From the midwest & have been traveling throughout CA for work. I had just arrived in the and stopped in for an afternoon drink.There was a line in the drive thru, but the fabulous team working this day rocked that drive-thru 👏 I was in and out in no time at all, despite the long line. 😀Being new to the area, I had asked a couple of questions regarding the area. Despite there being a long line, the young man took his time to provide me with the info I was looking for. I super appreciated his patience and information. He was absolutely fabulous 👌 wish I had asked his name so I could give him a shout out. 😀Thank you, Starbucks, for keeping me awake when I needed 😴 youre my perfection lil addiction! 💗 lol!

Did not answer during store hours which I can understand if busy but what was unnecessary was the extremely rude tone over the phone when finally answered. I wouldnt mind the whole being forced to walk through the drive thru if they hadnt given such an attitude over the phone as if I inconvenienced them by calling during their open hours in the middle of dead time. Honestly, wish I didnt bother ordering. More so a waste of time and money even having done so ahead of time in the app. The one off of Lincoln at least has way better customer service.

I love this location! They always keep the interior so clean!! We always stop here when we travel from the Bay Area to Reno as we can trust that the restrooms are kept up so nicely, and the Baristas know how to make our drinks right.

I go frequently, they know my drink as soon as I say it however 9 out of 10 times they mess it up. They never warm my bread up even after I tell them them ask them if they did. Its frustrating. I understand trying to be quick but being efficient and accurate out ways the speed by far.

Drive-thru was way too long to sit through, so decided to go in. Nobody ahead of me, and I was greeted and my order taken right away. However, somehow half my order was taken to the drive-thru side so it took more than 10 mins to wait for 2 basic drinks. Thats why it lost a star in my rating. Otherwise, place was clean, a few tables had guests which helped make it seem inviting and comfortable. No apology for the extended wait, which seemed rude. Drinks were good.

Whoever is running this particular location is incredibly inconsistent. Some days their lobby is open some days it’s closed. (And not because of covid guidelines) They keep changing their hours for seemingly no reason at all. Improperly managed in my opinion.

Usually make our pit stops here on our way down the mountain from Reno. Place is usually not too crowded therefore you get your drinks quite quickly. Staff are always in an upbeat mood and the place is well kept. Ie clean restrooms, never out of sugar or half n half like most unkept Starbucks.

I just came in today about 9:00 and ordered a black and white mocha and a black coffee with extra powdered coco mix. The large mocha I bought was half full and my coffee had zero chocolate in it. On top of that their number doesnt work so I cant call to have them make it right . At least they got my ham and cheese crossont right.

Clean and workers were all nice thank you I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thats traveling through here enough parking in the back for campers if your hauling a trailer be careful pulling in the dip is really low and may hit the floor and get stuck people tend to hit the concrete if you pull in at a angle maybe youll miss hitting it.

Ever time I go into one of these places I look at all of the coffee mugs with longing. The mugs are so damn cool and they are always different. There little snacks rarely catch my attention because I imagen the treats as shrink wrapped before they were defrosted and openend. I like good coffee, because what I order depend on it. I order 16oz black coffee. Starbucks coffee tastes like It has been in a warehouse for months, off-gassing in a hot climate. Maybe Ill try the pour over next time.

Love Starbucks but this place got me to buy a cup that was on sell then when I bought it they charged me full price. When I pointed this out to them they said they couldnt fix it because I used my starbucks card. They gave me a $4 discount card and even said they still owed me $2. Its funny how they pushed the sale, messed it up, and still got full price.

Omg I came here at noon on a Monday and they were sold out of my drink (Oprah chai) and four of my favorite bakery items (ham and cheese square, spinach square, tomato mozzarella panini, and the new turkey pesto panini)... Earlier today, while waiting for my drink at the drive thru, there was an older gentleman who was upset that they messed up his wifes drink. She had ordered a tall and they gave her a venti. The starbucks employee was very polite and understanding and re-made the drink. I enjoy going to this starbucks and appreciate their customer service. I usually order a dark roast coffee or pour over or a latte macchiato with almond milk.
