Happy holidays. Fall is also in the air and this Starbucks is already into the holiday spirit as shown in the attached. Went into the Starbucks at the Gosford location to grab a venti pike and a lemon loaf. Upon entry, I was greeted with amazing smiles and a hearty welcome. This was a tremendous improvement over the last time I visited. Very festive and welcoming as I enjoyed my fresh dark roast. Excellent job Starbucks team on Gosford.

As an ex-partner, it’s disheartening to see a district do this. Like another store in this area, this store is intentionally taking out the outlets so people can’t charge their electronics. How much hate do you have for the occasional dwellers for you to choose to inconvenient the rest of us????I came here just to charge my phone for 30 minutes so I can resume work, now I don’t get to do just that at a coffee shop. I made purchases too.I would avoid the Starbucks in the area because of this behavior.

Very efficient and fast service! They have a great pick up bar for mobile orders! They even run out and deliver drive thru orders. The drive thru car line was crazy long between 7:50- 8:40 am but there were plenty of tables available in the cafe. Bathroom very clean.

The employees lack customer service and really need to be trained again. Both guy and girl didn’t greet me or acknowledge me. It took them a good 3 minutes of doing nothing for them to finally come, the guy didn’t even say hello just stared at me. Ruined my experience so I definitely won’t be returning. First Starbucks I’ve ever been to where customer service doesn’t mean anything to the employees.

The drive-thru worker, Jose, was so friendly, he also gave a great recommendation on a drink. Its my new favorite, thanks Jose!! Keep that bubbly personality of yours, we love it! I got the caramel apple spice. Tastes just like ponche! Plus theres no caffeine, which is what I look for in a drink.

Placed mobile orders here a couple times in the morning and they are always prompt and my drink is correct. They are hussling at this location and it really shows. The barista who confirmed my order was also very polite and smiled at me before I even walked in the door. Love this location.

I brought my personal cup in as I always do to any Starbucks I get the grande fraps and with any other Starbucks they end up filling up my venti personal cup because thats there measurements and it fits but theses jerks of employees asked me if I wanted the rest of the cup with whip cream which I already said I didnt want and the employee proceeded to pour the rest down the drain instead of in the cup.....very angry will never come to this one again

I like Starbucks. I mean everybody usually does. However, I did get the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and it just tasted old and it was heated up and everything usually the cheese can cover up anything taste wise and the sandwich just wasnt great. I know I could have returned it and gotten a new one but I was in a hurry.

Starbucks has nicely remodeled this store. It gives a much more streamlined appearance and I think a better flow when the store is busy. The bathroom is unisex and larger, but there is only one which may be a problem when busy.Service was quick and polite as usual and as expected.

Uh, why they only have one restroom. Theres was a 5 people waiting to use it.Its pretty dumb to only have one restroom. You might remove the restroom and tell us to use the outdoor restroom like cave people. Also, my order was wrong again.I ordered green tea. How did I end up with dragon fruit drinks? But whatever, I took my wrong order and went home.

Starbucks needs to stop asking for tips when your job is equivalent or less than mcdonalds or any other fast food employment jobs. Employees at these jobs shouldnt be expected to be tipped when you do absolutely nothing difficult or special. I wish that Starbucks or anything like it would just disappear.

Every time we go to have coffee, what appears to be the manager is always camped out with her gear in the best couple of tables in the dining room like a college student studying for mid term test. Dont they have an office? Obviously taking their que from their manager the dining room is always full of employees on break, lunch, waiting to work, getting ready to work, It would be nice to visit and have your coffee and/or meal and enjoy the atmosphere and music and not hear and feel like you are in a perpetual new hire interview or hear all their dirty laundry.

I went there at 12 noon. The customer service was trash. The employees playing, and laughing. I had to have them make my drink twice. And the drink still wasn’t made right. And they did warm my cookies. I had to ask them to do that. Over all the customer service was trash. Not going to that again. I’ll stick to the one on Brundage and Weedpach.

I ordered a Grande Frappuccino. The lady was rude to begin with which was ignored at first. Then, after I paid and waited 20 minutes she tells me they dont have straws. Im like....how am I to drink it then. Im not from the area and I was about to travel an hour to go home, so its not like I could just go home and put it into a cup. She was angry because I refused to accept this and asked for a refund if they were unable to accommodate me. By this point, with her attitude and me no frap, I am glad I remembered the phrase kill them with kindness.

Then when I asked them where my drink were they lost them and then another lady before me whom I though was just chilling asked about hers (she was there for 5 minutes before I came ) and they lost hers too. Got nothing for waiting 30 minutes only a well the computer did it and sorry! Yelp reviews say its happened before where tey lot the order and they have been given 2.5 stars, definitely will pay more attention to the star ratings from now on!

I always go to this Starbucks and usually they are very nice but today they where very rude. I ordered two drinks and they forgot one drink and then when we corrected the mistake she gave us attitude. We decided to go to a different location and when we got up to the window to tell her to cancel our order they cut us off. Was definitely not the best service we’ve had.

Was here on Jan 24th in the evening as I was driving through to Sacramento. I was in the drive through and told the barista I was sad Chestnut Praline was gone and to make me something she thought Id enjoy. She asked me my price limit, made me some wonderful concoction for half that, and it was the best coffee Ive had in a while (and sad I tossed the cup on accident). Although this Starbucks can be packed at peak hours they are efficient at getting your orders out. Drinks are always good and food is stocked well. The location is probably the best thing about this place. Outside seating is nice and is always on my way to work.

Today I went to this Starbucks and was treated poorly I made a mobile order and the barista that assisted me was rude and told me that I was going to have to wait my turn and that I shouldn’t expect my drink to be ready any time soon. Then after 10 mins of waiting my drink was ready and the same barista was about to hand me the drink when she slid/threw the drink to the point it tip over. Which it didn’t spill but she didn’t even apologize. I never had been treated like this before but I won’t be going back to this Starbucks due to the poor customer service I received today.

Ive been going to this location for almost 5 years now and I have to say it is the worst in the whole town. It doesnt matter who is working they have a constant history of completely messing up orders and over charging as well. They over charged my wife again and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the guy to understand this after showing him proof that they did overcharge us. This is managements fault as they obviously dont train the employees properly so they end up with incompetent & rude employees. If I could give no stars on this review I would. Today is the last time I go to this location. Off to Dunkin Donuts I go!

Long wait in drive through, only to have my drink made incorrectly, and with poor quality. The person taking my order needed me to repeat it three times because she was distracted. When I went inside to have my drink remade, there was another delay and an employee had to come out to my table to ask, yet again, what my drink was. Venti pour over decaf. Not hard.Returned 9/20 and they were out of cups in the size I ordered. 3 people working and REALLY needed a fourth. I was in drive-thru for 30 min. I ordered 5 drinks. When I got to the window the cashier said they were out of drink carriers and would that be a problem? I told her that would be a problem since I’m one person carting 5 drinks. She told me the best she could do was give me a box. Like most Starbucks, it meets that level of participation you would expect. The staff is friendly, hard working, and well deserving of tips. This is a very popular location, and there is only a few tables, and chairs, so good luck trying to sit down inside. This location makes for a great stop for a commute with its drive thru, and quick inside service, or a good place to study, or rest while shopping. Many of the clients are kind too. Check it out!

The cashier was really nice and attentive, that was the only plus to my visit. It was the barista that had an attitude. I ordered 3 snikerdoodle hot chocolates. I was given 2, and I let the girl that put them on the bar that i had ordered 3 and she rudely said, shes still working on your drinks. So i went to sit and i waited for another 10 minutes and my other hot chocolate was no where in site. I let the same rude girl know that i was still missing one she looked at my cup and said oh yeah you had 3, but i wasnt working on your order, ill make it right now I had clearly told her i was missing one she didnt even care, when she saw i was agitated she just kept looking at me and rolling her eyes, and she even had the cashier give me my drinks because i was giving attitude. Will never go to this Starbucks again. The cherry on top was that the hot chocolate she made was the nastiest hot chocolate Ive ever had, as expected since she made it in 5 seconds. I needed to use the internet here and was unable to purchase anything at the time so when I finished using the WiFi, I went inside and thanked the clerk for not running me off. I live theres more than one stall in the bathroom. Rate for a Starbucks. I have a reusable Starbucks cup in Grande size. I get a like place brewed with heavy cream. $2.05.
