Id give it 4 stars but the location is very inconvenient.Its on a very busy intersection that not only impedes traffic for commuters causing more traffic but makes it difficult to access the location during certain times of the dayThe parking lot is tiny and gets full and congested easily. Most often I cant find parking so Ive resorted to only coming here if Im not driving but even the through becomes hellish because as I said youre waiting in a long line that affects regular traffic around the location.Their patio is decent and a good place to take a seat and get some work donethey close it very early thoughThe staff is friendly and they work hard but at times youll be standing at the window for a few minutes before you get noticed

Had a nice little outside sitting area if you wanted to sit. Early in the morning, its shaded. Afternoon NO SHADE! But there are movable umbrellas.Walk up order window has very little room for a line of more than 2 people long.Its mostly a drive-through! Very drive through friendly. Access the drive-through from the north side of the parking lot. Small parking lot.

Quick and efficient service. Drive through line moves fast. Accuracy of order was great. All things ordered (tea, coffee, sandwiches) were delivered with the right temperature; hot drinks served piping hot, sandwiches also served at appropriate temp. Clean outside appearance. Outside AREAS for eating were also clean. Store was easily accessible, ample parking room for both handicapped and non handicapped. Great place for small groups to meet. Cozy spaces out of doors in good weather.

Extremely rude young man with glasses working the outside window…He was rude initially and he was rude when I had to return to the window to clarify something….Great Service but he needs to learn how to communicate with people…When I called him out on it, another worker aggravated the situation but I walked away…These were my old stomping grounds and boy have they changed for the worse.. I won’t go back there… it’s ironic how others have left comments about being treated with rudely at this location..

This location is mostly designed for a drive-through service (which I prefer anyway ), although they have a little outdoor patio for walk-ins. Every time I was there, the service was fast and drinks were done right...

Love this place. Sometimes you get THE BEST people behind the counter, sometimes you get some pretty standoffish folks. Seems like turnover rate is high here...but I love this spot. Fun outdoor vibes, they keep it super clean, on the whole its a personal fave. Great work gang and I love the new exterior layout.

Ordered ahead in app, by the time I got to the drive thru pick-up window my hot coffee was so cooled I was able to guzzle it from the first sip... the drive thru line took way too long and really should only have access from one designated point of entry, it really was a *hi* show.

I just want to shed light on how amazing my experience was! I pulled in and was greeted by this delightful gentleman named Kevin, I wanted to order a particular drink, when he informed me that the store was out of stock. He kindly suggested his favorite alternative drink to my choice. When I got to the window his greeting was still sweet and kind.He gave me my drink and I enjoyed our 2 min exchange while we waited on my warmed items.I typically have a great experience at Starbucks, but this one was really amazing. I love THIS Starbucks location! I moved into this area not long ago, and I have visited this location on more than one occasion. I held off on writing the review to get a better idea as to how this location operates, and I have to say Im impressed. It gets pretty busy, and while you can walk up, this location is primarily a drive thru. The drinks are consistent in quality and taste. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They introduce themselves before taking your order and ask for your name (even though its a drive thru) for a more personal touch. The drive thru lane IS narrow, and you can tell that there have been drivers that scrape their car against the wall if they miscalculate. Quality drinks and excellent service are definitely worthy reasons to frequent this location, but for me the cherry on top is a trash can conveniently located on the DRIVERS side, right before you get to the window. This makes it so easy for me to clear my cup holder and responsibly dispose of any trash in my car ... they keep the trash can pretty clear ... and for me personally, its such a simple but appreciated convenience that makes THIS Starbucks location my absolute FAVORITE!

Went to pick up my mobile order and some girl with freckles mocked me at the window. Only ordered one drink and she said the ticket printed 3 times. I joked that I would take 3 coffees and she aggressively pointed me in the face and sarcastically said “goood one” as if I wouldn’t notice. My recent visit to Starbucks was not just about grabbing a cup of coffee, it turned into a comedy show that made my day. The baristas were not only experts at brewing coffee but also had a knack for brewing laughter.As I walked in, the aroma of coffee hit me, as usual. I was greeted by a barista with a wide smile and a What can I brew for you today? I ordered my usual, a Grande Caramel Macchiato. As I waited, I noticed a sign that read, Decaf coffee only leads to depresso. I chuckled.The barista making my coffee was a natural comedian. As he prepared my drink, he performed a hilarious monologue about the struggles of being a coffee bean – from being picked from the tree to being ground and brewed. His delivery was so funny that I found myself laughing along with the other customers.Even the delivery of my coffee was made into a funny event. The barista called out, Grande Caramel Macchiato for the most patient customer of the day! as he handed me my drink.However, amidst all the fun, the coffee was slightly less hot than I prefer, hence the four-star rating. But the laughter and good vibes more than made up for it.In conclusion, my Starbucks visit was not just a coffee run, but a mini comedy show that brightened my day. Its not every day you find a place that serves good coffee with a side of laughter!

Outdoor-only and youre surrounded by the cars in the drive thru. You dont really notice it THAT much because theres a high fence that covers the view of the cars, but you occasionally hear the intercom as people order, and you might inadvertently be inhaling fumes (though i never felt any smell).Still, its a nice patio. It used to be my favorite Starbucks to go after biking, but they removed their bike parking racks recently. Since its outdoor-only I can bring my bike to my table, so its doable. I just liked parking the bike and not having to move it around.

I came in today at 1:30 and purchased multiple drinks. I always use my app for every purchase because i get Starbucks very often. Before paying i made sure to show the phone to the worker at the driver thru so i can get my points, she did say she scanned it but later when looking through my order history I noticed that she did not give me the points for my purchase nor did she realize it did not go through when she scanned. Either way that is unprofessional and should be addressed immediately

Took his time made the drink not only taste amazing with my add ons but also make it look so pretty. The only downside is the girl at the front Marissa didnt look very hygienic... I definitely prefer since I also work in the food and drink service as well that employees look like they take care of themselves.

This is a perfect window shop foto for Starbucks. In todays demand for Starbucks the quaint authentic look the facility offers was quickly loss to this consumer. Having to wait outside is a nice setting. Yet waiting outside due to only one window to assist patrons can be frustrating. Sone further expansion needs to be considered. Whether in the drive thru or Mobil pick up it is a test.

I’ve always had a great experience here. That being said, waited 30 minutes in the drive through line only to discover that inside no one was taking precautions. I asked her to please use gloves while she’s making my drink and she refused. Unsanitary and disappointing since I called in advance and they said that they were wearing gloves. What you’ve got here, is seven employees inside a 3 x 9 space, Unmasked, ungloved And ready to hand you a cup of corona... Enjoy!

I have been to this Starbucks many times and have always found the employees to be friendly and the service usually pretty quick. The only reason I did not rate it higher as I am a starbucholic is because there is limited parking and when they get busy with the drive-through its a disaster in the parking lot. I did have an accident there once due to poor lighting and small lot. I would say if you do go they are just be careful and they seem to get really busy during the day which is weird but I suppose it could be related to what the weather is like as well.

Wow. Havent been in a while but my friend wanted to grab something before heading to our class. I had no idea they had all these warm and tasty treats! We both had a green tea latte made with coconut milk and spinach wrap. DELICIOUS! The spinach wrap was toasted on the outside and nice and soft on the inside with the egg white and seasoned spinach. I am currently in disbelief. My fiancé and I arrived at this this location on our way home around 11:10PM at the LATEST. After sitting at the drive-thru and no one taking our order after a few minutes, we honked the horn just in case your employees were unaware we were there. Still nothing.We drive around to the window and there is a female employee at the window, ignoring us. She then becomes extremely condescending by literally DANCING in the window, refusing to make eye-contact with us. However, she absolutely saw us--as she was laughing and smiling while doing so! And if you did for some odd reason, why wouldnt she just say that instead of just wasting our time by ignoring us and literally laughing in our faces!?I cant believe an employee would not only refuse business -- but do it in such an immature and unprofessional manner. I would have rather her just said you were closed if she didnt feel like working! This was beyond disrespectful.While Im reviewing, I thought I would mention how about a week or two ago at the same location an employee (around the same time, possibly the same person but Im not certain) took my credit card and didnt give it back. In that split second I remember thinking to myself wow, thats weird, Ive never seen an employee at Starbucks take a credit card and not immediately return it with a receipt. However, my fiancé was driving and I just figured the employee returned it to him after giving us our drinks. When we were almost home, I thought wait, did she actually not return my credit card?.After searching my purse we returned to Starbucks, parked, and knocked on the window. It was just about 5 minutes til close or so but they almost didnt open the window until my fiancé literally used a hand motion and mouthed the words credit card.Sure enough, my credit card was there.No apology for the mistake. Update: This location definitely waters down/ doesn’t put the the right amount of pumps, creamer, or whatever addition you ask them to add. Pretty much 7/10 times I’d say the drinks I’ve ordered here are definitely not made right. The only convenience is the drive thru.I’m not one to usually review a Starbucks low... but not once, not twice, but 3 times they got my coffee wrong. I’d kind of understand if it was a complicated order but every time I just get an ice coffee with a couple pumps of regular sweetener and light half n half. It always comes with no sweetener AT ALL. The first time I just went back to the front window to get sweetener no big deal but the next couple times it was like cmon now. I’m no barista but I’d like to think it’s a pretty simple order...

Be careful. If you use their app to pay for food. The reload card method will not give you a choice like others do, instead it will withdraw all your money from your bank account and put it on your starbucks card. They need to fix this, until then. Order in person unless you have money to spare

Worst experience ever.Drove thru is taking forever. As well as the walking in.Came 2 times at this location, it was already too many times. The first time via drive thru, I got 10min late because I was 25min in the lane, and it was not busy. And today walking in, one person before me, same, taking too long so couldnt even get anything to not be late.Workers really need to ask themselves if they can be that slow for a Starbucks. I understand when busy but the two times it was not busy. Unacceptable.

I usually go through the drive through but won’t be going to this location anymore. This is the 3rd time I’ve been told I am there too much and coffee is bad for me.Last time I went I used the walk up window and they made my order wrong, I told the tall Asian man with sa black beanie I needed a little extra half n half, he gave a heavy sigh and said in a rude voice “Next time I’m charging you extra for the extra half n half and slid my coffee to me.Another women also had her order made wrong and that same Asian gave her a hard time about her wanting to make it right.Hire people who want to work, if we don’t by coffee they don’t have jobs. This is the second time this Starbucks location has given me problems. Wasted my money! The first time I showed up to the window and said I was picking up a mobile order.. when I pulled around I was waiting for my coffee and the employee kept saying “it’s $3.95” with ATTITUDEEE I told him it was a mobile order and he said back to me and rolled his eyes “well you need to let me know that so I’m not waiting on you to pay”. Then my drink was completely wrong 🙃 tonight I tried them again with mobile order and even though their store hours say they’re supposed to be open they have a hand written sign and a road block on the driveway that they’re closed. So my order was rerouted to a different store and I wasn’t able to get it because I’m on the way to the hospital for work and would be late. $7 wasted and no coffee. I’m just going to stop with this location lol.

This location has the longest lines in the whole area. When they are backed up, sometimes you could wait over 30 minutes for your order to come out WRONG! Also, the drive thru is a mess. People are constantly angry at each other because there’s not enough room in the parking lot to form a line.

Terrible, terrible layout for walk ups.First of all, no bathroom?! You sell coffee, and theres no public bathroom. Dumb.Also, theres only one walk-up window. This means orders and pick-ups occur at the same place. You cant tell whos waiting to order and whos waiting to pick up. If you ordered with the app, you still have to wait in line. The poor barrista has to lean around whoevers ordering to call out a completed order every few minutes.

I’ll start with timing, it’s evening time not peak hours and there were 3 cars ahead of me; why does it take 15 mins to get to the pay window only to have to wait 5 more mins to pay and get my coffee.2. I always get a venti cold brew, no water just ice... Half my cup was water and ice, and then the price was $3.95; the past two year no matter what location I go to the price is $3.75, I don’t care about the price.. Just insult my intelligence by saying “It’s always been $3.95, so I don’t know what to tell you.” I have Receipts proving its $3.75I give up on this location, not only was I late to work because they killed 20 mins pouring coffee in a cup with ice; my order was way watered down so can I even really call it coffee...

Food is continually cold in the middle, oatmeal so watery it spills in the bag, they cant distinguish a latte from a cappuccino. Inconsistent chop shop coffee shop. What you order today will be different then what you get tomorrow. 5 bucks for a caramel latte, you need to get it right every day every time. Have a set recipie and follow it. Thier staff are poorly trained, they dont follow a proceedure or they are inept. I cant tell you how many times Ive drivin away with sludge, or milk lightly flavored with caramel and a hint of espresso. If i knew what the actual latte tastes like I could adjust right or left with less foam, or more shots... but I cant. Disappointing.

I have Celiacs disease which includes a huge intolerance for milk. I ordered my Espresso frap w/ Coconut milk & realized they didnt put any espresso and used ACTUAL milk. They made my bfs caramel machiatto without the espresso we ordered. They both tasted like gross sugar water.The employee that made my drink should get fired. The labels were correct, but the drinks were absolutely not, so I had to go by taste. Couldve made me sick in bed for days had I not realized their mistake. I will never return to that Starbucks.
