This was such a great Starbucks experience. There was plenty of comfy seating, the workers were so fast getting drinks out, but most importantly they were all extremely friendly. The lead was amazing and incredibly helpful with my drink order. I forgot to ask their name but they wore heart shaped glasses 😍. It made my birthday much better. Thank you so so much.

Quick service. Beautiful ambiance inside. The outside structures looks old. This is facing on a busy street and in the heart of businesses. I suggest, you order online then pick it up inside coz the drive thru will always have a long line.

Today, April 13 at 8:15 PM I went to Starbucks hoping I could get my favorite drink but when I show up the lobby is closed which is understandable but also the drive-through was closed. The whole entire store was closed and it was barely 8:15 PM online it shows the store closes at 10 PM, so I called to see if anyone would answer and a girl answered and greeted me and then I asked her if the store is open because I’m here and she said no we’re closed, I then asked her why are you guys closed if you guys close at 10 and she literally replied “ We Just are” I am not even lying. That’s what she said she said and said OK bye then hung up the phone on me. I am beyond upset because I wasted my time and gas thinking that I was going to get a drink because the store is supposed to be open till 10 not 8:15 PM.

The drive thru aspect of this Starbucks is the only reason I came here. My baby was napping and I needed coffee. Didn’t want to wake her up. The drive thru took 1 HOUR. Not even joking or exaggerating 1 WHOLE hour! The line was semi long but I’ve definitely have been in Starbucks lines with more cars and never has it taken an hour. My mom lives very close to this location and she had always warn me about the drive thru wait time but omg. I’ve worked in the coffee industry for years and year and i understand rushes, but there is literally no excuse for a wait that long 🤯🤯🤯🤯.

The service was great! I had a matcha frappucino with an extra scoop of matcha added pump of vanilla with 🍓 strawberry foam, upside down, trust me ! Yum ! The reason for the 3 stars was how complicated it was to get to the drive through.

We enjoyed our visit to Starbucks. The person taking our order was friendly and efficient and our lattes were great. There was a police officer ordering before us. When he received a call on the radio the Starbucks employee offered to rush his order. I thought that was considerate and appropriate, showing due respect and support for those who serve their community. Good job!

Every time I go there I have to wait 15 minutes for a drink even if there are only a handful of people in the store because they are working on mobile orders. The drinks sit there becoming watered down but they insist on pushing them out first. They also dont consider that they mess up peoples drinks and have to remake them so the customers end up waiting around a long time. If this happens to you make a complaint online or to the manager because they should have way more respect for peoples time. And yes, the staff is rude. 😑

I’ve been coming here almost daily for a year now and for a while there were consistently the same group of employees who were welcoming, fast, smiling, inviting and I don’t know where they went but I wish they would come back! The new employees coming in are my least favorite part about this location. They work slow, look miserable and bothered, and are confusing because they don’t call names or items out clearly.

I definitely do not think they are putting in the add shots.. iv ordered multiple drinks with 4 to 5 shots and would definitely be able to taste it and see the color.. today December 14th my coffee tastes like zero shots and straight cream with milk.. Horrible customer service. This place takes short cuts and compromises the quality of its product to save time. I was pretty much served raw food here, when I called to inform them the woman I spoke with of course apologized and said go ahead and bring back the product and they would replace it. I like the lady said, went into the store I stood at the register for 3-4 minutes before I was even acknowledge. I actually had to say something before an employee rudely snapped back that they would be would be some in a minute. Finally somebody came over to help management. and asked if I had an on-line order. This store obviously lacks on customer service, quality of product, and communication from management as to what is going on. Id suggest avoiding this location entirely and going to another location that doesnt cut corners to keep a line moving. There is practically a Starbucks on every corner .

Excellent service here! I have been to Starbucks many times at many different locations and they always do their best to get your order the way you order it but dont always accomplishment that. However at this Starbucks location they really do get it right and apparently the work environment here is a very good one because every time I come here I have always been welcomed with a smile. I dont mean this in a bad way when I say this but the smile is more of a happy to work there and job enjoyment kind of smile rather than a hey another customer kind of smile. I dont think the specific location of this Starbucks is a great location for it to be but that aside this Starbucks does meet my expectations and thats whats important. Customer satisfaction 👍 Great Job to the management and everyone else that works here at this location.

I visit this location regularly. The customer service is the best. The morning crew are always very welcoming, talkative & polite. The afternoon staff is just as friendly. Im always greeted like a valued customer no matter how busy the store is.The store itself is very clean with ample seating & wall outlets. Its always well-stocked & staff members spend a lot of time tidying inside & out during lulls. The temperature is always comfortable here, which I cant say about too many other locations.Ive spent a lot of time at many other locations & this one is, by far, my favorite. The staff really makes this Starbucks stand out from all the rest. Additionally, the quality Ive come to expect from the brand is always on point at the Mulberry location.

The girl while taking my order interrupted my order just talk/yell at another employee leaving asking if they were off. She gave me milk in my latte even after I ordered oatmilk and making sure they had enough Oatmeal for the drink. So unprofessional and disappointing.

I have been to many Starbucks. Probably every single one in the area. THIS location has never wronged me. Theyre fast and friendly and always ready with substitutions if things you originally wanted arent available (and this is NOT their fault -- the entire supply chain is messed up right now. if anything its impressive theyre able to keep up with demand as well as they do). The chairs are comfortable and the wifi is solid. The drive through gets through orders fast, and it doesnt seem to affect the baristas ability to get through in-store orders too. A+ great job yall

I went to this Starbucks because it has a drive-thru which I thought was going to be quick.😑 Sometimes I wonder if it would be quicker to just got inside. The line was all the way back to the Foothill Blvd entrance, I needed my morning cup of coffee because I skipped it & breakfast to run errands. The line took awhile. I think the whole thing took about 25 mins. I ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato w/an add shot of espresso & a slice of Banana Nut Loaf. They asked if I wanted the Banana Nut Loaf warmed up. I said No Thanks! I noticed that when the loafs or muffins get warmed up. They become a bit dry. I like my cakes & stuff like cakes moist. Not much else to say other than on to the next outing.😊

My father needed coffee for a work function on 12/18/2021. He placed an order the night before for just plain coffee to make sure it would be ready the next day on time and even offered to pay, but they said dont worry you can pay when you pick it up. The next day I went to pick it up and they told us that they were closed early due to being short staffed. When we asked why they did not call us to inform us so we could have placed the order somewhere else and had it on time for the work function, they said because we hadnt paid for it yet (even though they told us not to pay). The fact that they knew there was an order for the scheduled time and did not inform us is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I know next time we need a large coffee order for a work function we will not be using them and neither will other businesses we are affiliated with. Very disappointed...

Every city Im in I visit their Starbucks and this has been the best one. The staff is so friendly. I didnt get her name, but one of the staff working there at night was really sweet to me and my dog. Gave her a free cup of whip cream my dog loved. Definitely coming here more often. The inside was really clean and warm unlike other Starbucks that are freezing and the outside is very spacious.

Took 20 min to get my mobile order. (Ice coffee & venti frappe) my ice coffee was ready immediately i understand when its busy its going to be a longer wait the thing is the time i went most definitely was slow. Normally someone will ask if i needed anything from just standing there waiting or what was my mobile order name? But i had to finally say something after 20 min and she says oh its been ready we just didnt finish it off (add whipped cream and my mocha drizzle) mean while my drink was melted. This is the slowest Starbucks in existence. Today, they are quoting a 30 minute wait for drinks and it is a completely accurate assessment. I got a vanilla bean with caramel drizzle and they put barely any. Why be so stingy??? I pay .50 cents and barely get any. Also I got the tomato mozzarella panini and there were about 3 mini tomatoes all clumped in the middle of it.. Starbucks never fails to disappoint me. My far the worst in customer service ms Britney at the drive thru window was completely unprofessional stating not to get crazy with her when I had a complaint. I request her and her managers name and I told her not to talk to me that way. And asked her to repeat what she had said so I may record her. That is how bad the situation was getting. Every time I come by, there’s always a long line for the drive thru so I go inside. The staff is cooperative but very overwhelmed and there’s hardly any place to sit. If it were located somewhere else I’m sure there wouldn’t be the problem of a packed parking area and a packed interior. Unfortunately I live less than a mile away from this store. This Starbucks is the slowest most inconsistent store in the area. Theyre randomly closed, and always run out of things. Avoid the drive thru if you can. Ive been here countless times and this review should have been placed long ago. From now on Ill drive the extra couple miles and go to the other stores. Some helpful hints that can help improve this place:-Giving scorching hot drinks with no sleeves is annoying. ALWAYS put one on a hot drink-be nice and patient with people-inventory is the most important, especially for a high volume location. Make sure you are stocked.-in the drive thru a stopper on liquid drinks is important. Otherwise while people are driving the drink can be spitting out of the cup, very annoying.

They could NEVER get it right! The WORST Starbucks Ive ever been to!!! You ask for tall, they give and charge you for a Grande. This has happened to me about three times at this location! They never have what you ask for and when they do its not even fresh. For instance, I went today for a simple hot, fresh cup of coffee and instead I got a GROSS, LUKEWARM & NOT FRESH COFFEE!!! It tasted as if it had been brewed at lunchtime and it is now 6:30 pm! This is after I waited in the drive-thru about twenty minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me! When I get to the window the female worker doesnt even greet me or at least smile, so rude!!! Come on people get it right, if you cant then go work elsewhere! Believe me, you will not be missed! I called to inform them that my coffee was not up to Starbucks standards of quality and freshness and Jeff seemed bothered and said I have until Sunday to pick up my replacement coffee (today is Friday). He agreed to let me pick it up on Monday, haha what a joke that I have a time limit to replace what shouldve been done right, to begin with! So, to save yourselves the headache go to the Starbucks on 19th and Campus or anyone that is convenient for you cause this one is an absolute FAILURE and oh so INCONVENIENT!!!

Every time I go to this Starbucks and I order a Hibiscus tea, I get 2 berries if I am lucky so I always ask for extra berries. I never get extra. Im lucky if I get the two. Disappointed, If u go inside anytime between 7 to 1:30, its a 25 minutes or more, for 1 item. Great coffee but always a hassle. I try to go to the one on Central ave. No drive thru but you get what you ordered. No long wait and extra whip or Berries is never a problem

Got to tell you, this is possibly one of the slowest SBs I have ever been in. It has been the same since it opened. As a business owner, I stand in line, waiting for a simple coffee refill, and I watch how the personnel work. They either have not hired enough people to man even the non-rush hours, they are not prepared before the store opens, or something. They dont seem to care either, since it has been this same way, and I have mentioned it to people that work there. There is usually a standing racking of items that are waiting to be put away at the far end of the display reefer. Yesterday, went in at about 630am, not many people in line, waiting for someone to ask for my order. Two guys are rushing around with pastries and at the coffee maker, while a possible mgr. comes out from the back with a pen and paper in his hand, probably doing the schedule, and he stops one of the rushed guys mid way through his task to talk to him, instead of letting him get on with the customers order. Amazing...........Once I got my coffee refill, I did say to the lady, You know, this is one of the slowest SBs in the southland, and I have visited many. She made my point, when she said Well, you know, we are really busy! Sure with one other person in line, you are obviously very busy in the back trying to get organized.................................Hope the new SBs up on 16th St. and the 210 fwy is better............

Unfortunately Im unable to enjoy Starbucks as much as Id luv to,But this young sweet,helpful young lady has excellent Customer Service skills! I was able to finally get out of my sick bed& enjoy my Happy hour@ Starbucks# 9pm tonight! The crowds had all left by the time I got there( less than 4 mins away from my apartment) TG,cause I looked sickly&felt much worse than I must of looked! Todays Happy Hour was buy 1 grande,or larger & get second one for free! The new Cinnamon short bread latte was Awesome! However, I was thoroughly disgusted at the fact that a homeless guy was using one of the tables as a gym locker room...shaving cream, qtips, toothpaste, etc... All sitting on the table... He was cleaning under his toenails in the store... At least do all that in the bathroom. Told an employee, but nothing was done.How unsanitary this was caused me to rate this so low.

We have more than 7 starbucks within a 2 mile radius & this location os one of the. But the service here sucks! Long waiting. In store or drive thru. Sometimes the employees are just burning time talking & fiddling around. This being the closest to my home makes me drive a mile away for my daily cups of coffee.

Usually the men are friendlier.But today I was just so so so so angry at the way these girls treated customers.One of the workers was stopped a customer from going to the restroom and said they were closed. Onw of the worst Ive been to. My husband and I went to go get drinks throuh the drive thru and the girl wouldnt even let me finish my order before she asked us what kind of drink. Apparently she must not been lostening cuz we gave her the order exact. My husband asked for his drink to be sweeten and she replied um sir the drink is already sweeten. To top things off when we pulled up to the window only then did they start to make our drinks. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone!

Standard Starbucks with a drive thru. This location stays open later than the other ones in the area. The layout is narrow with a long row of tables and chairs. The drive thru is constantly busy, so the wait-time for drinks is longer than a typical Starbucks. The iced coffee, regular coffee, Frappuccino drinks, and espresso drinks are as consistent as other Starbucks. Probably one of the more messy Starbucks Ive been to. The parking lot looks small from the front. Drive up the side street at the signal light to the back of the store. There is plenty of parking behind the store.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks, the workers are always in a great mood, never have I been given any type of attitude. The girl who took my order through the drive-thru was very sweet and did a great job on making my drink (Venti Caramel Frap with a shot of espresso) .
