The staff at night are polite, helpful and friendly I been Starbucks customer for 23 years and it’s disappointing that a expensive coffee can’t be service with respect with out arguing when I ask for extra milk for mi nitro cold brew and pike but here they also help me out with my mistake when I order my latte large but I want it vent with out question, I recommend this location at night I was here at 10 pm

It called my attention the space of the place. Supposedly it had a capacity for 75-80 persons. I wonder if will ever be at full capacity. It doesnt have that much parking space. I was in the drive through. I read other peoples review and I was shocked to learn they dont have electric outlets to plug your computer. The place seem very clean

You can get gas and starbucks all at the same time if you team up with your copilot for an efficient gas, food, coffee run.Rating is for the location and the establishment.For studying: Many outlets on walls and many tables, two big wheelchair accessible tables, one long tall bar stool table (no outlets) and about a dozen individual tables, also seating at the bar as well with quick charging. PLENTY of seating that’s for sure, but limited parking at the front. The 3 times I’ve been here I wait by the Mobil Market and I get a spot. Drive thru helps keep the place inside looking spacious. But also keeps, what seems like understaffed baristas, super busy at the window. Which I don’t mind. I’m inside because I’m not in a hurry. Music is a good low level even becomes unnoticeable. And overall noise levels here I always find are low as well. Good vibes. Lots of students. Good energy. Don’t come take my tables though 🤔

I work on the road and stopped at the Starbucks today in between my destinations to take a video conference call for work. I was appalled that they have no working outlets at this location, even though the Google site says that they have five. I was left completely stranded, and my computer died in the middle of my call. Given that Starbucks is usually my go-to place to take calls on the road, I thought this was absolutely ridiculous to have no outlets available for their customers. Not to mention, the barista was extremely rude and inconsiderate to the predicament I was in because of stumbling into the wrong starbucks. Will never go here again.

I ordered Stawberry Acai and Caramel Frappuccino at this location on a Saturday afternoon and went inside to pick up my drink. There was no line and just me pickin up online order and the batista didnt even say a word. I checked the name on the drink because it doesnt look like a Frappuccino at all. I asked the barista if its a Frappe because the lid she put is for a liquid drink. I said, how am I going to put the straw in here? She just said one sec. and did not apologized at all. When I said can you put a whipped cream pls? She said we dont have a whip cream and didnt said unfortunately... but didnt apologize and just straight place. Its only 3pm and this store has no whip cream in a sunny day? I got charged for am extra strawberry for my others drink and it looks like just a standard order. What the hell is wrong in this store? Not recommendable at all.

After picking up my mobile order that was ready I waited about 5 minutes to ask for a water. No one acknowledged me because they seemed to be busy which is fine so I decided to wait in line to ask. When it was my turn to order I asked Diana for a water and she rolled her eyes and began to make it. When she was done she placed it on the counter couldnt even acknowledge my ‘thank you’ and walked away. About 5 minutes later when it died down I asked her did I bother her by asking for the water and her response was “She was just up really late last night”. Im not sure what I had to do with that so I immediately packed up my belongings since I was studying there, left and don’t plan on returning.Lauren however deserves 5 STARS. She is so kind, attentive and on top of it ALWAYS. Thanks for being able to multitask and tending/updating mobile order customers when you’re able to. It doesn’t go unnoticed and we appreciate you!

Its still a Starbucks, but theyve pretty much abandoned any effort to make it a nice place to just go and hang out. Theyve actively removed all the wall sockets, so forget using your phone chargers or laptops, and they seem to have stopped sweeping the floors. Parking exists but is nearly impossible to use because of the drive through line blocking every space.

Half of the time I’ve been here the inside is closed right after 7pm, so something that should’ve taken me less than a minute to do now takes me 15 because I gotta go wait thru the whole drive thru before getting my drink. This one is close to me so I come here but its a hit or miss with the drinks, I usually order the same range of drinks but they are always different. I wouldnt mind but they tend to not have any flavor and seem watered down sometimes. Otherwise I would order more often and tip but not If Im drinking water.

On top of there being no parking. The staff operates very leisurely. The man who was at the front register kept stopping what he was doing to talk about the lottery. Just after he told me my total and before I statree to pay, he walked over to his coworkers and talked about the lottery again. He was wearing glasses.

This store is okay when you go during non rush hours. They would be nice & food would be fine, but everything goes wrong when rush hour starts. For some reason, they go crazy, drive through becomes 15 minute minimum wait & orders would still be sloppy or wrong. Thats the reason I think they don’t deserve more than 3 stars. Its not the employees but the management who can’t handle rush hours. I see poor employees running around to do their best.

Very spacious and mellow on the inside. Plenty of outlets available for every table. No extension cord needed. Good atmosphere lends to an excellent customer experience. Attitudes are chill. No snooty NIMBY types to sour the mood. Perhaps I just happened to be there at the right time. Will definitely be returning here again. Oh yeah, count them, 3 bathrooms. Much better than one or worse... None. Good job Starbucks. Starting to get it? Time will tell.

Love how spacious it is! The staff are always friendly. Only issue is parking is almost impossible since almost every spot is compact and hard to access because of the drive thru. Also came once a little after the open time listed here but the lobby wasnt open. Tried asking what time it opened but staff wouldnt answer me even though they were literally right next to the door, besides that I never have any other issues whenever I go here.

So the staff is mostly friendly and helpful, the drinks are way too sweet, the seating is okay but I feel like they could have done better. The dining room is not open as long as the hours on the door. They in fact close it up an hour or more earlier than the sign reads ( reads 11 closes usually at 10). The dining room is frequently dirty and they only clean in the morning and at night and do not do anything in between unless a spill happens.

I like how big and roomy this location is but nearly ALL OF THE POWER OUTLETS are covered up so you cant use them. What if you want to charge your phone while enjoying a sip? I totally wouldve given this place 5 stars but the outlet thing dropped it WAY low.

This is the worst Starbucks I have had to deal with ever and sadly it’s the one I go to most. The management and employees all have bad attitudes and zero customer service skills, but I would be able to look over all that if they just got my drink correct. It’s as if they make it incorrect on purpose just so I can go back and tell them to make it again correctly.(maybe they are lonely and just crave any kind of human interaction) you would think that after ordering the same drink the same way for almost 2 years, 4 times a week you would be able to get it right.? There is a lot of space plenty of tables but there are no outlets anywhere but under one long table and that makes it difficult to charge a device unless you are at that table, which is only about 15 to 25 percent of the available seats. There is very limited parking but there are 3 bathrooms. And of course customer service is good. (Most but not all Starbucks are good with customer service).

Horrible customer service. I ordered a coffee and a sausage breakfast sandwich. The coffee was given to me within the first 5 mins., but when I noticed that there were 4 girls working behind the counter, and neither one seemed to be preoccupied with my breakfast sandwich, I asked if it was almost ready. The girl who sold it to me, knew that she had no more of it and didnt bother to let me know of it, continued as if I wasnt there waiting, and kept taking more orders! She didnt bother to make it right by offering something in replacement of, nor offer a free coffee on a future visit, nothing!! The manager wasnt as helpful either, as a matter of fact, it seemed to me that the manager did not have enough experience to run this shop, for it seemed that her clerks were doing as they please and she lacked in the handling of my order. The girl who took my order, was told to give me a refund and to next time make sure the item is available, as she was about to give me my refund, another customer who had come up to the line wanted service, and she had the nerve to tell me that he was next in line! At that point, I had to tell her, that she knew I was waiting for my sandwich, didnt bother to acknowledge me and let me know that she had none of it, and that as far as who was next, I was, and that her job was to take care of me right away so I could have been on my way along time ago! She then processes a refund to my debit card and continues with the incompetence, by telling me that she cannot give me a receipt for the refund because her printer is broken and does not give receipts! I said that I wasnt leaving until she gave me proof of the refund, and that was only by printing me a receipt! Another girl had to help out because clearly this one was horrible!In short, it seems that this location is run by a bunch of little, incompetent girls. This is the only Starbucks Ive ever had a hard time with...I will not go there again!

For a place that serves z fairly specific menu, and granted, there are a lot of variations and options, one would think that the primary function by the team is to deliver a accurate order to the customer. I would think, especially at a drive through facility, that when an employee hirsvthe intercom and says what can I make for you today? That they are ready to pay attention, input the order, verify the order in a accurate manner. I then assume that the person making the order c aza n read the order and use the requested ingredients to create a positive customer experience.......this rarely happens at this location.Please, can another chain populate the area and provide some alternatives?Dutch Brothers, anybody?

First off: this Starbucks is very busy in the mornings and parking is insufficient to put it kindly. There is a ridiculous lack of spaces, and about a third of whats available is for disabled. Inside it is spacious with plenty of room for those who want to lounge and use their laptops, etc. Service is alright, but not great. Prices are standard Starbucks rates.

I estimate, in my own experience, that 30% of the time my order is wrong (which is substantial because I go to this place multiple times a week). The rate is much lower or nonexistent at several of the other nearby locations. If this wasn’t the only drive-thru coffee place directly on my route to and from work I’d go elsewhere.

The only reason Im giving this SB 2 stars is because of their spacious location. But on the flip side, I go to variety of SB to work and study and have never experienced rude attitude at any SB except this one. I have gone there at least more than a couple dozen times and every time I regret it. Internet is slow, there is lack enough parking and parking area is tight. But worse than all is the baristas. Some of them are extremely rude and they have an attitude no matter how much I have tried to be respectful. Havent had good experience at this location.

They can definitely do better at their customer service, I was standing in line for over 4 to 5 minutes and none of the workers would even look our way. One comes over and tells us (customers) we are standing at the closed register? ? So we move to her register, she took my order and I waited. I was meeting some friend for coffee... so I sat, they have 4 bathrooms, one was closed not sure why...but once I had been there for about 25 minutes, I realized there are a lot of homeless people going in and out of the bathroom. 2 of the homeless came in 4 to 5 times in the hour I spent here.In the future I would do drive thru but to meet someone or work on my laptop, I would not go here.

Parking is a disaster. Unsure how Starbucks thought that about 6 spots which are inaccessible if the drive through it more than a few cars long would be enough. Nice interior - used to be a Wendys. Great for biking to or walking to. If you get there in the early AM, you can park in front of the repair garages on the other side of the fuel station.

Today Ive experienced the worst customer service ever, Ive been waiting for more than 10 minutes without and assistance, even though there is more than enough things to worry about this isnt acceptable. The employees knew that Im standing in front of the register, they are just ignoring me and nobody said greeting welcome. Its hard to say because i have normally have had wonderful tasting coffee here but tonight i went in for a venti caramel frappand it tasted watered down, a vanilla bean frap and the cup was sliced from the side, and a white chocolate mocha that tasted like only whipped cream. I went to buy a venti berry sangria and a grande chai latte just 5 minutes ago through their drive thru waited for about 4-5 minutes service on a Sunday afternoon its not that busy..but I wanted a cold drink so I patiently wait then after I got my tea I got so frustrated because it taste like a water not a tea, I see no dried berries it tasted very different from what I usually buy from Starbucks(Victory and Tampa) so this mean that it wasnt prepared right so I decide to call balboa and roscoe branch spoke to a crew and to my dismay she did not apologize but explained that they were busy.. like I dont get it was it my fault that theyre busy so they dont get the work done right..Im being a victim of this attitude??so I told I want to speak to a manager and the line was cut/hang up.i dialed again after I got hold of the manager then she immediately told me to go back or refund the drink which is ridiculous she did not even try to get my side and she wanted to end our convo right away.this manager thinks that by simply saying that she gona give free drink would make me feel better..its upsetting on how they deal with customers who didnt get the right order and customers who pays..I do not wonder why this location have only three star..management is awful.no wonder the thief people are rude too.they dont deserve to work there.now its a lesson for me of not to comeback to this branch ever.district manager should evaluate this location.

This store is always super slow, the employees are serving in a bad mood and the three times I have been there they give me my drink badly, when I tell them that that is not what I order they get upset and do what I order with a horrible taste, they throw the straws and the drinks at the end give them to you in a very bad way.
