This location is located right off the highway and plenty of parking. The staff are professional and friendly. The bathrooms are clean. Coffee was hot and delicious. Love the big table. Ten out of ten recommend stopping at this location.

This location off of Lake blvd. Is by no exception........the true meaning of a hot mocha peppermint. The combination that the battista puts in and how she or he makes it is almost perfect as anyone would know theres no such thing as perfect but, the word itself. Go here around 2pm or maybe a little later and the nice lady at the window actually loves her job.

I visit this Starbucks regularly when Im in Redding for work. My drink has always tasted good, the food is warmed correctly, and, most important, the service is almost always exceptional. If I lived in town, this wouls be my regular spot for sure.

Have been a regular Starbucks customer, and each store has its unique character. This one, although folks are usually nice. There is one young lady who has an attitude that could use correction. Additionally, I dont dig getting shaken down for 35% min tip with each cup of coffee if I use a card other than a Starbucks card.

Stopped in for breakfast food and a cold brew on a Sunday morning. It was very busy. The breakfast sandwiches were good and the prepackaged protein box was good, also. Our Carmel and Nitro cold brew was tasty. We had to wait a little bit to get the coffee, due to how busy it was. But, that was fine. The store was clean and had enough staff.

Rude staff, and my drink is hardly ever made correctly. Each time previously when it’s made wrong, I’m invited back per the store manager Shane. Yesterday- I came back for a remake since the day before it was literally milk and ice and was told I can’t have it remade without a physical receipt. The shift on was Kelli-Jo, and she was the one I spoke with. She had my remade drink in her hand and turned me away. I went ahead and reported my experience with corporate, and they were astonished at how I was treated, and credited my card for the amount of my drink. I went to another store and they were so sweet to me. I will follow up with the store manager when he returns from vacation. Staff needs training on the “third place” environment, and making the moment right.

I had to change my disabled boys diaper on the floor next to the toilet bowl because there was no changing board. that was embarrassing, Im disappointed and angry. this shouldnt happen in 2023. every (!) other restaurant in our three-week vacation in the USA was able to offer one.

Havent been to Starbucks for a couple years. Surprised you cant put your own cream and sugar in to make it exactly to your taste like it used to be. So Ill never be back. Coffee was too hot and too expensive. I only drink Starbucks coffee at home and Ill continue that but I wont waste my money in any of the stores again.

I get the same drink everytime...being from different locations one would think that the recipe is the same across the board...not here though. The last time I was there in drive thru and I asked why does this taste different than a different locations she told me ummm....let me go ask someone that, upon returning 3 minutes later she tells me that she was told to ask me if I want my money back and leave the drink. Alright this Starbucks is super awesome. I have always like this location. I always had a good time when I come when I travel. Love drive thru to get that Mocha! The drive thru can get tricky at times but not too bad. The staff are fun and helpful. Yeah, if you want a cup of awesomeness. I suggest to come on over and enjoy the place.

Sign on the door says that they close at 8 or 9 oclock. at 4:30 they Already had the doors closed and Is locked. This is after I had already placed my order online and yes it was paid for as well. Luckily, I guess The manager or whoever was in charge decided to answer my SOS call as I was banging on the door and she gave me my food and drink. If they were Still Open I would have taken it all back and demanded a refund. However I did not have the option to do so as it was a ghost town Within Is moments of me getting My Bag.

Went to the Lake Blvd Starbucks today for the same coffee I get 7 days a week. Only to find they wanted to charge me way more than any other Starbucks for the same drink. I asked if pricing had changed and Landon in a very condescending manner said that’s the price sorry. Long story short he made my drink and purposely messed it up. Very frustrated. Every time I order a white mocha and ask for whip cream. The person taking my order always says sir they come with whip cream, you don’t have to ask for it. But yet it never comes on my drink once I get it. It completely changes the flavor and ruins my coffee. Why should I have to go back in every time I get a coffee and complain about the mix up. Why do you guys tell customers whip cream comes on top and then not put it. And yes I always check my screen to make sure it doesn’t say no whip. Thank you for taking time to read my complaint

Clean, friendly and safe place. Lisa the manager has done a wonderful job. Say hi to Bonnie, Ben, Annette, Malory, and many more. If the line is long inside dont worry they are pretty quick. I recommend grabbing your drink and tasty and sit out on the patio.

I had a 5 star review but Im changing it to 3 . I got to this place everyday now for a year. But the past few months the customer service has been bad ☹️ they cant hear at their order menu well,and cut you off then when you repeat it louder, they get attitude cause they think your being rude. Sheesh. Sucks I dont have a relationship with the people that make my coffee every morning and some regulars do.

The Starbucks is conveniently located close to the I-5 freeway. It has drive through and indoor seating. The employees are extremely nice knowledgeable and friendly which makes for an enjoyable sit down coffee with a friend or go to the drive-thru get your great coffee and go its a win-win!

When asked if could have a pour over of the Sumatra I was told they already had it brewed. Clearly my taste preferences are above their usual consumer.

Not worth the money. Coffee always tastes burnt or old. If you get anything with whip creme on it be prepared for your mouth to feel oily. Get yourself a coffee machine and some fun syrups and powders and youll be making better coffee then Starbucks, for much cheaper.

The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is the staff is friendly. My problem is that often my order is wrong or my food cold. I have had this happen so often, why Im reviewing them now is I have a newborn and to simply run inside to get it fixed is a thing of the past. I have to unload a newborn to get my order corrected, or worse wait in the long line that tends to form at this locations drive thru. Today my bacon gouda was still frozen/cold. They didnt even put it in the warmer. But I didnt notice until I was home and was not about to drive all the way back. Very disappointing for the price paid.

Ive never had an issue with the baristas until a few days ago I had an online drive thru pick up and it was pretty dead inside not a busy time, when I went to pick it up I got a little extra attitude with my coffee and eyeroll with my food items, I dont know who the barista was and I dont care too, she couldve been having a bad month or day and that sucks for her, however, I would just preffer my expensive coffee and food with a smile than with attitude.

Normally a good Starbucks, not today. Drove into the parking lot and they had a hand drawn sign in the drive thru saying drive thru closed. Normally this means the drive thru is closed. Went to the door of the store and the whole store is closed. Maybe you could write that on the drive thru sign so I dont have to get out of my car and walk to the door to find that out?Edit: They finally reopened. Now the other Starbucks I was going to is closed. RIP.

1) the person working the register wore the drive through headset the whole time. Then Complained to me that they couldnt hear me. (I project my voice quite well & the store wasnt loud) I felt if I spoke any louder Id be shouting at them & telling the store what I was ordering.2) I order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks. Additionally, I travel all across NorCal. I know what light ice should be based on years of experience across a diverse sample size of locations. When I asked the barista about how much ice they put in I was told they used a smaller scoop. Regardless of the size of scoop in my experience light ice doesnt equate to 2/3rds of the cup.There is a chance I got the 2 exceptions to a otherwise well trained store. But, maybe some additional training is needed.

On 9/11 at ground zero, during the rescue efforts of all the men and women who were on site, this company was asked to donate bottled water to everyone there who needed it, and they refused. Bad service, dirty bathroomsThe service here was not good, took forever to make our order and not a lot of people in or at drive thru; Ive been in Starbucks in downtown Seattle where a lot of homeless people use the bathroom and these looked similar, but no homeless in the area.
