We are very happy that this is our neighborhood Starbucks. It is a mellow and sleepy location. Whenever we are there it is not busy and we are in and out with our beverages in just a few minutes.This location doesnt have a drive thru. It does have plenty of free parking in the lot behind the building. The quality of the drinks is on par with the franchise standard.If you want to buy a drink and work or study there are plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged. Once I even saw a young couple having a lovely time together on a coffee date. So, even though I have not, it seems to be a comfortable place for people to hang out.So, if you are in the neighborhood and you want a good quality Starbucks beverage quick, I recommend that you give this place a try.

This is a fine location with your typical Starbucks affair. Theres seating outside with umbrellas for shade, and a decent amount of seating inside with wall outlets at most of the locations. The store was clean when I went in, which was nice.The employees seemed slightly annoyed to be there, which seems to be a common theme the more locations I visit, but were friendly enough, I guess. There were a couple that were masked, and a couple that werent.I tried the new Chocolate Cream Cold Brew and it was pretty good. It aligns with the quality youd expect from any average Starbucks location.

This bucks is a good study spot. it’s quiet not often busy with plenty of tabláge (that’s tables in french). However bring your 🧥 bc it’s cold af, and you know how that gets when you working 💻. godspeed.

It is located in convenient area, easy access, ample parking in front and in rear.Customer service is excellent. Play nice, cozy, soothing music so you enjoy your time and drink at store.Come by before going to work, after finishing your morning jogging, grab and go, make your day count with tasty coffee and tea. I ordered my drink on the app, and when I got there, they still made me wait about another 25 minutes for my drink. At first I didnt mind but then they started giving drinks to people who ordered 10 minutes after me. It was very frustrating. No one became a Karen, but wow!!!!!Come on! This was the worst. Im not sure I want to go back.

A starbuck staff member purchased something and it took forever to get this sorted out and then decided to buy something extra which even took longer. it seems they did not care people waiting

One of the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been too, but still one of the most amazing. The community of local Pasadena peeps do a great job supporting these over worked and probably under paid baristas. Every time I’m here, they are working diligently, even understaffed and still have the time to remember my name.I do recommend them but then they’ll be even busier. Just admire them from a far while I enjoy my brown sugar shaken espresso.

Bought a reusable cup 2 days ago and wanted to return it today. The store refused to return the item because “the general manager was not there” the return policy is clear on 60 days return.I had receipts and everything.Will be following up with the case.Update after store reply:I am not supposed to be dealing with this issue at first. I am working with customer service on resolving the issue. But this is not supposed to happen and waste my time and energy.Update 2:After contacting customer service and district manager, they spoke with store and I went got a refund. Not sure what this was all about but finally resolved not worth the time however.

I think this one of the busiest Starbucks Ive been to in the mornings, they do hustle and the wait isnt long but its impressive to see how smoothe they all operate and the staff still be polite and friendly through it all

I’m biased to Starbucks so I still do 5 stars :-)I came in today and asked for an impossible sandwich. The barista seemed stressed and impatient. She said she has no impossible sandwiches. As I look at the other options for my breakfast / lunch, she says she does have the impossible sandwich. I can see she is so annoyed so I don’t add the sandwich at all. Instead now I came to Starbucks to be rushed and not complete my order due to the attitude of the barista. Not cool or acceptable. If you don’t want your job, pass it to me. And I’ll make sure everyone gets what they came to Starbucks for. People can choose to stay home and make their own coffee and food, there is a reason people enjoy the service and ease of a coffee shop. Now I leave with no food, the drink I was barely able to order, and afternoon ruined. Customer service really matters for the experience.
