Window worker 1/3 12:41 - we asked if we can get the foam replaced with more nitro cold brew - it’s normally filled to the top. The worker responded with “oh it’s because it’s nitro -it always comes out like that…I can put it in a bigger cup if you want?” Did not offer to fill our ordered size up.A bigger cup doesn’t fix the issue of lack of standardization. If you’re paying for the cup size you should get what you paid for. I’ll go out of my way to drive to a different Starbucks.

It was mid-day. I wanted a dark roast coffee, but the server said it was late in the day, so Starbucks didnt have any more dark roast coffee brewed. She did offer me a slow drip dark coffee, she was very pleasant and I appreciated her offering me the alternativeThe coffee was great. I appreciated the coffee so thank you

Went there this morning, get my Starbucks as usual. Asked for no whip and caramel. They gave me whip and no caramel. I tell the girl I asked for no whip. Then she changes and still no caramel around the cup like I asked and this happened the second time within 2 days . :( why did I even pay extra for it if I didn’t even get it, low key really disappointed

Such an incredible staff at Starbucks #52208. These individuals are always extremely busy with the most incredible positive energy. Today I was greeted by Emmaus. Absolutely Amazing, Kind & Fabulous. My frappuccino was watery. It also was not slushy. Like my drink had been sitting around out in the sun for an hour … though I just got it. Plus they skimped on the whipped cream. Barely any covered the top of my drink.Then I was only one of two people waiting inside for a drink and it took like 5 min … while I overheard a worked “working” while having a personal phone call on a headset.Though have to say, nice clean and shaded outdoor seating.Won’t be stopping back at this location.

I take my dogs every Friday to Starbucks to get a large cup of whipped cream for them to split. I’ve never been denied a large cup of whipped cream until I went to this Starbucks today and asked for one. My dogs love going to Starbucks every week to get their treat! I always order myself something and then I get my dogs their large pup cup. Samantha was working the drive thru window and not only denied my dogs the whipped cream but was also rude about it! Will not be going back to this Starbucks with my dogs!

Sean the manager has terrible communication skills and is absolutely not supposed to be in a leadership role with his demeanor. Someone that leads a team should have the skills to do so and effective in their role. Starbucks needs to look into this leadership team

My new favorite Starbucks! The staff is so friendly, its a great place to bring your laptop and get some work done, and the food and drinks always just as you want them. Its a newer Starbucks and as people are starting to discover it Id recommend getting there early if you want a spot to work. Great vibe, great energy, highly recommend.

Best Starbucks in Ventura county.... Actually the state!! Staff is very friendly, outstanding customer service, and the place is clean. Everyone is always busy helping each other out that you dont have to wait on getting your food and coffee to long. That usually affects the quality of the coffee or something you get, but it didnt. I dont usually write reviews, unless its awful or really good. Im just to calling it the way I see it.

This is the only Starbucks I will come to in this area. Make sure to get in line before 740 so youre not waiting on T.O. Blvd. lol ....Ive always had a pleasant experience with the workers, but today, the girl who rang up my order - register #4 (sorry I didnt get your name) went above the normal good morning, what can I get started for you today. Went to drive thru at this location in Thousand Oaks. Ordered a hot chai tea latte, almond croissant and breakfast sandwich. All items were tasty and baristas were friendly.Drive thru can be busy depending on time if day. Limited parking due to location of their building on this corner lot area.Located diagonally across from USPS ofc and car dealerships.

This is a great Starbucks. Good space inside for seating with high tops, low tops, and a few sofa chairs, a few outdoor tables, a drive thru, and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

My first time I did Starbucks McAfee hadnt been here before but the staff and the place is really nice really modern a different look something that I havent seen in any other Starbucks oh really really nice and the place is really good except for a little bit dirty but I think theyre understaffed. From all Starbucks, his is one of the best locations.

Love this Starbucks. I have never been inside, so I cannot comment on that, but the drive-thru service is super fast and friendly. Its really easy to get in the drive-thru and then back out. Ive been to a couple other Starbucks and the drive-thru congestion is pretty bad because its hard to get in and out.

For the third time in a month, this particular Starbucks has shown their employees are NOT a tight enough team to pull off a busy breakfast shift without colossal foul-ups. 9:47am I used the mobile app to order 2 hot sandwiches and a cold coffee. Theyre busy, thats nice. I go in to get my food at 9:57am and my hot sandwiches are sitting on the counter, cold coffee nowhere in sight... By the time the new girl (I assume she was new because one of the girls who has been there a while asked if she knew how to make my Nitro cold brew) got around to making my cold coffee, my sandwiches were a greasy cold mess. I received my completed order at 10:04am. I hope you pay minimum wage because your employees really arent giving out more than minimum effort. The coffee was at least drinkable. It isnt like what you do is complicated-- heat up a pre-packaged sandwich and throw cold coffee in a cup are both tasks any middle school student can do. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money on your bullcrap, inefficient garbage.
