This Starbucks is best for a to-go order. The store does not have much room inside and the patio, only suitable in warm weather, faces a parking lot. The staff was very friendly and competent. I ordered a Blonde coffee, which they did not have, and my barista offered an Americano for the same price. Always great to deal with quick thinking and flexible employees that like to please customers.

Rating is for the atmosphere. really small space, Im sitting at a table outside. Two high tables inside and 5 tables outside with decent shade. I can see this place turning into a mobile only location.

Well, actually surprised that both my pastry and drink were done before the estimated wait time. The pastry was done first, but I was a few minutes early and my drink was just about done after I grabbed my pastry. Wasnt to busy but I got lucky it was pre lunch so I just beat the rush and order ins.Its that frozen Aqui lemonade, had some kick but deficit will get again especially with the heat.

Really great service. Was welcomed in by the ladies behind the counter. They seemed to have a lot of online orders but seemed to be able to get people in and out quick. I went in for my morning coffee and was out quick. Despite the ladies being busy and 2 people in front of me. Great job ladies from morning crew!

Hours of operation are inaccurate. Even though Google says they are open until 9:00 PM, doors were already locked down at 8:30 PM. Same story with Starbucks app, which means that people running this location have to update their hours of operation.

There was a barista and he doesnt know how talk with customers me and my wife was talking to each other and he said, talk outside. Which is rude to say to any customer and when I told him to say, excuse me sir please talk outside and I was about to leave he said, dont come again, the way he talks to customers and behaviors was not right and no one else backed him up when I was trying to correct him. First time I was surprised that someone like him said that which never happened before. Teach him how to behave with customers.

The guy who is working as the barista didn’t fully fasten the lid of my coffee. The coffee eventually spilled over to my clothes and cars, and also the hot coffee hurt me. The guy didn’t apologize and only gave me another cup of coffee. Damn you ! Train your staff how to behave! Damn people

Nice service. No place to sit. That’s the whole point of Starbucks - like when you’re getting a car repair and have a 5 hour wait. No one really comes because Starbucks has the best coffee. It’s the ambience and the “able to work away from home” atmosphere. This is a disappointment and misses the mark.

The 5 stars goes directly to the staff alone. The young ladies were very courteous and efficient. The best thing was that one of the employees walked an elderly woman to her car. You just dont see that nowadays. To the lovely, polite, courteous ladies at this location, keep being wonderful.

Homeless folks are here a lot with their dogs, chargers and food from outside. They dont seem to mind or know what to do. Place can get quite smelly at times inside. Restroom can get really messy. They recently removed a lot of tables inside. Its a shame what has become of this place opened in the 80s. I hope management figures out a smart plan.

It tends to get crowded and there isn’t a lot of room inside. Get in and get your coffee to go. There’s maybe four tables outside. Starbucks staff is friendly and never had a problem with my drinks. Parking might be a problem. A Korean supermarket is next door and it was packed last time I went.FYI: Starbucks on Calaveras Boulevard is super nice. Just incase if you have time to hangout and relax with your friends. Black Bear is next door if you get super hungry.🍽

The service was okay..I was greeted a few times by the same barista who was preparing a drink which was nice and kind of odd..( I wasnt sure whether he was going to help me with my order or not)..I was finally helped by another nice worker.. although after taking my order, he didnt take my name ..or thank me or tell me the transactin qas finished which I am not used to. This place is busy in the morning for a weekday which is fair but it is also packed ..maybe thats why the customer service was a bit off. My drink was made in a timely manner, considering there were a lot of people waiting. The biggest distraction I noticed was how dirty it was for a Starbucks establishment. I didnt want to start snapping away with my phone, but the windows were streaked. I saw water streaks on the clear glass on the counter. The floor had garbage, the mirrors had finger tracings/drawings on them and overall, it was just the dirtiest starbucks I have ever been to. The one I normally go to is Evergreen which has less workers.. just at busy at times but I always see them cleaning and making sure everything was in order.

I witnessed very unpleasant situation there. There were three men with a dog sitting on a table near the Starbucks entrance. A guy with his kid was about to open the Starbucks door when the dog suddenly barked and attacked the kid, scaring him a lot. Those three men instead of being sorry and apologizing, started to laugh on the kid and make fun of them. The guy complained to the Starbucks staff, but they seemed to be friend with those three men and were covering them by all means.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN charged! Ordering a small/tall xpresso in a Grande cup with foam..but cashiers charged me for Grande? !... isnt one shot should be cheaper than 2 xpresso shot? So why more money?...he than proceeding to make comments to make me feel stupid. worse is that outside seats are smokers and it goes inside.
