This has to be one of the friendliest and most pleasant staff groups in a coffee shop around the entire area! The first time I visited this establishment, I was floored at how happy and quick the staff was. Then I came back two more times and found the other staff workers to be just as kind and speedy, if not more so. I dont like Starbucks coffee because its usually burnt so I only come here for the teas - which are absolutely delicious! If all Starbucks were run like this one, I would be much more inclined to frequent their establishment. Big shout out to the staff here: thank you for making my (albeit sporadic) visits so pleasant here!

NOT A POSITIVE VIBE....This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion:I went to this Coffee shop on Sunday afternoon, November the 7th, and it was my first time.FOOD/DRINK: I ordered a Latte and it was just ok, not an intense coffee taste and they did not use whole milk as I like it. just ok.STAFF: The guy that got my order was nice, helpful and friendly, and was quick.PLACE: I did not like the place at all.... no décor or colors inside, the all place is dry and looks sad. It was a Sunday afternoon and there was not much lighting inside, so, kind of dark and unhappy. They still have the Covid-19 configuration so you cannot sit inside. They have a pickup spot but it is not used. They still call you and wait for you to go and hand you over the drink.They have tables and benches right outside and its a covered area so that if it rains you wont get wet, or if it is too sunny you might still have some shade.LOCATION: is in Redondo beach and its literally walking distance from the beach, which is a super plus. surrounded by many restaurants and other shops, and on specific days it is just across the street from the Flea market. so, great location (thats why my 5 stars).CLEANLINESS: The whole place was clean and neat, outside less clean.CONCLUSIONS: Ive seen way better Starbucks and this is definitely not one I would happily go back to.

Nice shop in a great location. Went on a Sunday morning and it wasnt crowded. Was able to get a table outside. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that arrived nice and hot, the Mocha I ordered was also pretty hot.

I was at this location this morning & the person who took my order was very friendly & welcoming.However, There was a barista who was very rude & had horrible customer service. I asked for caramel drizzle (which I ordered) and she gave me the impression of anger & irritation. It’s like I’m paying for this so I don’t understand the issue. The young barista definitely needs to be taught some manners.

I love this place I love their drinks and food is really good and good vibes, good music and a good place to see your friends and family. We went there for a birthday party a while back that was awesome. Plus I can meet up with my family and friends at this Starbucks because its right on the beach this is just awesome. I absolutely love this place. 💕

The baristas there are really friendly. One of them was kind enough to give me a gift card for my wait. I wasn’t expecting anything nor was I upset about my drink being a little late since I get this location tends to be busy in the mornings. I just wanted to show my appreciation for their great customer service!
