Every single time I’ve come to this Starbucks whether it was for a special drink, a hot croissant, or even as simple as water, the staff working at this specific store is always in a good mood, always making my day much better! They always get my order right the first time, I never have a reason to complain. The cafe is always clean, I have never walked into this location and seen anything on the floor or the tables, everything is always picked up after very well. This location isn’t often too busy, but there are many seats to be on your phone or your computer if you maybe have to study un an environment where you can focus, this is a good location to do so. Staff are always welcoming, and also good at time management as well. Unlike many other locations in Sunnyvale Ive visited, this location gets me on the go with my order in a timely fashion and I appreciate it! I greatly encourage others to come here if you want to leave Starbucks with the smile on your face you had when you first walked in.

So spacious, plenty parking. They also had an enclosed room with tables and chairs.

I put in a review two days ago.. appears gone! Laughing as that is so very interesting..This store seems to have a lot of people behind the register but I can tell you the focus is not those in the store waiting to order drinks. Yeah When I kindly asked, i dealt w a be gruntled employee. Then, I enjoy making my coffee w sugar and creamer. None to be found- since when do I have to go back and wait another 5 minutes to get some sugar and cream from behind counter. I like to mix my own coffee!! But more importantly, why is it not accessible to me anymore when I’m paying four bucks for a small cup of coffee. Also, I don’t blame the employees working. They’re working hard and doing their best. I tried to call the manager and there was no one to answer the phone and no message to be left. I see from these reviews, you are to send feedback to some random email. Go somewhere else- I felt like a two year old.

Perhaps youve heard humorous tales of people so desperate for coffee they drive a car into a coffee shop. Well someone did smash a car through the windows of this Starbucks, but of course you cant tell it now. Aside from this oddity, theres nothing remarkable about this particular Starbucks. The seating area is stark, without any sense of coziness for sharing coffee with friends, so you dont see many people hanging out here. But the corner location makes it an easy in and out for good Starbucks coffee to go. The outdoor seating isnt much more attractive, but at least you can enjoy the beautiful Bay Area weather. This Starbucks closes early in the evening.

Whenever I visit this location, I never had a problem in the past. But recently, I dont know whats going on, but the employees take forever to make a drink. I would order an iced coffee, and it would literally take about 20 to 30 minutes to make, which is unacceptable. Today, I go in super early, and there are only two people working. I dont even get acknowledged, and Im waiting at the front of the register to get served. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. Please work on this location; its a great spot and very accessible to the freeway.

Surprisingly empty for a Saturday morning. We ordered online from the parking lot and had our food and drinks less than 5 minutes later.

Spilled my coffee all over myself, the counter and floor. My bad. All the employees were so nice about it. Replaced the coffee even though it was my fault.

Great Starbucks with amazing customer service. The baristas here are very friendly and helpful. They have option for online order with in store and curbside pick up. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating options.They have a good collection of coffee mugs, tumblers, bottles etc.This location has a lot of parking option and is an easy in and out location.Good location for quick service.
