Very clean store and no wait. The staff are always extremely friendly and sweet, the service is quick and the drink quality consistent. Plenty of seating, music is pretty loud. But the slection they play is great so thats not really so bad.

This location has a drive thru, but I dont use it as it takes just as long sometimes more to get through it. It does have enough parking so thats a plus. The inside had plenty of seating both inside and outside. The staff have been friendly and quick to make it right if there was a mistake. Standard Starbucks fair, with drinks and eats.

This Starbucks can never get my order right even if its done thru the app. They never have anything I order and but their drinks are always consistent on taste. The employees will let you drive off without telling you that they did not have a item you ordered and then give you a hard time to get a replacement for that item. The store is small but is full of parking spots. The employees working here look like they dont want to be there.

Very enjoyable. I read the reviews and got scared but it is a five establishment with clean bathrooms, hard working staff and good nerd supplies (power outlets and Wi-Fi). I asked for the music to be turned down and they politely complied.

Your employees don’t know what they are doing. On a picture attached was supposed to be A decaf caramel frapp. I waited for 18 minutes for my order and literally got milk blended with ice and sugar (not even a caramel topping was added). When I told the barista that it’s not what I ordered he insisted that decaf means “without coffee”, when I said no it means with decaf coffee, he said that what they add is just a color 🤯 My mind was blown by that stupid answer and I just didn’t want people behind me wait even longer so I just said ok and left. Learn your menu!!!

Im not a coffee man, but when Im visiting with my friends, I order a hot chocolate. Doesnt matter which Starbucks, but all the time, my teeth start the pain after the chocolate drink. I never have the same issue with any food or drink. It looks like they have oversweetened with sugar, and thats causing the pain.

The reason for ⭐️⭐️ is that sadly my drink is never made the way I ask and pay for. I usually order a venti iced London fog tea latte with 3 tea bags, 3 packets of honey and 3 pumps of vanilla. Apparently this is hard to make so that instead I get a venti iced watery -milky drink not tea at all, not honey at all, not vanilla at all and sadly this is every time I order. Overall costumer service is great 👍 the environment is great 👍 very welcoming.

This Starbucks had out side seating available-five well separated tables with indoor dining. My visit was about three thirty in the afternoon with only a couple minutes wait despite a busy drive through and numerous take out orders. The staff was very organized, polite and friendly. Inside of the coffee shop was very clean. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I have experienced in a long time! Had a crispy grilled cheese sandwich that was excellent.

Good customer service and staff is friendly. But if you are planning to visit the store late night as this store opens until 12:30 AM, they dont allow you to come in if you ordered online or like to order in store. They lock the doors and only option to pick up your order is drive thru. And in night they get pretty busy. So expect to wait there for at least 15 mins to pick up your online order.

I have been patronizing this Starbucks since it opened and the speed and accuracy of the employees is absolutely perfect. Also, on at least three occasions my mobile order went to another Starbucks because I didnt pay attention to which Starbucks I was saying yes too and they still made my drink and refused to let me pay for it even though that wasnt the store I bought from. Just amazing people that work there!!!

This was a very busy location and the employees did a good job at managing orders. They remained focused on quality and accuracy. The place was clean and well stocked (a surprise seeing as how busy they actually were). All the employees were smiling which made the wait in line a lot easier. The restroom was clean and maintained. I will come here again from now on.

The morning crew is absolutely fantastic and perform as you would expect a Starbucks team to perform. The afternoon/evening crew on the other hand is consistently WAY behind on drink orders. I have waited EASILY 15-20 min in the drive thru line more times than I can remember. Whatever this stores management is doing with their afternoon/evening crew needs to change ASAP.

My apologies in advance for the long review. This Starbucks is one of the good ones. Use to come here every morning at 6:30am. Because my kids were in a dance team at GHS, so they had to be at school at 6:15am. Now that they have graduated and with the pendamic havent been here in a while. But when I recently started going, one of the employees remembered me when I scanned my Starbucks app. So sweet that they remembered me 😊 and when I went today 10/22/2021 they were bombarded with drive-thru, online orders, and walk-ins. And they all handled it very well, even though they were short staffed. I know all of our time is of value, but lets all keep in mind the employees are doing their best. And if possible lets fill their tip bucket 😁

I ordered 2 simple drinks. Customized iced soy latte and iced decaf americano.I ordered the drinks beforehand so that I can receive them as soon as possible because I had a plan after that.When I get to the store at Central and Acacia in Glendale, I waited for 30 mins. I understand the store was crowded. However, people who entered the store after me and ordered their drinks to the cashier received their drinks before me. And I talked to a man next me, and he said he ordered his drink 5 mins ago. He received his drink before me.I asked about my drinks 3 times.When I FINALLY got my drinks, the barista didn’t even say anything or apologize.I grabbed the drinks back to my car, and I noticed that my drinks wasn’t made as I ordered.I couldn’t go back because I didn’t have time.Do you really take 30 mins to make 2 drinks? Can’t you even say sorry instead of just saying “do you need straws?”I will contact costumer service for this issue.

Slow location. Avoid the drive through, its much faster to just walk in. Not a lot of seating room inside or out. Be aware that even though the outside tables are clearly labeled as no smoking areas a lot of patrons tend to ignore that and puff away.

I have been going to Starbucks for years, never had any problems with one, ever. The atmosphere is usually pretty good and drinks are always pretty good. The baristas are friendly and you get your drink/food and be on your way... Well this location hands down, has the WORST customer service,and worst drinks ever!!!!! I arrived an hour before closing, all the food was put away, I was not greeted, and I asked the lady if they had anything left and she asked are you ready?, Repeatedly without answering me, my drink was gross and tampered with, they didnt call it out when it was done and argued with everything I said. Horrible...... Never going back again...

3 stars for location and because the Cookie Crumble Frappuccino taste better than most locations I visit in the San Fernando Valley. Other than that the employees are pretry dumb. The employees making drinks dont acknowledge each other much less acknowledge the customers that order in-house or by mobile. One employee was just sticking stickers onto cups and doing nothing else and even kept knocking over customers drinks. And for some reason my order was sitting in the background away from the mobile order pick-up area. My name was never called either because I ordered by mobile about 3-5 minutes before I walked in.

The area is very spacious now that there is social distancing the patio has clear instructions and directions on how to practice social distancing per Starbucks standards and as it pertains towards the area. The inside of Starbucks also has clear instructions on how to social distance, each and every single person that enters the space are required to put on a face mask, the kitchen and counter are sealed by a plexiglass divider to ensure that the space and area between customer and employees are separated. The area for seating inside is not available and is cordoned off to prevent people from entering. The customer service i think is great now that protocol of space between people are enforced people take their turns and respect it and organizes the flow and order within the store.

Sucks incredibly, I placed an order via Starbucks online and walked in only to be denied any knowledge of my order. I checked and verified and again walked in only to an annoyed Barista again denying knowledge of my order. I gave up and left, requested a refund to my Starbucks card, which has still not been returned, and completely gave up all hope in Starbucks. Too many bad experiences, maybe Ill just stick to ones in the ghetto, they are always friendly and accomodating to the extreme.
