themselves to the free milk. It is highly unsanitary to have people with visible filth on their hands handling food/beverage items. I have also decided to skip going to this Starbucks, as the transients are very aggressively panhandling on front of the entrance.

I had a few problems with this store... I have the same standard ordered all the time and apparently they had a new girl who kept telling me what I was ordering did not exist and the second problem I had with the store was that the homeless that live around the area make the bathrooms there showers and they leave them smelling awful.

Its what you have come to love about Starbucks.With inside and outside seating and large widows viewing a side street just steps away from Topanga Canyon.With one larger piece of artwork that reminds me that all foods comes from the simple land that I walk on.Gental music playing in the background with the lue of coffee in the air nipping your nose.The crowd at this hour is in there younger twenties to thirty something. Crowds of people on their laptops and smartphones. With and occasional laughter or chear. A cloud of small conversations. Chanting orders going into the air. A faint hum of machines hard at it. With traffic flowing in lines then to bunches then to..., then it starts all over again. An occasional hi to the daily just the same Jane.Welcome to your kind of coffee any time you want it.For you energy hungry people, there is three inside plugs.WiFi is great about 9 Mbps. Which for a Starbucks is great!

Owatonna Mn starbucks on bridge street have the best employees. Brandon is my Favorite. He is full of energy, so sweet and full of smiles. But the coffees have been jst generic and ALWAYS out of syrups to my fav drinks. We are getting on soon(Aug/sept) in the Hyvee on Oak street so we shall see.
