This location is never crowded. Theres plenty of parking, if you dont mind getting out of your car. Theres no drive-thru. All the staff is very friendly.

So Im a customer service ambassador for MTA. Im often forced to work this section of the line because of my supervisoroccasionally Ill order something because my daily partners tend to prefer Starbucks Im not into my coffee that. much anyway today I decided to order a tea with lemonade normaly the staff here is chill and they love having us but today I noticed 2 of the girls there around 4 pm had a sorta chip on their shoulder not sure why as I always make an effort to be friendly the cashier who took my order was very nice unfortunately I accidentally tossed my recipe so I dont have a name to give you ......but again it was the girls who were there when we left about 415 just gave bad customer service :/ as a Google local guide Im a more then a little disappointed because this Starbucks is in a good spot

I trust that this Starbucks has good drinks and the service might be good during the afternoon when there’s a lot of customers,However there should be no excuse to the service that we received for a catering order. We ordered four Coffee travelers for 5 PM. We arrived there at 5:30, where the two employees there were getting ready to close up shop. When we came in to pick up our order, they seemed completely surprised And said that they threw out all the coffee minutes ago and so will have to make everything for us again. I’m very confused by this, since the coffee should’ve been ready at 5 o’clock give or take 15 minutes. But to not have the order ready 30 minutes past the pick up time is unacceptable, especially considering the store was completely empty.For this lack of professionalism and effort to fulfill each and every customer‘s order, I give this Starbucks 2 stars. In a world where there are increasing labor shortages, this should not serve as an excuse for existing service people to deliver a lower standard.

These kids work hard, put up with the boo sht that are peoples ridiculous orders during the crowded morning but do it with a smile and sincerity. I dont even know who the manager is since they are like a well oiled machine and are all equally nice. Special props to whoevers playlist is on in the afternoon.

I had a delicious Pumpkin spice latte here this morning. A nice Starbucks located right next to the Gold Line train station and CVS store. I like this Starbucks. The only downside is homeless people using the bathroom to clean up for 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. This is a problem which effects many businesses in Pasadena including our public libraries, fast food establishments and public parks.

First off, excellent employees with awesome attitudes. Very friendly and helpful, clean shop. Only downfall no drivethru. Stopped here before going to visit a relative at local hospital both my drinks were put in a cup holder and in a bag so i could carry it. Drinks made it not spilling a drop. Definitely coming to this starbucks again. Hopefully inget the same employee helping me!!!!

I was a bit weary about this place as it is across the street from CVS, and the train. I am at CVS to get water, or meds, etc. the other day two individuals were smoking something that hurt my throat and lungs just being close too it.. not sure what they were smoking. Anyways, I digress, so I walked into this Starbucks and was taken back by the HELLO!! and WELCOME being spoken as I walked in. Immediately I could tell that this was a place that was very welcoming! The barista asked me how to spell my name instead of guessing my name.. very cool. There are pictures up of the pets of the customers. The barista guy who was welcoming everyone also knew everyones names and orders! I was very impressed by what I saw!

Starbucks is Starbucks, great coffee and food and friendly staff.This is just a terrible location with claustrophobic parking. If you can walk here, it’s wonderful. Do not try to park in this lot or you’ll have anxiety about dings and scratches to your car.

Clean, and usually fast and friendly. Seem to have some newer workers who spent time flirting with a customer even though they were backed up on orders. Plenty of parking and they have restrooms. I usually have to clean my own table. It is difficult to tell from the outside whether they are open or not. Somewhat odd hours so always check on your phone before you go.

Staff is friendly and trying to be on their game. They are pretty efficient and fast in getting the food out to you. The restrooms have a code, to keep out the homeless from piling in the restroom and sleeping, leaving paid customers from being able to get into the restroom and wash hands.Homelessness and the homeless seem to linger around the establishment but once the manager notices them, they are asked to disperse.

TERRIBLE customer service. Made both my orders wrong the first time and when I commented on the color not being what it is in the app/what Ive always gotten, was told thats how they make it there. After trying our drinks and knowing for sure they were missing the coffee, we drove back, where my mom and I kept getting cut off and spoken over by the server. He remade them the same way and then tried again when I showed the drink on the Starbucks app and the 3 roast pumps needed for the drink, which he said was not in this locations recipe. Walked out of there being made to feel wrong even though it was literally clear as day that the drinks were wrong THREE TIMES. Still took my money and didnt even apologize. Other employees were there and Im guessing even the manager, but didnt bother stepping in to help. Is it an issue of discrimination? Havent had this come up as a problem at other socal locations. Maybe with the shortage of ingredients they dont put everything in and hope we dont notice. Good luck trying to say something about your drink here without feeling gaslit.

First time visiting this location and the staff here is phenomenal! I asked about the cold brew options and Ari, the barista, informed me of the level of sweetness/bitterness of the drink. Furthermore, had some issues with a code that I had received and Charlene, stepped in, and assisted to make the transaction seamless. Kudos to these two individuals working the front and making my experience positive!

This location is OK. On the morning I went, there was a huge line and I instantly regretted coming here. The wait wasnt super long but when you are trying to get to the office ASAP, a long line like that is too long. I would avoid coming here in the mornings.The coffee was good though and so was the pasty that I got. Service was nice. They also have a private lot thats shared with other businesses so I was able to get a spot quickly.

I like that there are a lot of smaller tables to sit at to set up a laptop. Many locations have one long table in the middle and after a couple people spread out all their stuff its hard to feel comfortable sitting there. The parking lot is really tight and theres not enough spaces. I wouldve given 4 stars if not for the parking.

Small location, docked a star because I usually access it by having to cross the train lines right behind it, its a bit scary and because its small. But it is close to other convenient locations like CVS, Trader Joes and other shops. Service is quick and place is clean.

Terrible service they messed up my order and instead of fixing their mistake when I told them that five people that got there before me got their drink before me including their friends from bevmo. They still take their time and make me wait it took me 15min yo get a regular coffee. There was three people as nf no one did the right thing they still make the other customers drinks before mine hopefully this can be changed.

James is what a customer calls a perfect store manager. Never do I go in to this Starbucks and see six employees behind the counter talking about what they did the night before. Most Starbucks have turned into a coffee shop where the employees feel they are doing you a favor by pouring you a cup of coffee. I have had to wait at the cashier in many stores while the cashier talked to another employee, complaining about another employee that does not show up on time, went and saw the new movie playing or just running their mouth about things that do not matter to the customer, all the while waiting on my order to be taken. This store runs so professional that I do not see anything but profection. To bad all Starbucks managers are not as good as James. The good management shows in training of the employees as Marco is what Starbucks offered customers in the beginning. Great customer service. This Starbucks is well worth the drive.

Its not frigid in here today but I wanted to make a phone call and the music is blaring like Im at some rock concert. Its stupid. People are wanting something relaxing not stressful. This chain has tendency to purposefully make things uncomfortable so youll leave. Thats no secret. Its night next to train stop so they have challenge of keeping out homeless that just want to use bathroom. Im included to agree with Jovan. Its not quiet! Update: is 60 otherwise and colder in this store. Walked right back outside. This company needs to stop freezing their clients!

This place is great, just like every Starbucks. Last time, they made me the wrong drink. I asked for cinnamon chai, they gave me a cinnamon chai latte (with milk and sugar), which is not what I wanted. I have had this drink messed up by other locations so I wouldnt take off a star for that. There is a parking lot and a CVS next door.

Look, whatever you might want to find wrong with any Starbucks, you will not find anything wrong with this one. Plenty of parking in front and at CVS (JUST DONT STAY TOO LONG IN THE CVS LOT, ... I GOT TOWED ONCE ... after a new managment change). The Starbucks atmosphere is nice and relaxing and reasonably quiet, considering its West Rear Wall is adjacent to the GOLD LINE tracks.
