Not too crowded, plenty of seats and chargers and people don’t just crowd up. Passcode bathroom. Wheelchair accessible. Cool employees. Big table and a few small ones. Kind of it’s own vibe at the surrounding, but it’s fairly local like out of a movie. The parking is / hour with no reparking which is nice in a way!

Older white lady seemed to be in charge, had an attitude like she didnt really want to be there. Like it was all just too much for her and she was exasperated and tired or something. The two younger staff that were working with her just seemed bummed out. I got a feeling it was something to do with the older white lady. I could be totally wrong though. I like going to Starbucks so much better when the people who help you are genuinely happy to be there and smiling. It kind of takes the fun out when people aint feeling it.

I love Starbucks. This is not a big store but maintained very nicely. Staff is nice and humble. I tried hot pumpkin spiced latte. It was good. My son got the English American latte which he forgot to dip initially so looked plain but after dipping It tasted good too.I do not like too strong or too light coffee. It should be balanced and probably that’s why I like the regular latte. I have tried something like French Toast earlier but not finding it these days (at least on Starbucks).I would try some other coffee sometime. Would need more recommendations from the expert people.

Usual Starbucks stuff, friendly people and staff. Easy to find heading north you turn straight into the stripmall and there it is right in frount of you. During the day parking can be a little difficult. In thr evening there is no problem.Coming from the south you might have to do a u-turn, I have never gone there from that direction.They are open early and stay oprn late, easy freewsy access to them if you are heading north on I680.

So I visit this place twice having a Venti green iced tea, with light ice. Twice they been cheating me. Instead of a full glass they are poring three-quarter of a Venti size cup . That’s call cheating the customers, and make profit for the owner. That’s a good business and my point of you lol 😝 . I’m just saying …twice? and they’re saying the same lie, same guy . We’re sorry sir but, we are auto of a large cups !? Venti is the largest for Starbucks ! I don’t get this people sometimes 😝 Cheaters 👎👎.

Something about this Starbucks,.. Regardless of management changes etc, it has maintained a very pleasant crew, new hires included. Ive been a regular here for YEARS and observed the changes as they came, this place is clean, and although it gets busy at times, they maintain their routine duties (unlike most other stores with their volume of customers). Ive been treated rudely and even poorly at many of the local Starbucks in the area, this place at Main & Treat has ALWAYS treated me like FAMILY. I wish i could review some of the customers though, Ive seen some extreme abuse from so many customers toward these passive and pleasant employees.. Which kind of patron are YOU?

Let me start by saying.. anyone who knows me, knows how I am when it comes to my coffee. This was the first time coming to this location and probably my last. Ive NEVER been to a Starbucks where the employees were so rude. The 2 females(unfortunately i didnt get names because I was so annoyed) were more interested in yelling at customers about the mask law that they forgot about customer service. Granted I know its law but there is a way to handle it. If a customer does not have a mask after they order have them wait outside until their order is ready .Plain and simple right? No these two chose to stare at them piercing eyes while they made the customer their drinks slamming things on the counter to get attention. Then preceded to be rude and sarcastic while the customer was leaving. I felt bad for them. Ill stick to my favorite Starbucks locations but I would never recommend this place

Starbucks as many people know is a highly liked company to work for. They have a huge customer base and that base has come to expect some things like promptness, courtesy, accuracy and a general interest in coffee. So of the 4 criteria this Starbucks inside of the Target only had accuracy. With 3 people just stepping in front of my I waiting 30 minutes for a green tea soy latte. 4 drinks ahead of me should take 10 minutes tops. Not only was the staff slow, they were not friendly, but actually standoffish. I get that perhaps they were having a bad day, but even in conversation the answers were curt.They made my drink perfectly to order, but not only was I annoyed, but the other 3 people ahead of me and now 5 people behind me were annoyed too. With 3 employees working and 1 of them at the register 1 did not join the rest once there was no more line. I get its a Starbucks in a target and most people go to the stand alone stores, but overall the experiences here were lacking. Yes it was clean, yes it was well stocked, but without the other big 4 this Starbucks gets a 2 star rating.

Not the best in store experience in terms of the store space. But great people and great coffee. Always managed properly and get orders right. Good, not the best, for in advance app purchases as the place to get the coffee is not designated for in app only so you see a lot of people standing and waiting in a very small area at coffee rush hour times.

Well, its still their brand of coffee....eh, but the staff here is far and away the best staff Ive come across in any chain coffee shop. They are always the nicest they can be, they have regulars who pop in constantly saying hi, and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied.I typically sit and do work via their wifi and people watch and its a good crowd that comes in. Its a good spot to relax with the exception there arent any really comfortable seats. They keep the place clean though and always have great music playing.P.S. they probably dont get paid much and still take every opportunity to give the best possible service; follow my lead and drop them a buck in the tip jar.

Ordered on the app, the app said ready time was 4-7 minutes. We ended up waiting 20 minutes and leaving without our coffee because they were super busy. The staff was super friendly. I think the app needs some work to give appropriate wait times for orders.

This morning my Mom passed away from a long battle with cancer. I stopped by for a coffee before I went to my Dads house to see her body and say goodbye, even though I knew she was already gone. It was the longest day ever. I went into the store and the barista asked how I was doing. I told him I was feeling pretty bad, without providing the details. He was very kind to me, and wished me well even as I left the store. Small things like this mean a lot. It was the hardest day of my life. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate a stranger noticing my pain and being gentle and good to me. Thank you.

We ordered our coffee on line and went in to get it. We had a 4 hour drive ahead of us and the coffee was good and kept us warm and awake. The barista didnt say hello, but thats normal when u order on line. I will tip them if they say hi!

Today I ordered Venti Capuccino and bagel with cream cheese. Order arrived not complete, bagel thrown in a bag no cream cheese or plastic knife. Terrible service, not worth money. It happened before, I talked to the manager but it did not do nothing! I will not order again and plus I will pay them a visit today!

I have seen molasses move faster than the employees at this store. Completely unfriendly and disorganized. I could understand it if they were busy, but it was relatively dead and it took them 10 minutes to make an iced tea. There were only 2 drinks ahead of my order.

This location is very warm and inviting. Large space to sit and enjoy your coffee or specialty drink. Plenty of light also as some Starbucks are quite dark. The staff are very warm and friendly. If you are in the area, stop by and grab a cup.

My favorite Starbucks, hands down.The baristas are always friendly, and Ive noticed that they remember the regulars who come in here.I appreciate that they have a parking lot, where Ive always been able to find a space right in front.Their recent renovation enhances the interior. It seems more roomy, and theyve changed out their tables and chairs. Plus, they have plenty of outdoor seating.The baked goods case is lower, so now its easier to order and see the employees assisting you.

New Starbucks to me. Very busy. Workers are fast though and friendly. My mobile order wasnt ready when i got there 10 minutes later, but it was due to a question the Barista had about my order. It was a bug in the Starbucks app. He fixed it and all was well. Too many homeless use the restrooms though. Its sad and unfortunate but they were not paying customers. They were grooming and bathing in them. I really needed to use it so this was a little incconvienent considering there are two unisex bathrooms here. With codes on the doors. So I guess everyone knows the codes?

Busy Starbucks with a pretty good line, had to wait about 5 minutes to order and close to 12 minutes, maybe a skosh longer for our drinks. They were slammed, so it was just a little unkept, but overall pretty normal and they were dealing well with a busy saturday morning crowd.

The layout of this store is the only thing I hate about it, which is not up to the baristas. This is the most ideal Starbucks to stop at on my way to work, but after a disappointing coffee cappuccino, which I asked them to remake and it was still bad, I decided to not come back. The baristas have good hustle during the morning rush, but I dont have time for the wrong drink when I order online.

One of the best Starbucks in the area. Early one a.m. I complained that my venti hot chocolate didnt taste the way I ordered it, and the a.m. manager said, Well remake it. Turned out that in placing the mobile order, Id forgotten to make my selections. Lol. She still let me have it gratis. Wowza. And whenever I need ice for my lunch cooler, the baristas are happy to give me a few free scoops. Friendly baristas and Yvonne the p.m. manager really does a great job with the restrooms. The metal, free-standing handsoap dispensers are a nice touch too. And a.m. manager Kebrina is awesome and super helpful.

4/30/13NICE OUTDOOR SEATING AREAA few tables out front in the sun, a couple in the shade, and all the seating inside this Starbucks is really a nice perk about this location. I have always found service to be quick here. I lived a few blocks away for many years (at my parents house).The biggest inconvenience here is that you cant drive directly from this parking lot into the one with the BevMo next door. Its hard for me to turn down a cold frappaccino, especially on the hot days. Seriously, I have no self control. Extra whipped cream, please. We had to join a gym recently to counter all the whipped in my life.I had a friend that worked here years ago and I used to come in from time to time just to say hello. I dont know if they had free wifi then but they definitely do now. Just like most Starbucks, you see people sipping their drinks at tables while pecking away at laptop keys. If this location were closer to home wed be happy to frequent here, but the smaller Starbucks on Treat is nice too!

Wow! I hadnt been to Starbucks in at least a year. The selection of offerings has changed. They didnt have skinny caramel lattes (the Dolce was good th o) anymore and the green tea had to be ordered specifically w/o sweetener and the most annoying thing of all was that the tea came with a sippie cup type lid. Hello I want a lid where you can use a straw. If it were not for the quick and super friendly staff Id give this 2☆s - so thats what Starbuck corporate gets but this particular one in the shopping center at the corner of Treat and Main in Walnut Creek has a great staff and they should get 5☆s ... which is why overall... 4.

What can you say about Starbucks aside from the fact that its a lot like all of the other Starbucks and thats a good thing? This one is a little on the busier side due to it being in a shopping plaza. And getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricking because No Main St is busy and there is a freeway entrance right there. (Good luck making a left turn out of there during rush hour) If walking, it might be worth it to go two and half more blocks to the one on Treat Blvd and Sunne Ln, a far more mellow location. But hey, get those mochas and fraps where you can.

Hello, My name is Ryan Charles Zink, I Was born in Martinez California; August 31st, 1982. I hadnt ever drank even a sip of coffee until the age 17. My favorite coffee shops are Petes Coffee Co. & Starbucks Coffee Co. Mostly I go to Starbuck, because theyve got my favorite drink, The White Mocha; and I like the flavor of theirs the best, but at Peetes my favorite drink is the Matcha Latte. The Starbucks I love most is in my home town, Concord, but the Starbucks that is much better is in Walnut Creek, and its next door to my Favorite building, Treat Towers. Lastly, the third favorite Starbucks of mine is the one in Antioch, and thats the one I like most too. I rate Starbucks 8888 Stars, Go Star Bucks!!!!!!!! All the best.
