This is my Starbucks. People are great friendly and super fast no matter how long the line is. I know I will be out in 15 min or less. I stop here 5 times a week on my way to work. By now, they know my order 😌 Love it 😀

Needed a little pick me up for my evening network meeting. Im so happy they had the sandwich. Ive been craving one for weeks! ☺️ The barista at the drive thru was incredibly sweet. Would definitely recommend. Its a busy location. My only complaint is you can only enter and exit one way.

It seems like every Starbucks you go to no matter how much you pay or extra fee you pay for them to make your drink the way you want it it seems like they don’t look at the order they just make it and especially if you ask them to do it upside down they still don’t do it And say I can give you a straw and you can just mix it like no you should’ve done it since the beginning but it seems like no matter where you go. It’s never gonna be right.

I come to this location fairly often. Ive never really had issues. The one time I did was when I was not able to use my points to get my drink because their system was down. I wasnt told it was down before I ordered. It would have been nice to know before I waited in the long line only to be told at the window. I had to leave because I had no funds. Waisted drink unless an employee drank it for free or gave it away to someone else. I went to a different location and their system was down as well. Since I didnt know and it wasnt my fault they still gave me the drink instead of wasting it. That restored my faith in Starbucks. If systems are down, put a sign up informing people instead of wasting our time and gas. As far as this location goes... please do better by your customers. We are the reason the doors to this establishment are still open and jobs are available.

They are very understaffed. This is the 3rd time I do a mobile pick up and make me wait 20+ minutes after estimated time to get anything. Today 6+ people walked away because order was not done. Was told orders can’t be cancelled so either wait or just leave without a refund..

I ordered thru the app at 5:50 AM and my order wasnt ready Until six thirteen a m I waited around outside of the little walk up window and the girl told me my items werent ready. There was a Nurse waiting for her drinks and she had to tell them she couldnt wait any longer. And they could just keep her money and her drink and she had to go into work.The people who were in the drive thru were the only getting their drinks quickly. So I guess if you want Starbucks from here use the drive thru. The wait in your car is shorter than the wait at the window

Been in the neighborhood for a year.1-This Starbucks location it’s super inconsistent!2-Drive through very inconvenient, but the down side it’s you pay so much for an over price coffee and you get results like the one on the picture.“Caramel macchiato” but it’s all milk 🙈Look for another location !

Fantastically easy to utilize the mobile app for your orders. The estimated time for completion of your order is pretty much on the nose. Staff is very cheerful and helpful. Since this location has no customer lobby the atmosphere is not as nice as locations that have them.

Was forced to stop at this Starbucks since the other ones I go to were closed. I ordered a tall Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino with soy. I don’t know what I got but this ain’t it.. I’ve ordered this for years so I know exactly what it looks like, it’s tan. What I got was white. I asked the girl at the window if she was sure that was the cafe vanilla she said yup... there was a long line behind me and I didn’t wanna be THAT person. So I drove off, I sipped it and it was tasteless. Well, I guess you can kinda taste the soy and some water... Can’t believe I waited in the drive thru for 10mins for some watered down soy liquid. Smmfh!

I have never had any issues with Starbucks. Till the girl that works in the drive thru that has an attitude and not happy . I went through the drive thru yesterday morning and I was trying to order then the girl told me to hold on. Then it got quiet, then asked what size and tells me to pull up. She never repeated my order back. She just cut me off in the middle of the order and myorder was wrong. But this is not the first time and I have delt with her attitude and I gave her plenty of chances till yesterday. Everyone else is nice except for that girl that works in the drive thru. Not going back, I’ll go to another Starbucks that have a positive attitude. Please excuse any typos.

Went through the drive thru. My drink was not correct. I requested Almond milk and no whip. Well there was whip on my drink. When I said there was no whip the girl got attitude as she took back my drink and took the whip off the top and handed my drink back. There is a reason I say Almond milk and no whip. I wont go back to this Starbucks. I will find another one close.

The service was just ok. Not happy with the way my food was handled at all. The drive through isnt meant for bigger vehicles. The turn at the end of the drive through is small and very sharp. You have to watch the front of your vehicle as well as the drivers side so you dont hit the building. Whoever did the layout for this restaurant should be fired 10Xs over. Its a rinky dinky place with no seating so you have no choice but to go through the drive through or walk up to their order window. If this place wasnt so conveniently close to me, I wouldnt go here.

What’s the point of online order if I’m getting 15-20 minutes after the estimated time? I understand there was short staff, have only one oven and that they are busy but it is not fair that others got their food and drinks before me. Asked for my refund because by this time it’s about 30 minutes.. didn’t get my food and am super late to where I need to be and they said I can’t get it and that I need to call Starbucks.. and even the supervisor didn’t do anything and didn’t even offer gift card.. and kept asking what I ordered and not understanding MY situation that I’m going to be late.. wow unbelievable.. Hello, today I ordered a caramel macchiato with and extra shot and light caramel but instead recieved milk with vanilla sweetener lol. I ask my little sister if she wanted it and as soon as she sipped it she spit it back out because it was too sweet lol. I dont understand whats the point of moving soo fast if you cant make the drinks correctly. Word of advice slow down because mess up set you back more than just doing the job right the first time.

Pre Pandemic this place used to run like a top! Post, the only thing consistent is inconsistencies. There’s been gaps in ability to order remotely, order from the window, and now neglecting to respond to customers who are waiting at the drive thru to inform them you’ve closed before your posted time as well as leaving the drive thru signage lit giving customers the idea…. You’re open! I get it, life happens, but you aren’t Motel 6 turn the light off! Y’all can do better! 1st world rant done!

This Starbucks have never failed to be the slowest I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order and showed up 13 minutes after to pick it up. My son walked to the pickup window and waited 6 minutes before anyone came to him. He was told they were working on it. Another 12 minutes or so passed and hes still standing waiting. Asked for his order again and it wasnt ready. Another 9 minutes until he got out order..it was a small order...hot chocolate, caramel macchiato and a double smoked sandwich..

Drive threw setup is not the best plus kinda gets confusing especially during peak since it can overflow heavily onto ball. So location and design get a 6/10. Customer service always really good no real attitudes 9/10. Accuracy 7/10 but when they do mess up or I miss spoke, they always remake it super quick.

I usually order my drink 5 to ten minutes in advanced and the manager has the audacity to tell me that I need to order my drink even earlier. And thats after waiting in the slow drive thru. I always order a cold brew with light ice, its not like they actually have to mix any ingredients. Never coming back to this Starbucks due to the rude manager.What made me write this review was not only because of my bad experience but because of other reviews similar to mine. Ive been to many Starbucks throughout the state and never have I had an experience as this.

Ordered WARMED croissant & grade green tea latte extra hot NO foam. Croissant was cold, not even not warmed - it was cold. My tea had about half inch of foam and was luke warm. When I asked them to remove foam, instead of adding more milk to fill cup, they returned my cup with tea at least 2 fingers from the top... really?

I pulled up not knowing there was a line and the guy says I cut off the other customer so I said ok I respect that so I go around and line up. Then some other vehicle decides to do the same thing I had just did and he lets them cut me. Dudes white and he let another white couple cut me. That is a no no for Starbucks. And then the lady at the front window throws me my bagels instead of handing it to me, and says next time I come to the window to have may points ready. It literally took me two seconds. This is just crazy. Idk how this is allowed but it definitely isn’t professional.

A few things wrong with this Starbucks. Last time I came, I was given 2 wrong drink orders out of 4. And the most recent time I came, I ordered online so avoid the line at the drive thru so I can get to work. But when I got to the window, theres a sign saying they stopped window service at 6pm?!?! So I had to wait in the drive thru anyways and was late for work. It doesnt say online that this store is unavailable, thats not my fault. And I couldnt get a refund on the app. And since I had to wait in line for 10+ mins, my drink was watered down. Im officially done with this starbucks. Smh

I rarely have a problem with this location but one time I ordered on the app and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building (like it usually is) so I went up to the window, after waiting the time the app estimated it would take, but they told me I couldnt pick it up at the window, I had to pick it up in the drive-thru. It took 27 MINUTES between the time I placed the order on the app and the time I picked up my order!!

Didnt get my debit card back when passing through. Came back and when I mentioned it the young lady at the window she didnt even bother to confirm that the card was mine. It was handed it right back without question(they even told ME what color it was and all I had to do was agree). That made me very uneasy. I was never ask the name on the card or to see ID. I doubt they recognized me because I was in a different outfit and first time though I was in my car.Regardless, there should be more precaution in the future. I still plan to replace the card but I was not happy with the way this was handled.

Check your mobile order before leaving this location. I ordered from this place twice (thinking the first time was just a little hiccup) and they got my order wrong both times! I order a breakfast sandwich and I always request it with No cheese. Its like they dont read the labels. Worst part is that I told them the following day about what happened with the previous sandwich and not even a I apologize for that was said. Im not asking you to give me anything... but at least a OUR BAD would have been appreciated.

Worst Starbucks in the city. They can never get a coffee right now matter what I try at this place. I’d rather get off my car and go to the one at Target on Lincoln. The other barista Karina or sabrina the supervisor said the the baristas name was Sabrina and the barista said her name was Karina so I dont even know which one is her real name. he refuse to give me venticup of water and she wassuper rude and so was the supervisor. At every Starbucks I go to. I always get a Trenta black ice tea with the standard sweetness.This location does a horrible job with their tea. It doesn’t taste as it should “on brand”.I think that this location just do a poor job with either keeping the tea container cleaned properly or they aren’t doing a very good job with brewing the tea correctly.
